A Real-time Symmetric Component Sequence Analysis Algorithm for Power Quality Analysis (전력품질 분석을 위한 대칭성분 실시간 추종에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 시간영역에서 대칭좌표법을 사용한 전력품질 이벤트 검출에 관한 연구이다. sag, swell. interruption, harmonic, flicker, transients, notches, spike 등과 같은 전력품질 이벤트들이 이 방법으로 쉽게 검출된다. 본 방법은 웨이블릿, s-변환, 힐버트 변환 등의 방법이 가지고 있는 계산 부담이 없기 때문에 온라인 응용프로그램에 쉽게 사용될 수 있다. 단상 전력품질 이벤트 신호는 시간 영역에서 대칭요소를 계산하기 위하여 120도, 240도 위상차를 가지고 생성되는 다른 두 신호와 함께 이동되어 간다. 전력품질 이벤트 신호의 시작점(triggering point)은 역상분으로부터 쉽게 검출될 수 있고 이벤트는 정상분과 역상분의 합을 사용한 파형의 특징 분석으로 쉽게 분류될 수 있다. 시뮬레이션된 결과는 전력품질 이벤트의 검출과 분류를 위한 본 방법의 효과를 보여주기 위하여 다수의 전력품질 이벤트를 보여주고 있고 전력계통망 지락사고 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • As newspapers which have been major news media are being replaced by on-line news media in recent years, many researchers are paying attention to "comments(news users' short remarks on an article)", a newly emerged way of forming public opinion. This study is examining how the similarity between political disposition of on-line news visitors and that of news media impacts upon their evaluation on quality of comments from the viewpoint of 'social identity theory.' This study may have academic significance because it inspected the pattern of media usage and the cognition of comments in relation to political disposition for the first time and showed 'comments reading' and the function of comments to form public opinion(comments journalism).

  • The online performance market is increasing due to recent pandemic events. However, due to the short introduction time of domestic online performances, there is a lack of related prior studies or success stories. In addition, most of these projects are short-lived projects or poor profits, so it is necessary to study how to activate them. The Sac on Screen project, which has been in progress since 10 years ago, has its own imaging experience, and the screening works and screening venues are also diverse, so it is an object of study. In addition, since annual satisfaction surveys are conducted, the business was evaluated based on the voice of customers from the data of the past three years. Based on the analyzed results, a free and paid version of the business model canvas was drawn through a group of experts. As a result of this synthesis, the following major implications were drawn. First, expanding research on online performances, second, needing a sense of responsibility for quality management of content, third, increasing diversity in content selection, and fourth, enhancing the liveliness of online performances, Fifth, efforts are needed to attract private investment and develop value-added products.

Online blind source separation and dereverberation of speech based on a joint diagonalizability constraint (공동 행렬대각화 조건 기반 온라인 음원 신호 분리 및 잔향제거)

  • Reverberation in speech signals tends to significantly degrade the performance of the Blind Source Separation (BSS) system. Especially in online systems, the performance degradation becomes severe. Methods based on joint diagonalizability constraints have been recently developed to tackle the problem. To improve the quality of separated speech, in this paper, we add the proposed de-reverberation method to the online BSS algorithm based on the constraints in reverberant environments. Through experiments on the WSJCAM0 corpus, the proposed method was compared with the existing online BSS algorithm. The performance evaluation by the Signal-to-Distortion Ratio and the Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality demonstrated that SDR improved from 1.23 dB to 3.76 dB and PESQ improved from 1.15 to 2.12 on average.

The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust (온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로)

  • Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

  • Since the first sale of a banner advertisement in 1995, electronic commerce has become a new transaction channel for consumers. With more than 20 years of its history, electronic commerce has become an important consumption channel for everyone and inexperience is no more a reason that discourages the consumption through this channel. The great expansion of this channel is now a formidable thereat to traditional channels. However, products with high asset specificity and complexity are still having difficulty to be traded over the online channel where the experience of the products for a consumer is limited. Especially, variations of the same product's quality depending on how pre-owners used the product and high complexity to describe the quality of the products prevent used goods from being traded over e-channels. Added to that, the information asymmetry between sellers and buyers for used goods makes the establishment of market transaction difficult. Considering the challenges, the current case study discusses thredUP, a clothing resale platform company. In this paper, we study how the company could overcome those limitations in this toughest resale market through the use of AI for dynamic pricing and standarized product quality ratings. In addition, we also hope to provide readers with the opportunity to understand the secondhand industries and its market, and see where it is heading for in the future.

  • The critical link between consumer-based internet ordering and the delivery of the product to the consumer is a key success factor in online shopping. Market areas of online shopping company implies the range of space where products ordered from online shopping can be physically delivered to customers distributed over space with reasonable shipping cost and lead time through the physical distribution network. The average rate of growth in online shopping is 36% per year in Korea for the last 5 years. But there are no maps available that describe sales/delivery density of online shopping, few researches are focused on the short-term/long-term adaptation to demand increase by online shopping. In this paper (1) Maps of trade area are described indicating the sales/delivery density around the nation. (2) Empirical researches suggested that short-term adaptation to demand increase resulted in price reduction and service in enhancement of service quality in local transportation. But the long-term adaptation on the parts of parcel delivery industry are to be investigated in future researches.

  • The recent development of IT, consolidation of communications and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. These changes are enabling the new educational environments such as distance learning and virtual education. Particularly e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training fields. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence education and training in business organizations through an empirical survey. The results show that most of hypotheses get significant support. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

  • With the convergence of disciplines in progress and Web 2.0 online collaborative environment, online knowledge exchange activities of researchers are increasing. Quickness of acquiring knowledge highly impacts on research productivity in the global era. Online knowledge exchange is critical service for researchers. In this study, knowledge exchange service model was presented from the perspective of activate participation, knowledge quality improvement, quickness of exchanges. A variety of domestic and international knowledge exchange services were analyzed, particularly Korean domestic service KOSEN What is? as for operational practice. It is confirmed that in order to stimulate researcher knowledge exchange the quality of the knowledges exchanged is essential and variety of operating activities are needed such as expert matching systems, enhancement of speed in knowledge exchange, ease of usability, and elements of fun.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate contents identification and brand community identification on the brand community. Analysis was performed for the empirical study where important variables of this framework included attractiveness, similarity, intimacy, information quality, contents identification, and community identification, loyalty. I collected the 184 data through survey and analyzed them. The data were recorded and analyzed using the SPSS 14.0 and LSREL 8.30. The brief findings of the study were as below: Given the finding of the study, users who have contents identification directly don't affect on purchase loyalty. Therefore, company intensifies users' visiting community. Users who consistently visit community have purchase loyalty. Existing studies on online brand community is a study for the identification. This study identified the dimensions of the content attribute of the content identification and brand community identification were examined by questionnaires. Accordingly, the company operating the brand community to provide more useful suggestions.
