강원도 동해안 지역 하천은 유로연장과 유역면적이 작고 하천 상류부는 급경사이며 하류부는 완경사의 특징을 보여주고 있다. 이 지역 대부분의 하천이 바다로 직접 유입되고 있어 바다와 하천을 옮겨 다니는 회유성 어류가 서식하고 있으며 이들은 소하성, 강하성 및 양측성 어류로 구분된다. 이러한 회유성 어류의 이동은 동해안 지역 하천 하류부 완경사지에서 농업용수를 취수하기 위한 보의 설치로 인하여 어려워졌으며, 이러한 문제에 대처하기 위하여 수산자원 보호령(대통령령 제 5027호) 제 21조에서 어도설치를 규정하고 있다. 강원도 동해안 지역 하천에 설치되어 있는 어도의 실태를 보면 총 19개 하천에 있는 83개소의 농업용 취수보에 약 130개의 어도가 있다. 기존에 설치되어 있는 전어도에 대한 현장조사결과 어도의 기능에 장애를 일으킬 만한 원인은 어도시설의 구조적인 문제와 관리문제로 대별할 수 있다. 본 연구는 어도의 기능이 원활하게 유지되도록 어도시설물에 대한 각종 자료를 체계적으로 집적한 어도정보시스템을 구축하여 어도시설에 대한 현황파악을 용이하게 하고, 지방자치단체에서 개별적으로 수행하던 어도관리를 통합관리할수 있게 하며, 어도시설 표준모형 설계의 기초자료 및 하천 정보, 어류생태정보와 연결된 정보시스템으로의 확장을 가능하게 한다. 본 어도 정보시스템은 기본적으로 인터넷상에서 서비스가 이루어진다. 사용자는 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 어도 정보시스템이 탑재된 웹 서버에 접속하여 서비스를 요청한다. 사용자의 요청을 받은 웹 서버는 게시판과 DBMS를 제어하여 그 결과를 사용자에게 건네준다. 사용된 기술은 ISAPI 규격의 확장인 IDC, HTX이다. 관리자와 사용자의 입력, 수정, 검색, 삭제등에 관한 읽고 쓰기 권한을 구분한다.이 경과함에 따라 소멸하며 약산성에서 높은 생성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다, 강별로는 낙동강에서 THMs파 HANs의 생성능이 비교적 높았고, 영산강에서는 HAAs의 생성능이 높았다. 각 원수의 특성에 따른 생성능을 파악함으로써 생성능 저감방안을 마련하며, 소독 부산물질의 인체노출평가에 따른 위해성평가를 통해 관리기준을 설정해야 할 것이다.는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국 문화의 특징이라 할 수 있는 교수-학생간의 인간적인 관계가 중시되는 교육환경하에서, 정보화 사회의 한 수업형태인 재택수업을 외국(특히 미국)의 방법을 그대로 따라 실시할 경우, 많은 부작용이 있을 수 있다는 것을 암시하며, 따라서 우리 교육문화에 맞는 재택수업 형태의 개발이 시급함을 제시한다고 하겠다.column density of HCaN is (1-3):n1014cm-2. The purpose of the study was to develop a practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities in elementary school. In this study the practical arts textbook and teacher's guide has the following characteristics: they were developed to promote creative problem-solving ability, and to instill curiosity and interest about the subject matter. The procedure for the development of the practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities is composed of 4 steps; the planning and preparation stage, the research and developmental stage, the writing and compilation stage and the deliberation and improvement stage. This procedure for the development of a textbook can apply to both government published textbooks and to authorized textbooks. The validity of the writing and compilation stage's practical arts textbook developed model is the highest at 4.21, followed by the research and developmental stage's average, at 4.14. Among the textbook's stages of development, the importance of the deliberation and improvement stage averages the lowest, at 3.50.

Although there has been a significant technological and representational achievements in domestic animation industry since the beginning of the 21th century due to the high expectation and boost in production, domestic long and short film animations have been less favored compared to foreign animations because they are less entertaining. For small scale productions including students, it is easier to create short film animations due to small budget and short time frame. In addition, as shown in Pixar animation studios case, production of short film animations can lead to success in production of long film animations from better ideas and technology improvements. This research studies factors that contribute to entertainment and humor of short film animation by examining Pixar's short film animations based on Henri Bergson's comedy factors, which are shape, movement, situation and language, and personality. The most noticeable fact is that the humor by situation is found in all short films. Comedy aspect shown in the form of character's internal characteristic is something that has to be considered from the beginning of character design. Contribution of language is minor compared to movement or gesture, which are more often used to cause humor. Finally, character's personality has to be clear and decided beforehand in order to create comedy situations. After studying various short film animations, I found out that the more successfully humorous an animation is, the more it uses various combinations of the above mentioned comedy factors. By fully analyzing and adopting commercially and artistically successful Pixar's short film animations as the benchmark, planning and production of domestic short film animations can perform entertainment role both domestically and globally.

The aim of this case research is to describe the convergence education of Akita International University. Today, competition among universities in Korea are becoming more and more intensified, its strength is expected to continue to rise. In this situation, the Akita International University provides meaningful implications for universities in Korea. Universities in Japan are at similar situation in Korea. The unique values of Akita that we identified are twofold: The first is internationalization in education. The purpose of the internationalization is for Japanese students. For exchange students, AIU provides japan studies program and japan language program. To do this, AIU forms an international community to mingle Japanese students with foreign exchange students by living and learning together. Second thing is about international liberal arts education. The focus of international liberal arts education is that students acquire comprehensive range of skills and knowledge to build the intellectual foundation for specialist study by providing a broad range of academic disciplines. In doing so, students promotes learner autonomy. Unlike specialized education, in which students acquire an in-depth knowledge of a particular field, providing international liberal arts education is to find a field in which students want to study further. The implications and conclusions are discussed.

This study compared and analyzed Korean, American, Singaporean, and Japanese middle school mathematics curriculum standards and the learning contents in statistics. Through a comparative analysis of the curriculums of these four countries, I found several overall features and differences between the curriculums. First, all four countries emphasized statistical education in a real-life context. Second, all four countries emphasized the use of technological tools. Third, there is a middle school grade in which only Korea does not deal with statistical domains. Fourth, the statistical areas of the United States, Singapore, and Japan focused on identifying trends or variability in data distribution. Fifth, I have found some contents that only Korea does not deal with. Based on this, the following recommendations were developed for the development of the next curriculum and new textbooks in Korea. First, the statistics curriculum should be changed from one that focuses on understanding statistical concepts to one that focuses on statistical activity that utilizes these concepts. Second, in terms of middle school statistical curriculum contents, the addition of interquartile range (IQR) and box plots as learning contents should be considered. IQR and box plots are simple and practical techniques for the comparison of multiple sets of data that can be easily learned and drawn by middle school level students and applied to real-life-related statistical data to expand statistical literacy. Through this study, it is suggested that IQR and box plots need to be included in the statistical curriculum of middle schools in Korea.

Faced with various challenges given from internal or external, universities and colleges, about 300 in number, began to feel one another as their rival and recognized advertising marketing as a solution of unlimited competition and were in serious action for advertising. School advertising has suddenly increased in quantity, but falls in creative strategy of qualitative level behind corporate or product advertising. This study suggests effective creative strategy, based on comprehension of characteristics of school advertising and on analysis of creative as a strategy, of advertisements put by schools. School advertising demands the approach different from commercial dimension of corporate advertising, because schools are characteristic of public interests. Schools need to take positive creative strategy of image advertising instead of passive type of recruitment announcement. This effective and Positive creative strategy des not only Provide the chance to select schools for customers of school advertising which sets up applicants for admission as the first target audience, but also instills affirmative and positive image in potential customers of the future such as pupils of elementary or middle schools and ordinary people so that it may make effective communication possible

An indoor air quality index for school classrooms based on the Hazard Quotient (HQ) was developed in this study. The current index (IAQI-S) covered PM₁₀, PM_2.5, and CO₂, and breakpoints of IAQI-S were calculated using each HQ value. IAQI-S was applied to the real-time data obtained from 123 classrooms of 46 schools during November 2017 to December 2020. As a result of the comprehensive assessment, 93.1% of PM₁₀ and 94% of PM_2.5 belonged to 'good' and 'moderate', respectively. The IAQI-S based on an 8-hour predicted moving average was compared with Comprehensive Air-quality Index (CAI) and with the IAQI of a foreign reference. The IAQI-S includes CO₂ and consists of more stringent levels comparing to outdoor index (CAI).

In this paper, I theoretically considered joining and separating activities and revisited the textbooks from 7 countries and Korean mathematics textbooks from 5th revised curriculum to 2015 revised curriculum to find implication for the treatment of 0 in the joining and separating activities. The 'joining' has definition and properties similar to addition, but the 'separating'is difficult to define and is not considered to have properties similar to subtraction. In the sense of computation, joining and separating can be seen as' part-part-to-whole' situations, but are just part of the addition and subtraction situations. The analysis of textbooks from 7 counties showed that Singapore and Malaysia textbooks already studied zero and then included it in joining and separating activities, but other countries did not include it as joining and separating activities. The textbooks of South Korea have consistently suggested not to include zero, but teacher's guide has shown that there is a little consistency in the treatment of zero. As a conclusion, I suggested that it was necessary to propose a proper context of the situation in order to introduce joining and separating without including 0 in terms of student level and to propose that a more consistent presentation of zero handling in the teaching in the teacher's guide.

This study was conducted to investigate the staging principle, the staging work and the trial performance of Shingeuk troupe Geukyesulyeonguhoe during the period of coterie system, focusing on Gogol work·Ham Daehoon translation·Hong Haeseong directing's (5Act). As a result, the first trial performance was based on a faithful full-scale description rather than an interpretive directing of play. It was a performance that focused on copying and implanting the external form of the performance stage of Shingeki troupe Tsukiji Little Theater. The general review of the time was summarized to the point that it was a relatively successful performance that exceeded expectations as a trial demonstration of amateur actors. However, in terms of the content of play and the form of performance, reservations and lack of contemporary(modern) interpretation caused the problem that the general audience was alienated. Therefore, it was difficult to achieve the effect of reflecting the reality of Chosun through , as Geukyesulyeonguhoe intended.

The AIDS is a serious health problem worldwide today and also in Korea. Increasing knowledge and modification of behavior by health education is an important goal of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) prevention strategies. And school health education is an important part of health education. This study was conducted to evaluate the knowledge and attitude about AIDS in teachers and professors in Taegu City and to provide the basic data for school health education. A self-administered questionnaire was given to 1,124 teachers and professors from April to June 1992. Indeed, the majority of the teachers and professors have a lot of knowledges about AIDS, but many of them also have misconceptions. The level of knowledge about AIDS was positively associated with attitude toward infected students. The sources of knowledge about AIDS were mainly TV, newspapers and magazines, but a few of the subjects obtained their knowledge from health education programs. This study suggests that the reinforcement of health education for the teachers, professors and students he needed to provide the accurate knowledge on AIDS and adequate knowledge sources and materials for school health education on AIDS should be developed.
