Domestic large group logistics company(2nd-party logistics company)has made inroads on large portion of domestic logistics market, whereby the domestic 3rd-party logistics market has been shrinking every year to a level of 30% or so. Global logistics enterprise is steadily increasing 3rd-party global market portion while Local one facing with stagnating growth has very minimal level in the global market share. Fortunately new government strengthening policy change toward local SME and also recent UN's supplying line enlargement to Asia regions are positive factors which make Local SME very positive environments to advance to UN procurement logistics market. On this occasion, the purpose of this paper is to help local logistics company perform successful bidding through study of UN-transportation case and also suggest in SWOT analysis a segmented measure and support policy between Industry, Academia, Government and Institute.

Local freight forwarder's circle is suffering worsening profitability and insecure employment from over-competition which caused by a saturated local logistics market. It is emerging UN procurement market for local freight forwarders. However it is needed to study on successful entry, market status and supporting measures from government and research institute. Currently there are no national research data of UN procurement market in logistics sectors but as per the writer's experience and viewpoint to UN bidding, it would seem that appropriate measures should be made such as government's enhanced support for overseas advancement, price competitiveness, building global network and development of education program for trainees associated with current overseas internship program by government.

The development of applications for vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) has very specific and clear goals such as providing intellectual safe transport systems. An emergency warning technic for public safety is one of the applications which requires an intelligent broadcast mechanism to transmit warning messages quickly and efficiently against the time restriction. The broadcast storm problem causing several packet collisions and extra delay has to be considered to design a broadcast protocol for VANETs, when multiple nodes attempt transmission simultaneously at the access control layer. In this paper, we propose an early intelligent alert broadcasting (EI-CAST) algorithm to resolve effectively the broadcast storm problem and meet time-critical requirement. The proposed algorithm uses not only the early alert technic on the basis of time to collision (TTC) but also the intelligent broadcasting technic on the basis of fuzzy logic, and the performance of the proposed algorithm was compared and evaluated through simulation with the existing broadcasting algorithms. It was demonstrated that the proposed algorithm shows a vehicle can receive the alert message before a collision and have no packet collision when the distance of alert region is less than 4 km.

The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.

In this paper, the research trends of port hinterland from 1990 to 2018 were analyzed periodically using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. The data were collected from major academic journals and totally 116 papers were identified for analysis. The results of the analysis showed that in the first period (1990-1999), keywords can be listed as "containerization", "transport infrastructure" and developed countries related keywords like "Italy", "Canada" and "Germany". The results of the second period (2000-2009) were originated from keywords such as "regionalization", "competitiveness", "Asian consolidation" and "technology". In the third period (2010-2018), the results were derived from keywords such as "intermodal transport", "dry port", "container" and container related keywords and "shipping" and shipping related keywords. We could see the studies of port hinterland are becoming more systematic and integrated. This study provides some important implications for both academic, and industrial viewpoints, and it is helpful to understand the research concentration.

Individual passenger transfer information is not included in Seoul metropolitan subway Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) data. Currently, basic data such as travel time and distance are allocated based on the TagIn terminal ID data records of AFC data. As such, knowledge of the actual path taken by passengers is constrained by the fact that transfers are not applied, resulting in overestimation of the transport index. This research proposes a method by which a transit path that connects the TagIn and TagOut terminal IDs in AFC data is determined and applied to the transit index. The method embodies the concept that a passenger's line of travel also accounts for transfers, and can be applied to the transit index. The path selection model for the passenger calculates the line of transit based on travel time minimization, with in-vehicle time, transfer walking time, and vehicle intervals all incorporated into the travel time. Since the proposed method can take into account estimated passenger movement trajectories, transport-related data of each subway organization included in the trajectories can be accurately explained. The research results in a calculation of 1.47 times the values recorded, and this can be evaluated directly in its ability to better represent the transportation policy index.

This development has put importance on logistics in East Asia Additionally, port surrounding of China has been activated Therefore, This paper is going to suggest three measures. First, shipping corporation of Korea will provide different services and network according to the growth of China logistics. Secondly, Korea is to invest with Chinese companies around fang river to freight service industry. Thirdly, it is to construct Yellow sea Rim transport network by Sanghai port and fang river development.

Global Electronic Trading means that trading partners trade each other via Global Electronic Trading Network, that is, global business to business electronic commerce. Electronic payment systems are how to make payment electronically in manner that is efficient, reliable, and secure. I suggest the Electronic payment systems such as TradeCard and SWIFT enable seller and buyer to conduct and settle international B2B electronic commerce in case of solving the above problems. And, where the cargo arrives ahead of the B/L, the importer cannot take delivery of the cargo without the B/L. This situation is referred to as the B/L dilemma. But the BOLERO system will resolve this B/L dilemma. Bolero Project is developing a cross industry utility platform for the secure, electronic transfer of commercial trade information world wide.

To reduce the cost and time of transport in Eurasian railroad networks such as TKR, TCR and TSR owing to the problem of different track gauges (narrow/standard/broad gauge), it is important to develop the gauge-adjustable wheelset system to adapt easily to these gauges. Moreover, freight trains having the gauge-adjustable wheelsets should be passing various curved tracks in railroad networks. Therefore, to assure the safety of the gauge-adjustment whellset system, it is necessary to evaluate integrity of locking parts in the system using stress analysis. This study is focused on analyzing contact stress of locking parts by using FEA(finite element analysis) simulation during the gauge changeover operation and freight trains' service in the curved track, respectively.

본 연구의 목적은 제3의 산업혁명을 이끌고 있는 3D프린터에 대해 미래 중추적 역할을 담당할 3D프린팅 교육생의 3D프린터 사용의도를 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기반하여 검증하기 기초연구이다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울의 3D프린팅 교육기관 교육전문가 조사를 실시하였으며, 차후 교육 대상자를 설문조사하여 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악하고 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 통해 미래 제조업 창업의 핵심 역할을 담당할 3D프린터 사용 활성화를 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 한다. '3D프린팅 넥스트 레볼루션'의 저자 크리스토퍼 바넷은 언젠가는 3D프린팅이 우리의 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿀 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 3D프린터를 통해 개개인은 맞춤형 제품을 만들어 낼 것이 틀림없다. 치과 의료, 운송 및 항공, 로봇, 군용, 우주, 건축, 요리 등에서 다양하게 3D프린터를 활용한 제품들이 미래에 쏟아져 나올 것으로 예상한다. 생산의 민주화를 이끌 3D프린터는 기존 산업에 큰 기회와 동시에 위협을 주고 있다. 크라우드 및 네트워크를 통한 3D데이터 거래와 지구촌 여러 곳에 3D프린터가 활용된다면, 기존 산업에 혁명적인 변화가 있으리라 짐작된다. 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 3D프린터 사용의도에 영향을 주는 5가지 요인으로 3D모델링 경험, 비용, 품질, 유희성, 혁신성이 나타났다. 5가지 독립변인은 TAM모델의 인지된 사용 유용성과 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악해 보고자 한다. 3D프린터 교육기간, 전공 및 학과, 개인의 경험과 혁신성의 차이가 3D프린터 기술수용 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 서울지역 3D프린터 관련 교육기관에서 교육을 받았거나 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 연구를 할 계획이며, 지역을 확대한 연구가 차후 필요할 것이다.
