전력수요의 중대로 발전기 전압제어를 통해 전력계통의 안정과 양질의 전력공급의 중요한 역할을 하는 여자시스템의 중요성이 한층 더 증대되었다. 본 논문은 선진 외국 제작사 기술에 전적으로 의존하고 있는 발전소 여자시스템을 순수 국내기술로 개발하여 교체하기 위해 현재 설치되어 운전 중에 있는 여자시스템의 제어 알고리즘과 발전기 및 여자기의 보호기능들을 분석하였다. 향후 이를 바탕으로 개선된 여자시스템의 제어알고리즘 개발과 프로그램을 구현하여 성능을 검증 할 예정이다.

지난 30년간 국내의 해양 시뮬레이터는 기능적인 개선 뿐만 다양한 부분에서 비약적으로 발전해 왔다. 그러나 국내에서는 대부분 해양 시뮬레이터를 외국산 장비를 도입하여 해기사 및 도선사의 교육, 훈련용과 항만개발 분야에서 결과 분석을 통한 안전성 평가의 목적으로 사용 되어왔다. 그러나 향후, 국내 해양 시뮬레이터 나아갈 방향은 오랜 운영경험의 토대로 해양 산업에 융합하기 위하여 연구 개발을 통해 국산화 기술 확보하여 국제적으로 경쟁력을 높일 뿐만 아니라 국내 해양 산업을 육성에 기여 할 수 있도록 검토해보고저 한다.

우리나라는 중국과 일본을 연계하는 동서항로와 러시아에서 동남아시아로 이어지는 남북항로의 연계거점에 위치하는 입지적 강점에도 불구하고 국제 크루즈 시장 여건이 성숙되지 못했다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 국내 크루즈 관광의 현황을 짚어보고 일본 사례의 성공요인을 분석하여 크루즈 관광의 발전 방향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 기 수행되었던 연구보고서 및 데이트를 활용하였다. 조사결과 문화체육관광부 등 관계부처 협업을 통해 크루즈 관광 거점 구축, 단기적으로 인센티브를 활용하여 외국 선사 유치 전략과 더불어 중장기적으로는 자국 선사, 상품 구축 동시 병행이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This paper examines the operating performance of firms that for a four-year period, held more than 15% of their assets in cash and cash equivalents. During next four years, operating performance of firms maintaining high cash persistently is greater than the performance of firms matched by size and industry or firms adopting transitory high cash policy. Furthermore, the effect of persistent cash holdings on operating performance depends on the ownership structure and the level of information asymmetry. Foreign investors deteriorate the operating performance of high cash firms, suggesting that potential M&A and the pressure of excessive dividend reduce the usefulness of cash. The level of information asymmetry enhances the operating performance for the firms adopting persistent high cash policy. It suggests that cash holdings reduce the costly external financing and underinvestment problem for firms with high information asymmetry.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of two local festivals, already recognized as a successful regional cultural festival, over a period of time to apply the product life cycle theory. As a result of the analysis of the two festivals, in introduction stage, the festival organizers have focused mainly on settling down the festival's core programs and raising awareness on the subject of the festival for the stimulation for basic demands. Second, for maintaining increasing demands, the qualitative improvement of the core program, the development of new programs and the expansion of the programs for the visitors' convenience and safety were focused on. In addition, strategies for promoting awareness of the festival had modified the strategy to promote on the contents and programs of the festival, as well as public relations strategy, not only domestic but also the foreign countries, was established and fulfilled. Lastly, in maturity stage, to overcome declining the number of visitors and economic effect both festivals have showed providing sophisticated programs for the visitors' convenience and safety, improving service quality through the development of the existing programs, providing economic benefits such as admission cuts or giving gift certificates and expanding number of foreign visitors with strengthening the promotion that was implemented in growth stage and enhancing the better image of the festival through the social contribution. Therefore, strategies for the each stage mentioned above present the significant policy implications for festival organizers who were planning to establish a new festival or implementing a festival with experiencing the tepid growth.

국가표준을 유지하기위한 표준기급의 교류저항은 상품화된 것이 외국에서 한 종류 있으나 고정된 기름 항온조에서 유지를 해야 하고, 정전차폐가 어렵고, 교류에서 측정단자의 호환성이 어렵고 가격도 대단히 비싸다. 또한 저항체가 지지대 역할을 하는 원형 보빈에 감겨져있는 선으로 구성되어서 국제비교시나 혹은 이동교정시에 기계적인 구조의 변화로 저항 값에 영향을 받기가 쉽다. 이러한 단점들을 극복한 교류저항 표준기가 개발이 되었다. 개발된 표준기는 저항체의 기계적 구조에 의한 변화를 막기 위해서 non-inductive 구조의 metal foil element로 제작된 것을 사용하였으며, 각각의 저항체에 개개의 항온조를 체택함으로서 온도의 안정성과 이동의 편리를 함께 만족되도록 하였다. 제작된 교류저항 표준기의 특성은 온도 안정도가 ${\pm}5$ mK/d, 저항값의 안정도가 ${\pm}0.01{\mu}{\Omega}/{\Omega}/d$, 1년간의 장기안정도가 $1{\mu}{\Omega}/{\Omega}$ 이하로 측정이 되었다. 개발된 교류저항 표준기는 교류저항분야 국가표준유지 및 소급에 사용이 된다.

최근 수자원 분야에 있어서 IT기술을 활용한 실시간 하천 현황 감시, 각종 수리, 수질 모형을 활용한 중단기 수리, 수질 예측, 모니터링 결과 또는 예측된 결과를 활용한 하천시설물의 통합 운영은 매우 중요한 화두 중의 하나이다. 이러한 일련의 통합감시, 관리 시스템의 구성에 있어서 일련의 시스템의 근간이 되는 초기 자료 수집을 위한 하드웨어의 설치는 가장 선행되는 과정임과 동시에 대다수의 수자원 종사자들이 익숙하지 않은 분야일 것이다. 획득된 초기 자료의 신뢰성, 정확성, 안정성은 특정한 사례를 예로 들지 않더라도 하천 관리에 있어서 매우 중요한 부분이며 계측기기 분야는 기술의 발전이 가장 빠른 분야 중에 하나이다. 또한 대다수의 수문 관측 하드웨어 즉 계측기기 분야를 외국의 기술에 의존하고 있는 국내의 현실에 있어서 관리하고자 하는 하천의 현황 및 설치지점의 특성, 경제성 등을 고려한 적절한 계측기기의 설치는 그 중요성에 비하여 정보 획득의 어려움, 관련 지침 및 표준화 미비, 관심 부족 등의 이유로 다소 간과되어지고 있는 현실이다. 이에 본 고에서는 수문 모니터링을 위한 계측기 기술 동향을 관련기술, 관측방식, 제조사, 적용사례 등을 중심으로 연구하여 수문 모니터링을 위한 관측망 구성에 있어서 최적의 계측기를 선정할 수 있도록 가이드 라인을 제시하고자 한다.

This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-Learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The understanding of the e-Learning in university should be reconsidered and diffused. To activate the e-Learning in university, the education system corresponding to course of the coming education should be introduced by hold the seminar and workshop periodically and establish vision and middle-short range policy for the e-Learning. Also, university should manage by characterizing a web-based class with the major for a learner hoping to take a cyber education course and propel contents development and interchange with a foreign university by concluding a convention for taking lectures having competitive power of an advanced country to make a worldwide university.

소형 공조장치용 냉매 압축기 부품인 기계식 제어 밸브는 에어컨 컴프레서의 핵심부품이고 년간 수백만 개가 국내에 수입된다. 이를 국산화 하기 위하여 진공로 속에서의 브레이징 공정이 수반되는 외국제품의 제조공정을 탈피하여 진공 속에서 DC 프로젝션 용접을 수행하는 기법을 개발하였다. 실린더 형상의 캡과 케이스를 맞대고 그 사이에 박판을 삽입한 상태에서 butt welding 방식으로 진행되는 본 공정에서는, 생산성이 높고 서보가압 장치를 사용하여 soft touch 를 구현하므로 프로젝션이 손상되지 않은 상태에서 통전이 시작되고 2 단 가압 및 프로파일 가압이 가능하므로 링(ring)형상의 너깃이 축대칭으로 안정적으로 형성되기 때문에 실린더 내부의 밀봉성능이 우수함을 확인하였다. 진공로 속에서 본 가압장치를 설치하여 간편한 방법으로 실린더 내부의 진공상태를 유지할 수 있기 때문에 진공로 속에서의 브레이징 공정이 적용되는 외국제품보다 생산성이 월등함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 링 프로젝션(ring projection) 용접기법은 초소형 및 소형 실린더 형상의 부품 내부를 진공으로 유지해야 하는 산업현장에서 당장 적용될 수 있는 혁신적인 용접공정이라 판단된다.

본 연구는 한국 거주 외국인을 대상으로 한국 의류의 착용실태 및 착용 시 불편사항, 선호도 등을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 그 수요가 증가하고 있는 외국인 소비자를 흡수할 수 있는 의류개발에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. 본 연구는 설문지법으로 진행되었으며, 분석에는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 의류 구매장소는 온라인 쇼핑이 가장 많았고, 구매 아이템은 티셔츠, 재킷이 많았다. 가격대는 3만원에서 5만원 사이가 가장 많았다. 구매 이유는 심미적 요인이 높았다. 한국 의류는 어깨부위, 다리길이가 가장 불편하였고, 바지가 가장 맞지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 선호스타일은 캐주얼과 모던 스타일이 많았고, 심플하고 편안한 이미지의 의복을 선호하며, 천연소재를 선호하였다. 조금 여유있는 실루엣의 의복을 선호하고 재킷, 티셔츠 등의 아이템을 선호하였다. 향후 국적, 체형 등에 따른 착의실태 및 선호도에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
