They also reported lower peer attachment, and tended to perceive their friendship functions negative. Second, adolescents who showed stronger attachment to their parents reported more positive feelings and less negative feelings toward their friends. They reported higher peer attachment, and perceived friendship functions positively. Third, adolescents who perceived a higher level of parental marital conflict showed weaker attachment to their parents. Finally, attachment to fathers and mothers mediated the association between parental marital conflict and peer relationships. In other words, parental marital conflict had an indirect effect on peer relationships. The results suggest that attachment to fathers and mothers that resulted from parental marital conflict played an important role in determining peer relationships among adolescents, rather than the existence of the parental marital conflict itself.

Almost all research on emotional labor has focused on how services workers use emotional labor. However, this study examined that leaders' emotional labor influence follower's outcomes. Especially, this study tested how the leader emotional labor influence followers' work engagement and mediating role of PsyCap between leader emotional labor and followers' work engagement. In addition, this study investigated the quality of LMX as moderator the relationship between leader emotional labor and followers' work engagement. The SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 was used in this study. The results collected from 469 employees in domestic large Telecom and their related companies revealed that leader emotional labor positively influence followers' work engagement and PsyCap. Rejected boys presented more bully, reinforce, assistant and victim behaviors. Neglected boys were more victims of bullying. Defensive behavior was more apparent in popular and neglected boys. Furthermore, such boys had high intimate friendships. Popular boys presented distinctively more peer support. Rejected boys represented less intimate friendship and peer support. On the other hand, popular girls portrayed more defensive behavior. However, rejected girls and neglected girls had less defensive behaviors. Victim behaviors were less coherent in popular and neglected girls. Intimate friendship and peer support were mostly apparent in popular girls. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the discrimination of low-income children among children in the community children's centers. The subjects of the survey were 6th grade elementary school students who were the third respondents of the second Child Panel Survey of the community children's center, among them, 355 children whose family economy level corresponds to basic living allowance, next level, and blind spot. SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used to analyze exploratory factors, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that single parent family, parent social capital, parental abuse, and happiness had a significant effect on the discrimination damage of low-income children in community children's centers. The more one parent's family, the less the parent's role as a counterpart to the discussion, and the more the parental abuse, the higher the child's discrimination damage. In general, parents-related factors were affecting the discrimination damage of low-income children. Community children's centers and related institutions should focus on developing and implementing programs that can improve the quality of family relations of children.
This study was conducted to investigate changes in inorganic phosphorus fractions in phosphorus accumulated plastic film house soils under cropping condition. Pot experiment was conducted with surface soils taken from plastic film house fields cultivated for 3, 8 and 16 years. Phosphorus fertilizer was applied at the rates of 0 (P0), $100kg\;ha^{-1}$ (recommended application rate. P1) and $200kg\;ha^{-1}$ (P2) as fused phosphate. Crops were grown sequentially in the order of corn-Chinese cabbage-Chinese cabbage-corn for 3 years. The content of easily soluble-P fraction was decreased with cropping. There were significantly positive relationship not only between the contents of easily soluble-P and the amounts of soil available P ($r=0.839^{**}{\sim}0.952^{**}$ for Bray-1 P, $r=0.895^{**}{\sim}0.967^{**}$ for Lancaster P, and $r=0.491^{**}{\sim}0.821^{**}$ for Olsen P), but also between the amounts of P absorbed by plants and the amounts of easily soluble P decreased ($r=0.644^{**}{\sim}0.822^{**}$). The decrease of easily soluble-P during cropping period could be described by a first-order reaction. The number of cropping times needed to decrease the content of easily soluble-P to an index level of $0.2mg\;kg^{-1}$, which is commonly reported as the desired concentration for soil P, was predicted in the range of 26~33 cropping times by using the equations. Regardless of P fertilization, the proportion of Al-P to total P was little varied during cropping period, but the proportion of Fe-P to total P increased with cropping. Although the content of Ca-P was high before cropping, the proportion of Ca-P to total P was increased with cropping. The proportion of reductant soluble-P to total P was little varied for P fertilizer treatment but was increased for no P fertilizer treatment. The residual-P was decreased during cropping period due to the absorption by crops and the conversion to other inorganic P fractions.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of tourists' tourist selection attributes on tourism satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of tourism satisfaction in the effect of tourist selection attributes on recommendation intention. To this end, a survey was conducted on 305 male and female tourists in their 40s or older in Korea. The main results are as follows. First, among the tourist destination selection attributes, safety, attractiveness, experience, and landscape were all found to have a significant positive effect on tourism satisfaction. Second, it was found that the tourist satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the recommendation intention. Third, in the case of safety, experience, and landscape excluding attractiveness, tourism satisfaction was found to play a mediating role in the relationship with recommendation intention. It can also be seen as an academic significance of this study that the tourist's selection attribute has a positive effect on tourism satisfaction, and this increased tourism satisfaction will have a positive effect on the local tourism intention. problem.
