  • This study is to analyze effectiveness of golf skills (driving distance, rating of fairway, green in regulation, sand save ratio, recovery ratio, putting average) to average score using records of PGA, LPGA, KPGA, KLPGA. Independent variables were driving distance, rating of fairway, green in regulation, sand save ratio or recovery ratio, putting average. Dependent variable was the scoring average in this study. To analyze these variables, multi-group (PGA vs LPGA, KPGA vs KLPGA, PGA vs KPGA, LPGA vs KLPGA) path analysis was used through AMOS 18.0 program and significance level was set at 0.05. As the result, the variables that show significant differences of path coefficient between PGA model and LPGA model were driving distance and green in regulation to average score. The variables that show significant differences of path coefficient between KPGA model and KLPGA model were driving distance, recovery ratio, and putting average to average score. The variables that show significant differences of path coefficient between PGA model and KPGA model were driving distance, recovery ratio, and putting average to average score. There was not significant difference of path coefficient between LPGA model and KLPGA model.

For this purpose reviewing literatures and emprical research were conducted. For the emprical research, Mid-life Crisis Scale, Mid-life Indentity Scale, Family Relation Scale. Health Scale and Religious Scale were developed. The Sample was selected form the men and women living in Seoul, whose age is from 40 to 59 , and whose last child is older than 13 years of age. Among 820 respondents 218 men and 442 women were finally selected as datum sources. The data were analyzed by the statistical method such as the factor analysis frequency distribution, percentile, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis. The main results were as follows; 1) Men and women experience mid-life crisis some extent. The mid-life crisis score for men is 33.60 and 35.0 for women. This implies women reveal significantly higher crisis than men. As for women's mid-life crisis. self-awaring age, education, income, husband's occupation, employment status of wife and occupational status of wife have a significant influence Expecially employment status of wife seemed to interact with sex, husband's occupation and educational level of wife. however status of child, family pattern, son's existence are not as important an influence on mid-life crisis. 3) Among the psychological variables, work identity and physical identity have the strong influence on the mid-life crisis of men and women, It implies that mid-life crisis si lower when one has higher work identity and physical identity. 4) Mid -life crisis of men and women is influenced significantly according to family relation variables and health variables. It reveals that the better one's family relations and health sate, the lower one's mid-life crisis is. However menopause and the years after menopause do not influence on the mid-life crisis of women. 5) Mid-life crisis of women differs significantly according to the kind of religion and religious activity. That is mid-life crisis of women is lower when she believes in Protestantism and Catholicism and participate in more religious activity. Mid-life crisis of men is not significantly influenced by religious variables. After all among the five categories of variables that related to mid-life crisis, psychological variables-especially work identity and physical identity are observed to have the strongest degree of significance.

This study focuses on the following aspects; 1) to find out which variables of sociodemographic variables (ie. home maker's age, level of education-husband, wife, job-husband, wife, income, duration of marriage), of psychological variables (ie. degree of resourcefulness recognition, degree of stress recognition, degree of life level recognition) have significant effects on home management ability. 2) to find out which variables of sociodemographic variables have significant effects on degree of resourcefulness recognition, of stress recognition, and of life level recognition. 3) to identify the influence of significant variables related to home management ability. Data was analyzed by frequency. percentage, mean , F-test, t-test, Duncan's multiple range test. regression analysis , path analysis pearson's r. x2-test. Major findings are as follows; 1) The level of education (husband , wife)and occupation of husband were variables to have influences on home management ability. 2) a. The level of education (husband, wife) and income were variable to have influences on degree of resourcefulness recognition. b. The employment of home makers. income, and the form of family were variables to have influences on degree of stress recognition. c. The level of education (husband, wife) occupation of husband , income , and duration of marriage were variables to have influences on degree of life level recognition. 3) There were significant relationships between home management ability and degree of resourcefulness recognition and of stress recognition (r=0.13, r=-0.12, p<.05). a. The higher degree of resourcefulness recognition, the higher home management ability (x2=11.17. df=4. p<.05) b. The higher degree of stress recognition, the lower home n=management ability (x2=14.64. df=4. p<.01) 4) The education level of homemakers (β =0.15) and income (β=0.12) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of resourcefulness recognition (β =0.13) 5) The employment of home makers (β=-0.17) was a variable to have indirect influence on home management ability through the medium of the degree of stress recognition(β=-0.12) 6) the education level of husband (β=0.16) and income (β=0.32) were variables to have direct influence on degree of life level recognition. 7) The degree of life level recognition (β=0.13) and education level of home makers (β=0.17) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of resourcefulness recognition (β=0.13) 8)The degree of life level recognition (β=-0.22) the employment of home makers(β=-0.17) and the from of family(β=-0.10) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of stress recognition.

  • In this study, we investigated secondary school science teachers' actual and preferred types of assessment with focus on the purpose and the method of assessment. Participants were 92 secondary school science teachers. We developed a questionnaire asking science teachers about the types of assessment they have actually used and the preferred types of assessment for hypothetical situations that have been generally reported as the prototypical examples of constructivist assessment. The characteristics of the science teachers such as teaching career, experience on in-service training about assessment, and perspective toward constructivist assessment were also examined. The analysis of the actually implemented assessments in their responses revealed that most science teachers tended to aim at traditional purposes such as summative assessment, and that multiple-choice was the most prevailing assessment method followed by experiment, report, and essay. For hypothetical assessment situations, science teachers exhibited their preferences for various types of constructivist assessment methods, whereas their purposes of the assessment still remained to be traditional. The science teachers who have had a relatively constructivist perspective toward assessment showed a statistically significant preference for using formative assessment than their counterparts in the hypothetical assessment situations.

  • There are elements for the game user get into the emotion of flow (the mental state of operation in which the person is fully immersed in what he or she is doing by a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and success in the process of the activity). In game contents, for example, a considerable sophisticated application of 'sound' is one of the important elements must be considered for a qualified game development process. If a proper audio condition is satisfied, a game user is intrinsically solving problems by auditorial sense and the participant get into immersing into the game spontaneously. There are elements in game contents storytelling for the user to be in flow condition, this study will be analyzing a game user's flowing, especially with repetitive usage of sound. To be accurate, 'flow analysis' of Csikszentmihalyi. M, and 'flow factors' of Donna L. Hoffman & Thomas P. Novak, in addition, would be proper references in the research. comparing to a precedent study that analyzed a game and flow focused on visual elements. Ponpoko(Sigma Enterprise Inc., 1981) and Bio Hazard 4(Capcom, 2007) will be given as the main texts. To achieve the desired proposition in the study, user's reaction is monitored by listening repeatable and ordinary sound. Questionnaires are including Frequency Analysis, MANOVA(multivariate analysis of variance).
