The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and improvements of Korean foods by using the ISA (Importance Satisfaction Analysis) targeting Korean students in international schools in the Seoul Metropolitan area. It also analyzes the difference in the importance and satisfaction of Korean foods, and to provide basic data for developing various healthy diets which are suitable for target students. Target groups are 7 to 12 graders which consist of 62 male students and 42 female students, and most of them had lived in the United States with duration of staying abroad from 1 year to less than 3 years and duration of attending schools from 1 year to less than 2 years. Most of their family structures are the nuclear family, and most of their fathers work in management positions and mothers are mostly full-time housewives. The most favored and consumed food is fruits and the least favored is seaweeds. Perceptions regarding Korean foods are mainly positive and more female students than male students consider Korean foods as well-being foods. The important factor for choosing Korean food is the flavor, and the highest satisfaction lies in the cleanliness of food and tableware, and food temperatures appear to be less important than other factors regarding both importance and satisfaction aspects. The flavor turns out to be the most influential when consuming Korean foods, and information on Korean foods is mostly acquired from advices of those around and through words-of-mouth, and many comments point out that the levels of sanitation should be improved. The result of ISA regarding determinant factors in choosing Korean foods by Korean students in international schools shows that efforts for aggressive improvements should be made in areas for 'the amount of food', 'the price of food', and 'the curiosity on food'.

According to conceptions of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine, the results of study based on SD and the factor analysis are as follows. The factors, which were showed from the conception of Korean cuisine, were the tastes for simplicity, cheapness, and familiarity, such as a side dish. The factors, which were showed from the conception of Japanese cuisine, looked like unfamiliar, tasteless and citified except sushi and grilled meat. The factors, which were showed from the conception of Chinese cuisine, were familiarity with the exception of Chinese black noodles, sweet fried pork and fried rice and those looked delicious as well as good table setting. Young people were also trending to be fond of them. The factors, which were showed from the conception of Western cuisine, were luxurious, delicate and citified foods. People were familiar with pizza, spaghetti and stake in Western cuisine.

The identification of the entrepreneurs' capacity and the obstacles of university/graduate school students have been assuming a growing importance in the development of mentoring directed towards the entrepreneurship and start-up processes. This study aims to identify the factors that most contribute for the intention to start up a business. The research also tries to identify the profile of a potential entrepreneur student concerning several characteristics: entrepreneurial capacity, obstacles and mentoring. We used the modeling testing of the data collected from 139 university/graduate school students. Research findings include the idea that entrepreneurial mentoring is moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention. On the other side, personal entrepreneurial capacity has an important role in shaping motivation to start-up a business and entrepreneurial obstacle have a negative impact in the intention to start-up. Contribution and suggestions are provided for the further research.

This study was to investigate the related convergence factors of periodontal disease in adolescents from Korean multicultural families. Participants were 698 adolescents belong to multicultural family who in the using a web based survey 2015 NKYR. It was defined in this study as one having an immigrant mother. Descriptive analysis and a chi-square test were conducted to determine the factors. Finally to investigate the associations among oral disease symptom, Binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Bleeding gums was not significant higher in female 0.67(0.64-0.71), high school 0.84(0.80-0.88), poor economic status 0.86((0.82-0.90), and was higher in happiness 1.53(1.43-1.64), academic performance 1.08(1.03-1.13), toothbrushing( /day) 1.18(1.13-1.23). Taking into account of social and economic levels, in the multicultural families adolescents, further education and support will be needed for oral prevention.

The study aims at constructing adaptation model, CampusQual, to evaluate the services which Tsinghua provides for Korean Students. The study is based on ServQual's "expectation-feeling difference" via conducting a survey on satisfaction on their campus life. We implement a survey including 30 questions in 5 sections: demographic statistics, study & information literacy, campus life, social & culture and regulations. Then through CampusQual model, we analyze the Korean students' adaptation level. CampusQual is a new service model that would enable Korean students to better live and study in universities in China. It also provides feasible suggestions and guidance for administrators on improving campus services for Korean Students.

This study is to abstract and systemize the essential elements of aging from the elementary and secondary textbooks. instuctional manuals. And the foundation of this. we have an cbject to develop the instructional materials about aging. We had 3 steps. First. we refered to sundry records. For example, the elementary, secondary external textbooks and educational program about older adults and aging. Second. we called the specialist conference. They drew the teaching elements about aging and systemized them. Third. We developed the instructional materials about aging. They were examined by some teachers and applied to the class. Teachers and students predicted the instructional materials avariable.

This paper describes the development of curriculum for the division of Mechatronics in Samcheok University to meet the requirement of Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea(ABEEK). The curriculum of the department of mechatronics in South Korea and overseas university is analysed and then the curriculum is developed considering the synergistic combination of mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, control engineering and computer engineering. And then the geopolitical condition of university is reflected in the curriculum. ABEEK requirements for major of engineering are also reflected. As a result, interdisciplinary curriculum that provides analytic capability and pragmatic qualification to students is developed.

As a theoretical background for this research, the literatures which focus on teaching and loaming of connecting with mathematics and science were investigated. And the rationale of integrated curriculum on the basis of the 7th mathematics curriculum and the goal of mathematics education and the forms of integrated curriculum and the integrated curriculum in foreign school were investigated. Depending on this review, the implement method of the integrated curriculum of mathematics and science in Korea school is suggested as the following: It requires designing inter-disciplinary into-grated problem or various teaching and learning materials which are based upon concept, skill, and principle by commonality found across the subject matter. Based on the analyses upon described above, three inter-disciplinary integrated teaching and learning materials were developed. And then, based on the case stud)', the research questions were analyzed in depth. Students could understand the developing process of linear function, develop the formula and grape representing the relationship between time and velocity, time and distance, and interpret realistic meaning of the slope.

In order for corporations and institutions to perform efficient management, they first have to infer what factors customers seek for, then continuously strive to provide them with better service. The most important element to provide better service is accurate feedback from customers; however, Korea lacks of standardized system for measuring customer satisfaction. This study suggests the analysis system for survey, which evaluates customer satisfaction efficiently. The system sets up measuring factor for each service quality, and makes it possible to perform methodically. Especially, the system introduces scoring scheme so that it evaluates quality of service or unit service and prioritizes factors those need to be improved. Furthermore, the survey is operated via mobile and online system, which can be analyzed in real time, and lets foreigners use in their own languages. Through applying the analysis system of customer satisfaction survey to students who participated in work-study program, it substantiates the effectiveness of this system.

The objective of this study is to develop university-level program(UP) 'Statistics Curriculum'. The UP program is a Korean curriculum sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Technology, which offers standardized courses to high school students that are generally recognized to be equivalent to undergraduate courses in college. In this paper we analyze that various programs are being conducted currently in Korea and overseas related with University-level Program in mathematics. And we describe course of the study, mathematical objectives of developed statistics curriculum on the study.
