The main purposes of this study is to examine the effect of treatment setting on patient participation, and the moderating effect of negative emotion between treatment setting and patient participation. For the purposes of this study's goals, the 320 samples for this empirical study were collected from the general hospital and medical clinic outpatients in C and carried out hierarchial regression by SPSS 19.0. The results of this study are as follows. There is positive effect of cleanness of the treatment setting on behavior factor in patient participation. The higher aging of patient have influences on emotional factor in patient participation. There are positive effects of the third person in treatment settings on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. There is negative effect of negative emotion on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. There are negative effects of time pressure in treatment settings on emotional and informational factors in Patient Participation. On interaction effect, there are positive effects of cleanness in treatment setting and negative emotion on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. Implications for theoretical and practical patient participation are discussed.

This study was conducted to identify the degree and correlation among clinical nurses' interpersonal problems, emotional labor and professional self-concept and to examine the effects of interpersonal problems and emotional labor on professional self-concept. Data were collected through a self reported structured questionnaire of 150 clinical nurses using convenient sampling methods from August 2, 2016 to August 30, 2016. The mean score of interpersonal problems was 2.57 and the score of moving toward people was the highest. The mean score of emotional labor was 3.50 and the score of emotional expression frequency was highest. The mean score of professional self-concept was 2.54 and the score of communication was highest. Interpersonal problems were positively correlated with emotional labor(r=0.392, p<0.001), while professional self-concept was negatively correlated with interpersonal problems(r=-0.452, p<0.001) and emotional labor(r=-0.376, p<0.001). Stepwise regression showed that interpersonal problems had the greatest effect on professional self-concept(${\beta}=-0.377$, p<0.001), followed by $Age(yr){\geq}40$, Age(yr)>$30{\leq}40$, education level and emotional labor. These variables together explained 44% of the professional self-concept among clinical nurses(F=24.38, p<0.001). In conclusion, strategies for reducing interpersonal problems and emotional labor should be developed to improve professional self-concept of clinical nurses.

현대사회에서는 다양한 방법, 통로로 자신들의 의견을 표현하고 또한 감정들을 표출한다. 이렇게 표출된 다양한 문장 및 감정들을 통해 각 연령별로 어떤 문제를 가지고 있는지, 무슨 상황에 놓여있는지 등을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이렇게 모여진 감성대화 말뭉치를 이용해 청소년들이 문장에서 추출한 단어들과 감정, 상황과 어떠한 연관성을 보이는지 확인해보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 청소년들이 남성의 경우 학교폭력 및 따돌림과 관련한 문제, 여성의 경우 가족관계와 관련한 문제와 연관성이 크다는 것을 확인하였다.

Interest in emotions continues to rise around the world, including Korea, and in recent years, new styles such as new-tro, a new term referring to 'gaem-seong' of the social networking service generation, have emerged. Considering the strong influence of emotion on time and the environment, it is necessary to recognize the public's emotion about the current new style. Thus, in this study, 12 emotional vocabulary words were selected from the nine products applied with the new-tro style: want, cute, happy, pleasure, unique, cool, stylish, pretty, fun, like, joy, and special. According to the analysis of the survey, men's emotions were higher in order of "funny-cute-happy," and women's emotions were higher in order of 40s, 30s, 50s and 20s. Emotional vocabulary extracted from this study can be used to evaluate the sensitivity of objects to which the new-tro style is applied and will be utilized as specific emotional evaluation data through the analysis methods presented.

Rapid growth of internet utilization consequences in an expansion of individual's social networks via SNS. Recently, Facebook has added six different emotion buttons reflecting suggestions claiming that "Like" button is limited, and thus must be improved. Regarding to how well newly updated six different emotion buttons were utilized, a survey that inquires the usefulness and usability of buttons for further improvement in service was conducted to 35 Facebook users of 20's and 30's, the most active ages with frequent usages. As a result, users responded with negative attitudes considering expression of six different emotions in Facebook, and exhibited less frequent usages of the service. According to respondents, the emotion expression service would lead better approachability if Facebook suggests simpler emotion expression, for example, two emotion buttons rather than current six buttons.

This study aimed to investigate the influencing factors of stress response, immediacy, emotional intelligence on converged nursing performance in Nurses. The Participants were 180 nurses who had worked at general hospitals without COVID-19 patients in B city. The data were collected by structured questionnaires of stress response, lack of premeditation, emotional intelligence, nursing performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that use of emotion(β=.31~.39) is the highest significant influencing factors on nursing process skills, leadership, education and collaboration of nursing performance explaining 48.2% of the regression model in this study. And then age(β=-.29~.30), other's emotion appraisal(β=.17~.23) and current position(β=.19) are significant in order. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply the intervention programs that improve nurses' emotional intelligence for improving nursing performance.

현대인들은 학업, 취업, 업무, 장수 스트레스 등 연령대별로 다양한 환경 스트레스에 시달리고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 자살사망률은 OECD 국가 중 가장 높은 수준으로 최근 코로나19와 관련한 걱정과 두려움, 불안, 우울을 느끼는 국민이 늘어나면서 자살시도도 증가세에 있다. 치유농업은 이러한 다양한 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 제시되고 있으며 농촌자원들을 활용하여 사람들에게 휴식처를 제공하고 기획된 프로그램을 통해 치유할 수 있어 그 만족도가 높게 나타나고 있다. 우리나라의 치유농업은 2020년 3월 치유농업 관련법이 제정되면서 본격적인 활성화가 예상되고 있으나 치유농업에 대한 다양한 학술적인 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 치유농업 체험자를 대상으로 치유농업프로그램의 유형이 체험만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기능적이미지와 감정적이미지가 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 독립변수에 치유농업프로그램의 대표적인 유형인 원예치유, 동물매개치유, 음식치유, 숲치유 4가지를 선정하였고 종속변수에 체험만족도를 선정하여 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 또한, 기능적이미지와 감정적이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다.

Recently youth problems such as school violence and bullying are becoming increasingly lower age. In order to overcome this situation highlights the importance of education and the emotions, which in analyzing the existing mobile app, only the most fun-oriented approach has been made and the information presented. It focuses on the emotion awareness and empathy abilities of learners diagnosis, training, application can be made at the level of educational mobile app prototype was developed. First, self-understanding, self-expression, others-understanding, and empathy of emotional competency derived from review of emotional awareness skills training programs. Second, by analyzing the existing emotion recognition app macro-principles and micro-strategy of mobile app's designs were derived. Third, accordi was conducted on prototype of storyboard and app the completed prototype was completed. The proposed app is a fun and learning by doing, also Depending on students' level of performance can be customized. The proposed mobile app is efficient and effective, engaging learning space as a systematic training in the diagnosis and the emotions through the elementary students will be able to improve emotional awaeness competency.

Daily stress is emerging as one of major problems to affect oral health in complicated and diversified modern society. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the daily stress of adults on their oral symptoms. The subjects in this study were 460 adults, on whom a survey was conducted from July 1 to October 30, 2012. The findings of the study were as follows: As to the impact of daily stress on oral symptoms, symptoms of the lips and cheeks and symptoms of the tongue were under the significant influence of physical, behavioral and psychoemotional stress. Physical and psychoemotional stress had a significant impact on symptoms of the teeth and the gums, and temporomandibular symptoms were significantly affected by psychoemotional and physical stress. The findings of the study showed that daily stress exerted a larger influence on the lips, cheeks and mucous membrane of oral cavity, and that multiple oral diseases took place when there were not only physical and psychoemotional stress but behavioral stress.

This study examines the relationship between emotional labor and depression in dental hygienists. Data were collected from 186 dental hygienists working in dental clinics in Daegu from early March to early April 2016. The survey was composed of questionnaires related to general characteristics, work-related characteristics, emotional labor, and depression. As a result of analyzing the subordinate factors of emotional labor, 57.0% of the factors of 'organization support and protection system' were the highest, and the effect of emotional labor on depression was 'emotionaldisharmony and damage', 'Organizational support and protection system', and especially, the ' emotionaldisharmany and damage' factors were 4.042 times higher than normal. The dental hygienist's degree of emotional labor risk is high, and education, prevention and management measures for emotional labor will be prepared. In addition, emotional labor affects the depression of dental hygienists as well, and comprehensive mental health measures are needed to take into consideration general and occupational characteristics that affect depression.
