A few recent international surveys reported that Korea ranks the top with respect to the high-speed information and communication network subscription per 100 people in the world. Such infrastructure has been bringing about broad changes in Internet service for both business and individual users. By conducting a questionnaire survey on a moderate size of sample proportional to the population of each region across country, we try to analyze what factors might explain the level of Internet service satisfaction with respect to security, searching, and convenience dimensions. According to the test results, several factors such as sex, age, kind of network lines, usage frequency, e-mail usage, e-shopping, online problem experience might explain the different levels of Internet service satisfaction in the high-speed Internet network. This study might shed a guidance to scholars conducting Internet-related studies and practitioners who plan information policies and business strategies.

The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

결정질실리콘 태양전지를 제조함에 있어 실리콘 기판 내의 금속 불순물들은 소자제작 시에 성능 저하의 원인으로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실리콘 기판에 Cr, Cu, Ni 불순물을 강제 오염시킨 후 태양전지를 제작하여 각각의 불순물에 대한 특성을 조사 하였다. p-type 실리콘 기판을 오염시키기 위해 일정 시간동안 표준용액에 담근 후 질소 분위기에서 열처리 하여 불순물을 확산시켰다. 이후 상용 공정을 이용하여 태양전지를 제작하고 기판내 금속불순물 농도에 따른 태양전지의 동작특성을 분석하였다.

Aminolevulinic acid(ALA) was shown to be synthesized via active pathways of either C4 or C5 ALA biosynthesis in cells of a photosynthetic bacterium, Rhodocyclus gelatinosus KUP-74, where the C5 pathway was appeared to be preferntially expressed in the cells. It was strongly suggested that L-glutamine might be utilized more effectively than L-glutamate to synthesize ALA via C5 pathway in this bacterium from the fact of relationship between the cellular uptake rates of glutamate and its Gamma-derivaties and corresponded ALA productivities in vitro and in vivo.

According to reports, it is impossible to make Ohmic Contact with high resistivity p type CdTe or CdZnTe semiconductor theoretically. But it is in need of making Ohmic Contact to fabricate semiconductor radiation detector By electroless deposition method using gold chloride solution, we made Ohmic Contact of Au and p-Cd$_{80}$Zn$_{20}$Te which grown by High Presure Bridgman Method in Aurora Technologies Corporation. We investigated the interface with Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry and Auger electron spectroscopy. And we evaluated the degree of Ohmic Contact for the Au/CdZnTe interface by the I/V characteristic curve. As a result, we concluded that it showed excellent Ohmic Contact property by tunneling mechanism through the interface.e.

In this paper, the Ni-Co alloy was used for thermal stability estimation comparison with Ni structure. The proposed Ni/Ni-Co structure exhibited wider range of rapid thermal process windows, lower sheet resistance in spite of high temperature annealing up to $700^{\circ}C$ for 30 min, more uniform interface via FE-SEM analysis, NiSi phase peak. Therefore, The proposed Ni/Ni-Co structure is highly promising for highly thermal immune Ni-silicide for nano-scale MOSFET technology.

SiO2 films were nitrided by tungsten-halogen heated rapid thermal annealing in ammonia gas at temperatures of 900-1100\ulcorner for 15-180sec. The nitroxide films were analyzed using Auger electron spectroscopy. MIS caapcitors were fabricated using these films as gate insulators. I-V and C-V characteristics of MIS capacitors were investigated. The AES depth profiles of nitroxide film show that the nitrogen rich layer is, at the early stage of nitridation, formed at the surface of nitroxide film and near the interface between nitroxide and silicon. Nitridation of SiO2 makes the film have a larger effective average refractive index. The thermal nitridation of SiO2 on silicon causes the flatband voltage shift due to the change of the fixed charge density. It is found that the dominant conduction mechanism in nitroxide is Fowler-Nordheim tunneling. Rapid thermal nitridation of 200\ulcornerSiO2 on silicon results in an improvement in the dielectric breakdown electric field.

국내 여성벤처기업의 수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 우리 경제와 벤처업계에서 여성벤처기업의 역할과 중요성도 증대되고 있다. 그러나 여성벤처기업의 경영애로요인과 경영성과 간의 관계가 기업의 유형에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지에 대한 체계적인 연구는 수행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 여선벤처기업에 대한 지원도 이러한 기업 유형을 고려하지 않은 채 이루어지는 경우가 많아 지원의 효율성에 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여성벤처기업에 대한 효율적인 지원에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하기 위하여, 여성벤처기업의 경영애로요인과 경영성과 간의 관계가 기업의 유형 및 지원형태에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 실증적으로 분석할 연구모형을 제시하였다.

우리나라의 승강기 기술은 유럽, 미국, 캐나다의 기술표준을 도입함으로써 선진화를 꾀해오고 있으나, 초기의 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 품질서비스가 아직도 취약한 실정이다. 그 동안 서비스 품질의 정확한 구성요인을 파악하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔지만, 대부분 서비스품질의 구성요인들 중 기능적 품질에만 국한된 연구가 주류를 이루어 왔으며, 서비스품질 구성요소를 통합한 승강기 유지보수산업에 대한 실증적인 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 승강기 유지보수산업의 서비스 품질속성에 대한 고유속성과 척도 도출을 통해 경영성과 요인으로서의 고객만족도와 재무 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 중소벤처승강기 유지보수 산업의 서비스 품질 제고를 전략의 수립에 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

경제가 발달되고 경제의 기능이 전문화됨에 따라 다양한 지식서비스가 등장하고 있다. 실제로 우리 경제에서 지식서비스 산업이 차지하는 비중은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 지식서비스 산업의 경쟁력이 나아가 국가 경제의 경쟁력이 되고 있다. 이러한 지식서비스 산업에 있어서 서비스 품질은 산업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심적인 요소 중의 하나이다. 지식서비스 산업 중 세무대리, 회계, 특허, 컨설팅 등과 같이 자격증을 보유한 경영자가 운영하는 지식서비스 산업의 경우는 경영자의 리더십에 따라 서비스의 품질과 경영의 성과가 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식서비스 산업의 경영자의 리더십과 서비스 품질, 그리고 경영성과에 대한 구조적인 관계를 실증분석할 모형을 제시하고자 한다.
