As an alternative to improving the quality of life of the elderly and meeting the needs of high-level care, nursing services and needs, we aim to be the basis for formulating improvement proposals by applying the development of a fragrant healing-based fusion and complex social service professional training program. After conducting a questionnaire survey of 30 trainees in Guangzhou for 16 days from June 14, 2021 to September 23, 2021, and conducted a 7-day questionnaire survey, the education preference survey showed that in the educational preference, aromatherapy education was the highest surveyed at 42.11%, and the need for aromatherapy courses after the application of educational programs was the highest at 50%, and satisfaction was the highest at 48%. Accordingly, this study is used as a basis for the revitalization of the age-friendly industry and aims to contribute to the consolidation of senior care and nursing services and the securing of excellent personnel related to high-value-added fusion and complex social services.

Korea faces new social needs of community-based service for senior citizen as aging is getting fasten. Targeting elderly people who are beneficiaries of long-term care insurance and caring service, this paper aims to explore decent and proper services for senior citizens in terms of rehabilitation, health improvement and quality of life. Especially this research approaches from the perspective of service providers, including service facilities and care-service givers. Using FGI methods with care-providers and in-depth interviews with community social workers as well as nurses, convergence approaches are explored. As a result, welfare field and nursing practices are clearly divided in the community, so that the convergence education and team work tool would be developed in the near future.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the elderly image in the relationship of HYO consciousness and job satisfaction in care worker. In this study, the HYO consciousness of care workers is the consciousness of taking good care of the elderly. The research subjects were selected by 10 long-term care institutions belonging to Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a total of 450 nursing care providers were selected for the survey using a questionnaire. The final 429 questionnaire was used for the analysis. The analysis shows that first, HYO consciousness and the elderly image have a defining effect on job satisfaction. Second, HYO consciousness were found to have a positive influence on the elderly image. Finally, the elderly image played a role in the relationship between HYO consciousness and job satisfaction. The government should seek ways to foster a sense of HYO consciousness and a positive image of the elderly by utilizing educational opportunities for care worker in the future.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for the development of the senior care industry in Korea and how to apply it to the Korean market. For this study, a case analysis study was conducted on the successful business model of 'Driving Miss Daisy^®'. For the development of Korea's senior care industry, understanding of senior, establishing infrastructure for community care, and improving the treatment of professional personnel care should be preceded. In order to apply 'Driving Miss Daisy^®' to the Korean market, it was suggested that it is necessary to reduce regulations, develop differentiated services, establish linkage systems with various service institutions in the community, establish cooperative models between large and small businesses and startups.

This is a cross-sectional study that suggests ways to activate forest welfare services (FWS) by investigating the infrastructure, service status, and perception on FWS in Korea. In August 2016, a structured email survey was conducted in nation widely. The respondents were mostly directors and general secretary (75.0%). The considerable number (16.3%) of nursing homes (NH) use some floors of the complex buildings that would be difficult to have FWS infrastructure and about 30% of those without forests near the facilities. The directors of NH recognize that FWS has positive effects on the elderly. However, FWS is not an requisite of the longterm care insurance benefit, and so costly and effort-intensive that FWS has not been activated so far. In order to activate FWS in NHs, it is necessary to develop and disseminate the guidelines on FWS that anyone can easily followed. In addition, when the National Health Insurance Corporation evaluates NHs, they should evaluate not only whether there is a wandering or walking space, but also whether it has forest healing factors such as forests. It is also necessary to create a barrier-free environment both inside and outside of NHs, increasing accessibility to the toilet in gardens, paving a passage for wheelchairs and lifts in forests near NHs. Through these efforts, it is expected that FWS will be activated to provide physical, mental rest and comfort, appropriate cognitive stimulation to the NH residents at the end of life.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting the wage of home care workers in Incheon. For this study, 306 home care workers in Incheon were analyzed. Personal factors, work environmental factors, and regional factors were entered in the analytic model. Results showed that education level, license, employment status, work hours, and service types were associated with the wage of home care workers. Also, factors related to the supply and demand of long-term care (i.e., the number of long-term care facilities per 100 care workers, the number of long-term care facilities per 100 benefit recipients, the number of care workers per benefit recipients) were positively associated with the wage. Policy implications are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs for developing a curriculum for strengthening the long-term care service expertise and job competency. Specifically, the researchers analyzed previous studies on national long-term care services and national policy data, and conducted focus group interviews with 14 experts from related agencies. Activity theory was applied as a framework for analysis and a questionnaire about the importance and difficulty of subjects from 25 long-term service employees was administered for validating the results of the qualitative data analysis. The upper part of the subject-goal-tool of the activity system was considered the main area of action, and the following rule-community-division was divided into contextual parts for action, and the implications for demand analysis and future operation of the online curriculum are summarized. In total, six courses were required for development. These courses could be applied to as a learner-centered flip learning for long-term care service workers and various educational methods of collective education and supplementary education have been proposed. Based on the study results, implications in the educational field for effective management of courses were suggested at the end of the study.

In this research, a survey was done on two hundred and forty-six elders who receive care through LTC to verify the effect of market attributes on the user satisfaction of the Long-therm Care Service. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 23.0 statistics program. This study reveals the following results: First, in service tangibility, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice all have a positive relation with user satisfaction. Second, in the aspect of credibility, house ownership, competitiveness, administrative regulation, and freedom in choice show a positive-relation with user satisfaction. Third, in responsiveness, the scale of the organization, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Forth, in assurance ability, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice also positively affected user satisfaction. Lastly, in the aspect of perceptual openness, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational culture, organizational process, and autonomy in choice show a positive relationship with user satisfaction.

This study of the elderly in the future expansion of long-term care insurance as a priority landing at the introduction of physical therapy services aim to provide baseline data and long-term care insurance for him, the elderly that provides physical therapy services under the elderly property of a physical therapist recognition system for the investigation was conducted. As a result, the perception of the elderly long-term care insurance was higher by 88.1% of the higher needs, but also the absolute need for more than 40 years of age the response was higher with 60.3 percent. In addition, the number of visits that care should be priced higher relative to the 59.7 percent was the highest opinion. Visit of physical therapy services include the most important therapeutic approach to life and 40% was the highest forum, visit the Nursing Center as a service principal points that you need to visit the rehab center, accounting for 69.4 percent opinion. The expected effect of physical therapy visits conducted in a 50-point scale showed an overall average 41.44 points and 42.48 points, especially over the age of 40 appear in the overall expected effect was higher.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the leadership of the top-leader and the mid-level leader on the care burden of care workers. A survey was conducted on 400 care workers working in long-term care facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. We conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to grasp the effect of the leadership of top-leader and mid-level leader on the care burden of care workers. Monthly income of care workers was significantly associated with care burden. In next step, the leadership of the top-leader affected the care burden of care workers. But, In last model 3, only the leadership of mid-level leader affected the care burden with monthly income. This findings suggested that it is urgent to stabilize the salary level of care workers, and to develop the leadership skills of mid-level leader. The improved leadership of Mid-level Leader will help to reduce jop chaos for care workers.
