Users' Attitude and Behavior about Movies by the Type of SNS Usage (SNS 이용 유형에 따른 영화에 대한 태도 및 행동)

  • With the increasing adoption of social network services (SNS), the cultural and art industry is also embracing SNS as an important tool of marketing. Users can share various cultural experiences on SNS easily, and companies can analyze SNS to understand the users for effective marketing. Based on this background, this study analyzed users' behavior and attitude about movies according to SNS usage types. Users of SNS were surveyed and clustered into 'information seekers', 'fun seekers', and 'relationship seekers'. Next, the behavior of the users in each cluster was compared regarding information search about movies, preferred online advertisement channels, and post-watching behavior. The results showed that the SNS usage type has significant relationship with the behavior and attitude about movies. This suggests that movie industry can establish effective online marketing strategy by analyzing SNS usage of users.

A Study on the Determination Factors of Service QualitY for Local Nong-Hyup. (지역농협의 금융서비스 품질결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • After IMF crisis in late 1997, the environment of banking industry has become competitive. To survive in this circumstance, the Local Nong-Hyup is needed to understand the customer's needs and improve the service quality. To achive the purpose, two methods were employed in this study. The first corvered the review of related literature on service. The second adopted field survey approach for data. The study model was developed using Venkatakrishnan & Jagannathan's "An Enhanced Model for Measuring Service Quality" model and details of study as follows. 1. What is the determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup. 2. Are there differences between "service perception" and "service expectation" for Local Nong-Hyup. 3. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's satisfaction. 4. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's repurchase. 5. Does customer's satisfaction for Local Nong-hyup relates repurchase. The samples of this study were extracted at random from the customers of Local Nong-hyup. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed to do frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, regression analysis, cross sectional analysis using SPSS Win 10. The results are as follows, First, as determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup "Reliability, Empathy, Tangibles, Convenience" were extracted by factor analysis. Secondly, using t-test, it was found that there are factor's gap between service anticipation and service perception. Thirdly, using regression analysis, it was found that except Convenience factor, Reliability, Empathy and Tangibles factors affect customer's satisfaction. Forthly, using regression analysis, it was found that all the factors affect repurchase. Finally, using cross sectional analysis, it was found that customer's satisfaction and customer's repurchase correlate.

An Analysis of Student Counseling Type in Medical School (일개 의과대학의 학생 상담 유형 분석)

  • For a systematic analysis of the characteristics according to the counseling type, this study was about what type of counseling is the largest number of cases that three researchers participated. The main types of counseling for paid/leaved students were identified, and the characteristics of counseling types by admission type were analyzed. A total of 185 counseling cases conducted in 2018 and 2019 were analyzed by technical statistics and analysis by seven types of counseling(emotional and personality, academic motivation, learning method/strategy, family relationship, career and major choice, self-growth motivation) and analyzed to confirm the counseling needs for each student characteristic(entrance type, grade, gender, and academic changes(paid, leave of absence experience)) according to the characteristics of the students. Through this study, it was confirmed that the number of counseling was the highest in the order of "learning methods and strategies," "emotion and personality," and "self-growth motivation," and in particular, it was confirmed that the counseling rate of freshman and sophomore students was high. Most of the students who experienced paid/leave of absence were counseling on "emotional and personality" and "learning methods/ strategies." Through this study, academic-related programs are required for freshman and sophomore students, and the necessity of improving and establishing a counseling system was confirmed in consideration of the characteristics of each type of student counseling. In addition, this study proposed the necessity of institutional support such as the group mentoring system for students with academic fluctuations.

A Study on the Subjectivity Recognition of Superior Hotel Employees for Menu Promotion (메뉴프로모션에 대한 특급호텔 종사원의 주관적 인식에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to analyze the influence relations by applying Q methodology to five-star hotel restaurants' culinary staffs through the research on the subjectivity of five-star hotels' restaurant menu promotion on culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion. This paper largely suggested two research questions like following. Research Question 1: How is the acceptance type of culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion regarding five-star hotels' restaurant promotion? Research Question2: What are the homogeneous characteristics and the implications shown in the acceptance type of culinary staffs' job satisfaction and work devotion regarding five-star hotels' restaurant promotion? In the results of typological analysis based on such research questions, total three types were drawn. In detail, the type1(N=13)(Active personal development type), the type2(N=10)(Normal menu pursuit type), and type3(N=2(Enterprise development pursuit type) showed distinctive characteristics to each other. Researching five-star hotels' culinary staffs' subjective cases, this study could not comparatively analyze diverse cases. Also, in the future, the follow-up research aims to gradually conduct more diversified and objective analysis by developing more detailed questions and analysis method of Q methodology.

A Study on the Types of Study Group in Online-Learning (온라인 학습에서 스터디 그룹의 유형에 관한 연구)

  • This purpose of study is to identify types of study groups in online learning and the relationships between the types and teams' performance. In order to address these research questions, four study group types are developed based on Neiderman & Beise(1999)'s typology: 1) fully-supported; 2) highly-virtual; 3) traditional; and 4) inactive. And then three study group types are identified based on taxonomy-approach using cluster analysis from 46 teams participated in this study: 1) fully-supported; 2) traditional; 3), and 4) highly-virtual. The result shows that the groups are validated in the latter, except for the inactive type. The result indicates that fully-supported type groups achieved the highest performance, while the highly-virtual type group achieved the lowest performance.

An Analysis of the Writing Types Elementary School Students Presented in Mathematics Journal (초등학생의 수학 일기 쓰기 유형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of mathematics journals of elementary school students and to understand how they change in mathematics journals as the grade goes up, and to obtain implications in mathematics education. To this end, 170 of the 222 parish mathematics data submitted to the "Math Journal Contest" were analyzed with the consent of both minors and their parents. As for the framework for analyzing math journal types, 12 types were derived through independent analysis between three researchers. The research results showed that first, the type of math journal written by elementary school students is a variety of journals, such as observation, problem making, concept organization, and review. In addition, as a learning area, it was found that math journal showed a noticeable increase in experimental observation, problem making, and concept journal as the grades progressed, while a small number of idea journal and explanatory journals appeared. However, game (winning) strategy building and types declined. It can be seen that this is evolving from a type that requires activity-oriented or simple descriptions to a type that actively applies mathematical concepts. As such, there are 12-type of math journals, but it is necessary to actively use the teaching materials in writing that can be freely expressed in the school setting.

A Study on the Relationship between Leadership Styles and Organizational Outcome in Oklahoma's Volunteer Fire Department (리더십 유형과 조직성과와의 관계 분석 - 미국 오클라호마주 의용소방대를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to determine dominant leadership styles of the U.S. volunteer fire department and analyzes relationship between leadership styles of a fire chiefs and organizational outcome. This study reviewed 205 volunteer fire fighters in Oklahoma State which is located in middle and southern part of the U.S. As research results, it turned out that the most common leadership type of volunteer fire chiefs is transformational leadership. The second most common leadership type is transactional leadership. Laissez-faire leadership was the least common leadership type. This study analyzed that transformational leadership and transactional leadership have positive relationship with organizational outcome. In contrast, laissez-faire leadership has negative relationship with organizational outcome. Also, it turned out that the volunteer fire fighters evaluate that transformational and transactional leadership decrease as working years of current volunteer fire chiefs increase.

The Analysis on Sport Emotion Type by Sport Game Characteristics: with Social Big-Data (스포츠 경기의 특성에 따른 스포츠 감정 유형 분석 : 소셜 빅데이터를 중심으로)

  • This study tried to analyze the types of sport emotion by sport game characteristics. For that, 7 soccer games and 6 baseball games of Korean team in 2018 Asian Games were selected, and the articles and their replies about those on social network services were collected as study materials. Python was used for the collecting and expert group meeting was held for the emotion analysis. As the results of the analysis on sport emotion types by win or lose, the level of opponents and the performance of Korean team as game characteristics, the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was hard to say that win or lose and opponent's level make certain sport emotion type. Second, The performance could made contended, enthusiastic and joyful emotions when judged good, but frustrated, angry, humiliated emotions when bad. Third, social·cultural background or certain event of the games also could effect on the sport emotion types. Follow-up studies with the other game characteristics and more game cases were needed to find out more clear causal relationship.

A Study on Typology and the Casual factors of Elderly-abuse (노인학대 유형화 및 유형결정요인 연구)

  • The objectives of this study are developing the new types of elderly abuse and finding the variables affecting the new elderly abuse type. And This is at suggesting the intervention strategies preventing the elderly abuse. The 350 cases of elderly abuse reported in Elder Protection Agency was analysed. Data is analyzed by using statistical techniques including cluster analysis and logit-regression. New type of elderly abuse is "violent elderly abuse" and "avoiding elderly abuse". Violent elderly abuse is very connected with directly violence speech and behavior and avoiding elderly abuse is connected with neglect and abandonment, self-neglect. The elderly's instrumental activity of daily living and education, the offender's sex and education and living together type of the elderly - the offender, and the offender's care burden are the casual factors of the new type of elderly abuse. Based on the results, the various service programmes for the abused elderly is developed and implemented.

Exploring the Growth Process Types of Social Welfare Organizations in Korea - Focusing on Social Welfare Corporations Operating Social Welfare Facilities - (사회복지조직의 조직성장유형에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 시설운영 사회복지법인을 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the growth process types of social welfare corporations that have operated social welfare facilities after the Korean War and studied the methods of their organizational management. A number of 20 participants composed of the original founders, directors, and chief directors of social welfare corporations that have been established for more than 40 years were selected for in-depth interviews. The researcher had procedures of in-depth interviews with 20 participants, relevant literature reviews, conformation of the research results by participants and peer reviews. There were 169 concepts, 49 sub-categories, and 21 categories revealed by applying the grounded theory method of Strauss and Corbin. The organizational growth types were categorized into the three patterns: familism practicing type, community changing guidance type and the realization of a just society leading types. The results from the research work will provide understanding the original characteristics of social welfare corporations in Korea, building the theory for the growth process types of social welfare corporations and implicating the practice of social welfare organizational management.
