This study conducted a focus group interview with 15 college freshman from J college to find out their experiences in non-face-to-face lectures with COVID-19. The contents of the interview were recorded and conducted, and the meaning was analyzed according to the focus group interview procedure through repeated listening. Components were 'Operation of non-face-to-face lectures in unprepared situations', 'Loss of orientation in lectures and departure from learning', 'One way listening', 'The convenience of taking a lectures'. The experience of 'Operating non-face-to-face lectures in unprepared situations' included the start of mixed non-face-to-face lectures, cumbersome and inconvenient online systems, and the demand for tuition refunds. The experience of 'Loss of orientation in lectures and departure from learning' has experienced difficulty in concentrating on lectures, Deficiency in the degree of recognition of learning content, and burden of assignments and exams. The experience of 'One way listening' has experienced lack of interaction between professors and learners and non reflection of liveliness in the field. Finally, participants experienced satisfaction with being able to lectures and repeat lectures at anytime and anywhere they wanted with the convenience of taking lectures. Based on this study, participants called for improvements in the quality lecture contents and interaction between professors and learners, and it is thought that universities will need administrative and financial support and education design and system construction to construct high-quality lecture contents.

Since the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) outbreak, it has been generally believed that a medical technologists (MTs) are supposed to perform polymerase chain reaction tests and next-generation sequencing (NGS) in the hospitals. However, many do not recognize that the duty of MT for clinical genetic testing has not been stated in the Medical Laws (72.5% for MT, N=200; 62.8% for students, N=123). In this regard, to evaluate the feasibility of MT's role for NGS genetic testing, we requested our subjects to fill out an online survey and analyzed the data. Among them, it shows that the scope of MT's role, including NGS performance should include clinical genetic testing (99.5% for MT, N=200; 86.8% for students, N=123). Also, questions on clinical genetics, which is associated with both cellular genetics and molecular genetic questions should be included in the National MT License Problem Bank (97.5% for MT; 71.4% for students). Based on these results, the Korean Association of Medical Technologists needs to cooperate synergically with the Academic Association of Biomedical Laboratory Science with respect to genetic education and legislation for the future benefit of both MTs and students.

Despite several constitutive models have been proposed and applied, it is still difficult to choose a suitable model and to estimate adequate analysis parameters. Furthermore, a cyclic shear behavior under the volume change caused by the seepage is more complex. None of the constitutive model is available at present in the expression of the cyclic behavior of soil under an additional volume change condition by seepage. Therefore, a new geotechnical hybrid simulation system which can control the pore water immigration was developed. The system enables a quantitative evaluation of the residual deformation such as lateral spreading and settlement caused by the liquefaction. The seismic responses in a one-dimensional slightly inclined multilayered soil system are taken into consideration, and the soils are governed by both equation of motion and the continuity equation. Furthermore, the estimation and the selection of the soil parameter for the representation of the strong nonlinearity of the material are not required, because soil behaviors under the earthquake motions are directly introduced instead of a numerical soil constitutive model. This paper presents the concept and specifications of the system. By applying the system to an example problem, the permeability effect on the seismic response during cyclic shear is studied. The importance of the volume change characteristics of sandy soil during and after cyclic shear is shown in conclusion.

The accessibility evaluation of ten web-based loaming content in Korea was performed with the following procedure : (1) A primitive metric of the compliance of those contents to the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 1.0 was obtained using Bobby, a widely used accessibility checker. (2) SGML validation test was carried out. (3) The contents were rendered with various browsers including a text-mode browser. (4) They were manually checked as to whether they satisfy the accessibility criteria proposed by W3C. Most of the tested contents scored low marks in all the test categories partly because they were apparently developed with little attention paid to web standard conformance, browser compatibility, and device-independence. They also put heavy emphasis on audio-visual effects catering only to the best-equipped users and offering no alternate access route for those in restricted environment. As more information and learning materials are delivered through the Internet, these low accessible contents would lead to a deeper information divide. The accessibility needs to be regarded as an important factor in evaluating the quality of loaming content.

In programming language learning system of flip learning methods, the evaluation of cyber lectures generally proceeds from online to multiple choice questions. In this case, the questions are randomly extracted from the question bank and given to individual learners. In order for these evaluation results to be reflected in the grades, the equity of the examination question is more important than anything else. Especially in the programming language subject, the degree of difficulty that learners think can be different depending on the type of problem. In this paper, we classify the types of multiple-choice problems into two categories, and manage the difficulty level by each type. And we propose a question selection algorithm that considers both difficulty level and type of question. Considering the characteristics of the programming language, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more efficient and fair than the conventional method.
Image-based traffic information collection systems have entered widespread adoption and use in many countries since these systems are not only capable of replacing existing loop-based detectors which have limitations in management and administration, but are also capable of providing and managing a wide variety of traffic related information. In addition, these systems are expanding rapidly in terms of purpose and scope of use. Currently, the utilization of image processing technology in the field of traffic accident management is limited to installing surveillance cameras on locations where traffic accidents are expected to occur and digitalizing of recorded data. Accurately recording the sequence of situations around a traffic accident in a signal intersection and then objectively and clearly analyzing how such accident occurred is more urgent and important than anything else in resolving a traffic accident. Therefore, in this research, we intend to present a technology capable of overcoming problems in which advanced existing technologies exhibited limitations in handling real-time due to large data capacity such as object separation of vehicles and tracking, which pose difficulties due to environmental diversities and changes at a signal intersection with complex traffic situations, as pointed out by many past researches while presenting and implementing an active and environmentally adaptive methodology capable of effectively reducing false detection situations which frequently occur even with the Gaussian complex model analytical method which has been considered the best among well-known environmental obstacle reduction methods. To prove that the technology developed by this research has performance advantage over existing automatic traffic accident recording systems, a test was performed by entering image data from an actually operating crossroad online in real-time. The test results were compared with the performance of other existing technologies.

In this paper, we propose a novel sharing method ordering the events occurring between users collaborated with the common telecomputing environment. We realize the sharing method with multimedia data to improve the coworking effect using teleprocessing network. This sharing method advances the efficiency of communicating projects such as remote education, tele-conference, and co-authoring of multimedia contents by offering conveniences of presentation, group authoring, common management, and transient event productions of the users. As for the conventional sharing white board system, all the multimedia contents segments should be authored by the exclusive program, and we cannot use any existing contents or program. Moreover we suffer from the problem that ordering error occurs in the teleprocessing operation because we do not have any line-up technology for the input ordering of commands. Therefore we develop a method of retrieving input and output events from the windows system and the message hooking technology which transmits between programs in the operating system In addition, we realize the allocation technology of the processing results for all sharing users of the distributed computing environment without any error. Our sharing technology should contribute to improve the face-to-face coworking efficiency for multimedia contents authoring, common blackboard system in the area of remote educations, and presentation display in visual conference.
This study aimed to examine the delivery conditions and microbial contamination of fresh-cut and ready-to-eat foods purchased from online markets between February and November 2023. Upon arrival, the average surface temperature of the products was 11.3℃. In the fresh-cut foods, the average number of total aerobic bacteria and coliforms was 4.5 log colony-forming units (CFU)/g and 1.2 log CFU/g, respectively, whereas in the ready-to-eat foods, these values were 10.6 log CFU/g and 1.2 log CFU/g, respectively. Pathogens, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes, and pathogenic Escherichia coli were absent from all samples. Bacillus cereus was found in 2.7% of the fresh-cut foods and 0.9% of the ready-to-eat foods, with contamination levels averaging 0.05 log CFU/g and 0.01 log CFU/g, respectively. In the four samples in which B. cereus was detected, genetic testing of the six toxin genes produced by B. cereus revealed the presence of at least one enterotoxin gene, excluding the emetic toxin. L. monocytogenes was absent from ready-to-eat foods but was detected in 0.9% of fresh-cut foods. Analysis of the isolated L. monocytogenes confirmed the presence of six pathogenicity-related genes, including iap, indicating the potential risk of foodborne diseases.
Accurately recording the sequence of situations around a traffic accident in a freeway and then objectively and clearly analyzing how such accident occurred is more urgent and important than anything else in resolving a traffic accident. Therefore, in this research, existing technologies, this freeway attribute, velocity changes, volume changes, occupancy changes reflect judge the primary. Furthermore, We pointed out by many past researches while presenting and implementing an active and environmentally adaptive methodology capable of effectively reducing false detection situations which frequently occur even with the Gaussian Mixture model analytical method which has been considered the best among well-known environmental obstacle reduction methods. Therefore, in this way, the accident was the final decision. Also, environmental factors occur frequently, and with the index finger situations, effectively reducing that can actively and environmentally adaptive techniques through accident final judgment. This implementation of the evaluate performance of the experiment road of 12 incidents in simulated and the jang-hang IC's real-time accident experiment. As a result, the do well detection 93.33%, false alarm 6.7% as showed high reliability.
The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in satisfaction with remote learning after the outbreak of COVID-19 between two-year college students and four-year university students. The analysis results regarding differences in satisfaction according to the types of remote learning were as follows: first, male students had greater satisfaction with the hybrid type of in-person and non-contact lecturers than female students; secondly, two-year college students had a higher level of satisfaction with all the types of remote learning than four-year university students; and thirdly, there were significant differences in students' satisfaction with the hybrid type of in-person and non-contact lectures according to the grades in a four-year university. The study then analyzed differences in satisfaction with the management and content of remote learning, interactions with professors, and exams and found that two-year college students exhibited a greater level of satisfaction than four-year university students. No significant differences were found in satisfaction with remote learning according to the grades both in two-year college students and four-year university students. The findings of the study demonstrate significant differences in overall satisfaction with remote-learning according to college and university types. That is, two-year college students had greater satisfaction with remote learning than four-year university students. It is critical to take into consideration the characteristics of students according to college and university types in the development process in order to raise the effects of remote learning based on these analysis results.
