  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends of studying on job crafting in Korea and explore the future direction of studying on job crafting. For this purpose, this study selected KCI indexed 61 empirical studies which are published by end of August 2019. Through the analyzing on these 61 empirical articles on job crafting, this study tried to show the trends about Korean translation of 'job crafting', measurement scale, dimensions, and related variables. The results showed that mostly empirical studies on job crafting have been conducted after 2015. The academic field of those studies are mainly in psychology, human resource development, human resource management and tourism. The study results identified also there are various translated Korean terminology for 'job crafting' in Korean empirical studies. Regarding the measurement scale, the fact that Job Crafting Questionnaire and Job Crafting Scale has been mostly used was found. The results showed that the job crafting has been used equally as independent, dependent, and mediator variables. Finally, the empirical studies on job crafting in Korea have identified 48 predictors and 29 research variables that were predicted by job crafting. Among those variables, several ones have been used as a predictor and a variable which is affected by job crafting based on study settings. Based on the study results, theoretical and practical implications are suggested for future studies.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze variable-controlling strategy (below vcs) and the ability to infer the effect of variables in Middle school students who experienced 'Thinking Science' activities in a CASE program. For this study, 71 9th grade students experienced in CASE program for 2 years were selected as the experimental group and 72 students were selected as the control group. All students were tested with Science Reasoning TaskVII. The five types of variable-controlling strategy were extracted from students' response. According to the result of this study, the students experienced in CASE program was more successful in the variable-controlling strategy of length, quality, and shape than the control group. The types of reasoning ability of the variable effect intuitively were categorized as possibility of reasoning, impossibility of reasoning, and impossibility of reversible thinking. It has shown that the reasoning ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in the length and thickness variable effect. The results of this study implied that the variable controlling activities in CASE program could be effective for learning variable controlling, and eventually, for the development of reasoning ability of the variable controlling effect. In the ability to infer the effects of variables to get difficult Intuitively, both groups were similar to the rate of cognitive level reached to the formal operation in generalization, and the student of experimental group was 1.5 times faster than the control group.

  • This study examined the correlation between the variables related to the organizational commitment of social workers. The research results are as follows. First, the overall effect size of the variable group had an intermediate effect size. Among the four organizational commitment-related variables, the job-related negative variable had the largest effect size. Next, the group of positive variables related to the organization, the group of positive variables related to the job, and the group of individuals related to the individual were in order. Second, among the individual-related variables, experience, gender, and education showed a small effect size, and other factors were close to the small effect size. In the group of positive variables related to organization, all variables except for transactional leadership and organizational fairness, which had a medium effect size, showed a large effect size. The job-related positive variables showed a large effect size only for job satisfaction, and customer orientation and job suitability were close to the large effect size. The turnover intention, which is a group of job-related negative variables, had a large effect size and job stress showed a medium effect size.

  • This paper is a study to check the flow of how addiction to media services has been studied from a long-term perspective, and to identify variables that can be the basis for future addiction research. Researchers noted the addiction of media services in adolescents in particular, and identified a combination of factors depending on the background of the times. Addiction variables were largely aggregated into four properties: adolescent properties, personal properties, media properties, and media-dependent properties. Addiction variables belonging to the attribute were influenced by major media and divided into four periods. During the study period, the frequency of variables was most related to personal attributes, followed by media attributes, adolescent attributes, and media-dependent attributes. Also Individual attribute variables gradually shifted from object-relationship to individual psychological factors. Variants in media attributes were influenced by the introduction and spread of new media. Variations in adolescent and media-dependent attributes have been weak in studies that observe teenagers' motivations for media use or are related to addiction, and no papers have been published since 2020. Although addiction research on media services is important in terms of industry, there has been an emphasis on social aspects, based on the results of this study, we hope to continue to study the variables of service users who can be used in terms of industry.

  • This study confirmed by a meta-analysis of the effect of suppressing the size of the turnover variable based on the thesis concerning "turnover intention" of the past 15 years, and the trend over the year, according to published meta-regression analysis was verified. The overall effect size for the study was found to inhibit factors medium effect size. Effect size is a private property factor by lower variable salary levels, age and marital status, working period, turnover experience, educational level, showed a work order forms, job characteristics factor is job satisfaction, working conditions, job importance, firm relationships with colleagues, showed a net job autonomy. • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a need to adopt new media usage variables as additional demographic variables. For the study, 500 Daejeon citizens were surveyed in July 2011 and the results were analyzed. It was confirmed that demographic variables such as gender, age and income still have effective explanatory power, but the explained variance of dependent variables was not stable. Regression analysis with the addition of new media usage variables(internet, SNS, smart phone) showed a significant increase in explained variables in three out of ten issues(global warming, use of public transportation, support of the current administration's national policies). Although the new media usage variables failed to consistently explain variance on several issues, they may be necessary to understand the public support of national policy or new agenda like global warming.
