This study verified the relationships between trust of simulation golf lesson programs, golf passion, and psychological happiness of active seniors. The subjects of study were adults from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. For data processing, this study conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correlation, and structure equation modeling. The results were as follows: First, trust of simulation golf lesson programs had no influence on golf passion (p>.05). Second, trust of simulation golf lesson program had no influence on psychological happiness (p>.05). Third, golf passion (harmonious passion) had a positive influence on psychological happiness (p<.05). However, golf passion (obsessive passion) had no influence on psychological happiness (p>.05).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological well-being of Pilates class participants and their intention to continue exercising by examining the passion for leisure of Pilates participants who continue to exercise while taking risks during COVID-19 pandemic. The subjects were 285 Pilates participants. For data processing, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. In addition, path analysis was SEM and the bootstrapping method was used to examine the mediating effect of psychological well-being in the relationship between the passion for leisure and intention to continue exercising. First, passionate behavior had a positive effect on psychological well-being. Second, passionate behavior had a positive effect on exercise continuity. Third, psychological well-being had a positive effect on exercise continuity. Fourth, psychological well-being played a partial mediating role in the relationship between passionate behavior and exercise continuity.

This study examined the causal relationship between exercise satisfaction and behavioral intention experienced by participating in park golf with passion. The target was 189 park golf participants, and The subjects of the survey were those living in Sejong City and playing park golf from July 20 to September 14, 2023. SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis. In addition, the influence relationship between each factor was examined through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research results: First, passion had a positive effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, passion was confirmed to have a positive effect on behavioral intention. Third, exercise satisfaction had a positive effect on behavioral intention. This means that the thermal emotions of park golf play a role in increasing satisfaction and behavioral intention. If an environment is created where participants' passion does not decrease, it will have an impact on expanding the base of park golf.

This study seeks to understand the inter-relationship between employee enthusiasm, trust, immersion and satisfaction of employees working at a hospitality company based in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The purpose of this study is to examine the human resources management of workers in the hospitality industry by grasping the current situation of employees working in the service enterprise. As a result, corporate organizational support in the hospitality industry has a significant impact on the enthusiasm of employees. The enthusiasm of the employee is shown to be trusting, immersing, and satisfying in the work of the employee in the hospitality company, which can be seen as an organization, showing that the employee's passion plays a positive role in trust, immersion and satisfaction. As the employee's enthusiasm is reflected in the quality of the service product as a result, it can be regarded as the quality of the relationship that the employee is responsible for or positive feelings about the company in which he or she is in charge. Personnel management measures are required to strengthen pride and desire to achieve work so that employees can exercise their passion to feel trust, immersion, and satisfaction in their businesses and work. Therefore, it is necessary to provide tangible and intangible organizational support and introduce and implement personnel-related programs to enhance work pride and desire to achieve.

The purpose of this study was to classify different profiles of grit (effort vs. interest) and passion mindset (fixed vs. growth) in university students and to understand whether there are differences in psychological characteristics (ie. depression, anxiety and happiness) and career adaptability between the profiles. To this end, we recruited 359 students aged 18 and 25 and applied a Latent Profile Analysis(LPA). The results revealed 4 distinct profiles : Profile1-a burgeoning type, Profile2-an ordinary type, Profile3-a fixed/limited type, Profile4-sprouting/drifting type. The profile1(LP1, 22.2%) had high levels of grit and passion growth mindset. The profile2(LP2, 63.8%) showed average levels in both grit and passion mindset. The profile3(LP3, 8.8%) had a low level of grit and a high level of passion fixed mindset. The profile4(LP4, 5.1%) showed a low level of grit and a high level of passion growth mindset. The four profiles were distinct in psychological characteristics and career adaptability. The burgeoning type(profile1) was most adaptive in comparison to the fixed/limited type(profile 3). These results suggest that grit has more powerful effects on psychological characteristics while passion growth mindset exerts stronger influencers in career adaptability. Putting the results together, our findings imply that both passion growth mindset and grit need to be considered together to enhance the individuals' comprehensive well-being and to increase the level of adaptation for career preparation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers. Specifically, this study investigated the mediating effect of passion for teaching on the relationship between positive psychological capital and teaching professionalism of pre-service early childhood teachers. The study participants were 198 pre-service early childhood teachers. Questionnaire were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and Sobel test for mediating effect. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was found that pre-service early childhood teachers had relatively high level of positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers. Third, the mediation effect of passion for teaching of per-service early childhood teachers between positive psychological capital and teacher professionalism was found to be partially significant. This result implies that positive psychological capitals and passion for teaching are to be effective to improve teaching professionalism of per-service early childhood teachers. The results of this study provides basic data on an early childhood teacher training program in improving teaching professionalism.

Entrepreneurs recognize that their passion was an important factor in driving successful entrepreneurship. However, they were often unaware of the impact that third-party passions related to startups have on them. Therefore, in this study, it was verified whether the accelerator incubation program had an effective effect on portfolios. At this time, I tried to do an empirical analysis focusing on how the third-party accelerator entrepreneur passion affects the entrepreneurial performance of portfolios. To this end, a survey was conducted on representatives of portfolios across the country who completed the accelerator incubation program, and empirical testing was conducted based on 330 valid ones. As a result of empirical analysis, it was confirmed that mentoring and networking among accelerator incubation programs had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial performance of portfolios. On the other hand, education and seed investment in the accelerator program did not significantly affect the entrepreneurial performance of portfolios. On the other hand, it was tested that accelerator entrepreneur passion significantly moderated both the incubation program elements (education, mentoring, network, seed investment) and the entrepreneurial performance of portfolios. The results of this study are meaningful in that they reveal that the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs is an important lynchpin of incubation programs and the key to success in startups. In addition, this study suggests that it is important for startups to go one step further from seed investment and properly identify the accelerator entrepreneur and his passion, the key man of accelerators.

세종시 연기면의 인심 좋은 시골 동네에서 미현목장을 운영하는 안만종, 한종희 부부는 송아지 7마리를 사들이고, 바켓 착유를 하던 시절부터 지금까지 27년 동안 목장을 운영하고 있다. 지금은 낙농후계자로 장성한 아들과 함께지만, 아직도 젊었을 때의 열정 그대로를 간직한 채 꼼꼼한 사양관리로 젖소를 사육하고 있는 이들 부부의 땀과 열정이 담겨있는 미현목장을 찾아가 보았다.
