결혼피로연 음식의 이용실태 및 영양소 섭취량 조사

  • 규제되었던 특급호텔에서의 예식이 1999년 8월 9일자로 전면 자율화되었다. 이로 인하여 예식시장이 확대되고 이에 맞춰 전문예식장도 많이 신설되었으나 예식 서비스 및 예식운영이 예전에 비하여 큰 변화가 없어, 이용 후 고객만족도가 사전기대에 못 미쳐 고객들의 불만이 대두되고 있으며, 예식업체간의 경쟁심화 및 이윤추구로 인한 품질 저하 현상이 우려되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 결혼예식장에서 결혼피로연을 이용하는 고객의 이용실태를 파악하고 피로연 음식에 대한 영양소 섭취량을 조사함으로써 고객 만족도 및 피로연 음식의 질적 향상을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다.(중략)

Korean and Japanese Wedding Industry Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty (웨딩산업에서 한.일 소비자 만족도 및 충성도에 관한 연구: 예식장을 이용한 기혼자 중심으로)

  • This study examines the consumer behavior towards service satisfaction and loyalty in the wedding service market when differentiated services were provided through a market segmentation that includes products, prices, and channels for service choices. This study uses the questionnaire research method to compare the wedding service consumer satisfaction between Korea and Japan. As for married couples, the convenience of transportation and name-recognition were the most important considerations among Koreans when it comes to choosing a place for wedding ceremonies. Meanwhile, Japanese counterparts considered reasonable prices and wedding services quality as the most important factors. In terms of the level of satisfaction in services provided by wedding halls, Korean married couples were found to be more satisfied than Japanese counterparts. Second, the impact of the level of satisfaction with wedding services on consumer loyalty was analyzed. It was found that name-recognition was an important influencing factor among both Koreans and Japanese. An increased satisfaction with name-recognition, resulted in higher loyalty by individuals to wedding halls. In terms of showing loyalty to wedding halls, Koreans were found to be more influenced by name-recognition than the Japanese. Third, there was no significant difference found in japan in terms of the impact of the level of satisfaction with wedding services loyalty.

  • The objectives of this study were empirically to test the reformative model for Korean sacrificial rite and to investigate the effects of demographic variables. the survey was conducted by means of questionnaire with 600 persons located in Seoul. Major findings were as follows ; 1, Sacrificial day ; was displayed (1) dead day (2) holiday in back and forth of dead day 2. Sacrificial time ; was showed (1) 8-9 h. p.m (2) 6-7 h. p.m 3. Sacrificial extent ; was displayed (1) grandparents and parents (2) only parents 4. Participative extent ; was showed (1) Cousin (2) only sons and daughters 5. Sacrificial procedure ; was displayed twice deep bow and 1 minute\`s silent prayer. 6. New year's and Chusok's rite ; was showed (1) simple foods (2) joint leisure time 7. Sacrificial table ; was displayed (1) boiled rice . water . gustoish articles. (2) omission of food table 8. rite\`s socialization ; was showed (1) delivery and marketing sale\`s food (2) special sacrificial restaurant. 9. Womens'and mens'difference ; women were active 7ut men were passive 10. Age's difference ; excepting 30-40, the all generations were more reformative. 11. Number of brothers ; small number of brothers were more reformative than a many number. 12. Sacrificial manager or not , managers were conservative than persons were not managers.

  • This paper shows a reasonable contract power conversion factor, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated contract power and peak power for the last 5 years of each customer for 461 general customers as to AMR. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried by the linear and nonlinear regression analysis. Therefore, this paper compared characteristics for a contract power conversion factor which is applied to estimate contract power with characteristics for a regression model for customers(office, store, hotel, hospital, wedding hall) which maximum utilization factor of transformer is more than 60[%].

A Study on the Recognition and Prospect for Korean Traditional Pyebaeck Foods in Daegu Area(II) (한국 전통 폐백음식에 대한 인식과 전망 (II)-대구지역을 중심으로-)

  • This study was performed by questionnaire to investigate the recognition and prospect for Korean traditional Pyebaeck Foods. The subjects of this study consisted of 621 housewives in Daegu area. The results were summarized as follows: The most people(94.2%) had ever seen Pyebaeck refreshments before, and most had seen them in wedding halls(62.5%). The reason they do prepare Paebaek refreshments was “it's tradition”(44.9%), and they considered this tradition as a public moral. The peoples who had prepared Pyebaeck refreshments at home consisted 51.0% and those who had purchased at caterer was 59.5%. The reason for preparing the refreshments at home was usually “it's true-hearted”(48.8%) and the reason for hiring specialists was “it's more convenient”(38.7%). Opinions about cooking method were mostly “complicated”(79.8%), and the knowledge score for cooking methods was low in 2.80. 31.3% of respondents reported inheriting their recipes from their mother. 43.3% of the respondents thought it would be “transmitted only a part” on prospects for Pyebaeck refreshments. 31.5% of the respondents said the improvement plan should be “focused on development of various Pyebaeck refreshments with modern senses” and 30.4% that the industralization should be effected through “publicity activities and education about its excellence”. People had to experience the Pyebaeck in the right way and to understand its real meaning better in order not to consider it as an evil custom, empty formality and vanity.

The Actual State of the Creation and Management of Public Open Spaces of Major Buildings - Focused on Daegu-City - (대형건축물 공개공지의 조성 및 관리실태 분석 - 대구시를 대상으로 -)

  • Public open space(Gong-Gae-Gong-Ji) is an important part of the open-space system in an urban environment. Though part of the private sector, it has a significant public function as there are as always open to the free use of every citizen for rest and amenities. A field survey of the public open space of 71 major buildings was carried out to investigate the actual state of public open spaces in the city of Daegu. As a result of this investigation, several point of issues were discussed. In distribution by 'Gu', newly-emerging sub-centers of Daegu-City, such as Bug-Gu and Dalseo-Gu as well as downtown area have many public open spaces. By the use type of buildings, retail buildings such as shopping centers and SSM account for36.6%, business buildings21.1%, and residential and commercial complexes 15.5%, respectively. Location wise, the front areas accounted for the greatest amount(42.9%) with 1 in side area(20%), and 2 in the front/side area(20%), respectively. Degree of division was 1 spot type(45.7%), 2 division type(35.7%). The misuse of public open space for private use, such as shopping and parking lots, was26.6%. On the basis and analysis of the actual status, 6 improvement devices for public open spaces were suggested: 1) The improvement of the legal regulative system, 2) the establishment of design guidelines and strengthening of deliberation, 3) administrative and financial support, 4) periodic supervision and guidance, 5) installment of signs that shows the space is open for use to every citizen, and 6) the participation of citizens in management of public open space.
