Forecasting the Changes in Construction Market by Analyzing General·Specialty Contractors' Perception on Business Area Abolition (종합·전문건설사업자의 상호시장진출 의향 및 참여방식 분석을 통한 종합·전문간 업역철폐에 따른 건설시장 변화 예측)

  • The purpose of this study is to forecast future changes in the construction market following the reorganization of the construction production system by analyzing the possible market size in which general contractors and specialty contractors may participate in each other, and by carrying out a survey. The ratio of correlation between general construction and specialty construction industries was derived by analyzing the relevance of work area of general contractors and specialty contractors, the similarity of registration standards, and the market in which general contractors and specialty contractors may be able to mutually participate. In order to overcome the limitation of previous studies which analyze the changes in construction market based on the statistical data, and to analyze in more detail the impact of reorganization of construction production system from market participants' view, a survey targeting general contractors and specialty contractors for their willingness and method of participating in the mutual market was conducted. As a result of the survey, it was found that 52% of general contractors were willing to participate in the specialized construction market and 55.1% of specialty contractors were willing to participate in the general construction market. It was found that there was a high willingness to participate in the earthworks, reinforced concrete works, facility maintenance and management, water and sewage facility works, and interior works, and high competition is expected for projects with a scale of 500 million to less than 3 billion won. Through this study, it will be possible for general and specialty contractors to understand the changes in the construction market due to the reorganization of the construction industry production system, and to respond effectively to these changes.

  • After examining the current situations of financial frauds and the reasons for their occurrence in the financial institutions through examples of financial frauds in domestic and abroad, this study presents ways to prevent such financial scams. The preventive measures consist of activities before and after the occurrence of financial frauds and during normal financial operations. The activities are as follows: 1. Preventive activity should be strengthened before the occurrence of financial frauds. That is, first, the enforcement of consistent internal control is needed. Second, in order to block the probability of financial frauds involved with employees, ethics education and a reward program for inside tippers need to be run. Third, financial institutions need to apply for comprehensive insurance policy to minimize the lost in case. 2. Preventive activity should be strengthened during normal financial operations. First, self authentication system for customers needs to be introduced. Second, dealings of day, week, and month need to be thoroughly checked and the system of audit needs to be expanded. Third, message service for the information on financial frauds and their preventive measures needs to be expanded. Fourth, public notification system against examples of financial frauds needs to be expanded. 3. Preventive activity after the occurrence of financial frauds should be strengthened. First, awareness for preventive measures such as imposing penalty on the manager needs to be enhanced. Second, strict restrictions on financial frauders such as a criminal charge needs to be strengthened. Third, there should be legal devices and resolutions in order to retrieve all the money deceived by financial frauds.

A Study on Ethical Problem of Insider Trading (내부자 거래의 윤리적 문제점에 대한 연구)

  • The aim of this paper is to reveal the ethical problem of insider trading. 'Insider trading' refer to obtaining information from non-public sources such as private acquaintances about trade secret, using it purposes of enhancing insider's financial advantages. And sometimes such a practice can be conducted fraudulently. Therefore, the focus of this paper will be on fairness or justice arguments against insider trading. And all kinds of discussion this paper are to focus the underlying consideration behind these arguments, that is, the underlying consideration about violation of ethical standards of fairness. First, one of these arguments argues that insider trading does necessarily involve defrauding general investors such as general employees, general stockholders. And economic power and unjust advantage of insider can be exercised to the detriment of this non-insider's interests. Second, another argument argues that insider trading undermines competition which is the principle of any free market. And insider trading is not only a complication in the free market mechanism, but also thwarts free competition which free markets depend. Third, the final argument argues that insider trading will be made something unfair about the concept of equal access to information. This argument argues, therefore, that to permit insider trading would be to set up stock market trading rules that are unfair to non-insiders.

  • This study focuses that the business starters can refer to this study, select better franchise headquarter and make the franchise member agreement. The most concerned part for the people who want to open franchise shop is what brand is reliable and safe to them. I have analyzed disclosure report that contains overall information of franchise headquarters and researched 300 franchise shops as sample. I drew the conclusion of the decision factors of franchise member agreement, overlooked demographical status by frequency analysis with SPSS 18.0 and performed disperse analysis to examine the decision factors of franchise member agreement and the difference between sex, service type, shop size and income level. In conclusion, the most concerned factor for the franchise agreement is sales management. Sex, shop size and income level are not meaningful factors, but the cost and training management factors are considered differently based on the service type. I hope 1) this study can be utilized for the franchise business starters judge and refer information level provided by the headquarters and make a successful franchise shop business. 2) this study can make solid relationship between franchise members and present a long term vision to them. Finally, this study can be a foundation to promote franchise field through making and supplementing the law of promoting proficient and good franchise headquarters and fairness of franchise transaction and franchise encouragement.

A Study on the Labor Director System of Public Institutions in the Degital Age

  • The labor director system to be introduced into the company law, the labor director must be explained in the Korean company law and the inevitability of its introduction must be persuaded. Conflicts with shareholders' right to appoint institutions are also a task that must be resolved. Management has absolute meaning for shareholders who receive dividends from operating profit. On the other hand, for workers who are guaranteed the right to collective action and are paid for their labor according to the contract law and the labor law, the management must be considered as a partner in labor-management cooperation, so the labor director system may cause confusion. There are growing calls to create a system that can form a 'relationship of understanding, participation, and cooperation', away from the existing 'control and command'-centered manpower management that causes labor-management confrontation and the system can also serve as an opportunity to reduce harmful effects of high-handed personnel administration in public institutions.

  • 일반적인 정보 검색은 색인어를 통해 이루어지는데 이런 경우 사용자는 정보를 검색하기 위해 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보들이 가지고 있는 색인어를 정확하게 입력해야 한다. 그러나 일반 사용자가 색인어를 정확하게 입력하기는 어렵고, 특히 찾고자 하는 분야가 전문 분야에서 사용되는 용어일 때는 더욱 그러하다. 이럴 때 시소러스와 같은 지식구조를 이용해서 색인어를 탐색하여 검색의 효율을 높일 수 있다. 최근 들어 정보기술 분야의 연구가 활발함에 따라 정보자로의 생산이 급격히 증가하고 이를 관련 주제 분야의 연구정보로 활용하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 IT 분야의 정보를 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 또한 IT 분야와 같은 전문분야일 때 검색 시스템에서 사용할 용어의 관리에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT분야의 정보를 검색할 수 있는 IT 업체정보검색시스템에서 정보 검색시에 생기는 용어간의 불일치 문제를 해결하고, 각 용어들간의 계층 관계를 나타내어 정보 검색시 검색어의 확장을 도울 수 있는 용어 관리 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 그에 대한 검색 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제안된 구조는 사용자의 검색어에 대한 동의어 관계나 상위어, 하위어 등의 계층 관계를 파악하여 검색의 범위에 추가함으로써 검색 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한 새로운 용어의 생성이나 삭제와 같은 연산이 발생했을 때 시스템을 동적으로 확장할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 단어간의 계층 구조를 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 객체-관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 또한 메모리 상주 DBMS를 사용하여 많은 사용자들이 동시에 접근하는 환경에서도 빠른 검색 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다. 제시된 방법은 정보기술 분야뿐만 아니라 다른 전문용어 분야의 연구로도 그 범위를 확장 할 수 있다.자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. A Machine Learning-based Total Production Time Prediction Method for Customized-Manufacturing Companies (주문생산 기업을 위한 기계학습 기반 총생산시간 예측 기법)

  • Due to the development of the fourth industrial revolution technology, efforts are being made to improve areas that humans cannot handle by utilizing artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning. Although on-demand production companies also want to reduce corporate risks such as delays in delivery by predicting total production time for orders, they are having difficulty predicting this because the total production time is all different for each order. The Theory of Constraints (TOC) theory was developed to find the least efficient areas to increase order throughput and reduce order total cost, but failed to provide a forecast of total production time. Order production varies from order to order due to various customer needs, so the total production time of individual orders can be measured postmortem, but it is difficult to predict in advance. The total measured production time of existing orders is also different, which has limitations that cannot be used as standard time. As a result, experienced managers rely on persimmons rather than on the use of the system, while inexperienced managers use simple management indicators (e.g., 60 days total production time for raw materials, 90 days total production time for steel plates, etc.). Too fast work instructions based on imperfections or indicators cause congestion, which leads to productivity degradation, and too late leads to increased production costs or failure to meet delivery dates due to emergency processing. Failure to meet the deadline will result in compensation for delayed compensation or adversely affect business and collection sectors. In this study, to address these problems, an entity that operates an order production system seeks to find a machine learning model that estimates the total production time of new orders. It uses orders, production, and process performance for materials used for machine learning. We compared and analyzed OLS, GLM Gamma, Extra Trees, and Random Forest algorithms as the best algorithms for estimating total production time and present the results.

The Effects of the Service Quality of Food and Beverage Section at Hotels on Organization Value and Work Performance (호텔 식음료 부서의 서비스 품질이 조직 가치, 업무 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze what effects the service quality of the food and beverage section have on its organization value in the value-oriented hotel business, how the organization value influence work performance, and what causal relationships exist among variable factors such as service quality, organization value, and work performance for helping get the hotel business more profitable through guiding service improvements. For conducting the study, full-time staff working at the restaurants of premium hotels in Seoul participated in the test as samples from January 10th to January 22nd, 2009. The statistical data analyses were completed using the SPSS 12.0 program, and frequency analyses, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis were conducted. The main results of this study were as follows. First, service quality of the food and beverage section in the hotel business caused positive effects on organization values. Second, it was found that the organization value and service quality also positively influenced work performance. Third, among service quality, organization value, and work performance, service quality had a direct effect on business performance, and organization value played an indirect role to cause effects on work performance through service quality. Accordingly, all of the workers engaging in the hotel business, including board of directors, ordinary managers and staff working at the food and beverage section, are highly required to recognize how keenly important service quality is for the hotel business.

  • As modern society changes toward knowledge based society, the patent policy and professional manpower need to be changed because interest and importance about patent, trademarks, intellectual property right and copyright of business secret are increasing. In order to facilitate trading of the technology developed in the private sector and to promote the business, the Act of technology transfer and commercialization promotion is prepared. In the law, the article 14 says that who have expertise on commercialization of the technology transfer can be registered as a technology trader to the Minister of Knowledge Economy. For the purpose of finding improvements of the technology trader's registration system, comparison method was studied. Technology trader compare with licensed real estate agent which is similar with it in terms of trade. There are several results from this study by followings. The unique tasks of technology traders should be specified for increasing authority of technology transfer expert. Manual criteria of post management should be prepared through registration certificate management agency which operated by charging. In addition, The announcement document should be prepared carefully for necessity of announcement and registration criteria of technology trading business. These improvements are enable to motivate trading market and impact to expand the base of technology marketing and technology transfer-commercialization.

Prediction Survey on Construction Guarantee Market Due to the Restructuring of the Construction Industry's Production System (건설산업 생산체계 개편에 따른 건설보증시장 변화 예측 조사)

  • The construction guarantee market is a rear market affected by changes in the construction industry and market. As the restructuring of the construction industry's production system is being carried out, such as the abolition of regulations on business field between general and specialty contractors, major changes are expected not only in the construction market but also in the construction guarantee market. In construction guarantee market, there are currently three Contractor Financial Cooperatives, which are divided based on business field and business type(General, Specialty and Plant & Mechanical). The abolition of business field regulation will have various effects on construction guarantee market, such as forming a competitive structure among the three Contractor Financial Cooperatives. Therefore the role of the construction guarantee institutions are also required to change. This study predicted the changes in the construction guarantee market after the restructuring of construction industry and analyzed the ripple effect on the market. This study reviewed the details of the reorganization plan on the construction industry, policies and statistical data related to construction guarantee, and lastly conducted the survey on each member of the three Contractor Financial Cooperatives to analyze the usage behavior in the future guarantee market. Based on the result of this study, the members of both the General Contractor Financial Cooperative and Specialty Contractor Financial Cooperative are not willing to change the existing institutions, but a lot of them are expected to use other institutions in duplicate. The members of the Plant & Mechanical Contractor Financial Cooperative are most willing to use other guarantee institutions.
