This study is aimed at the surveys of cultural relics and GIS based searching system which have been partially performed in each region. The goal of this research is to construct the cultural relics management system of region and to present the plan for a nationwide data integration. Consequently, based on the standard which presents from Cultural Properties Administration constructed a spatial and attribute data. And presented the model which matches national standard for a cultural property GIS integration. Also minimized a damage possibility about the cultural ruins, confirmed an application possibility about cultural ruins information of the local government.

In this study, Combined Drought Index which can monitor the drought severity and intensity has been developed using PDSI, SPI and MSWSI. To verify the accuracy and applicability of combined drought index, Drought map of Korea using the combined drought index has compared with past drought event. Drought map using the combined drought index shows good accordance with past drought event and accurate quantitative drought monitoring results. Also the drought outlook technique has been developed using the weather forecast data of Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA). Drought outlook technique of this study can be used effectively as a primitive stage tool for real time drought forecast. As a result of this study, Integrated drought monitoring system has been developed which has capabilities of producing and generating the drought monitoring map and drought outlook map as well as various kinds of drought related information.

A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

In this study, an application was developed to reduce the work between labor and safety managers and to hire better workers when hiring workers. With the expected increase in foreign workers in the future, the number of illegal workers will also increase. As a result, accident and on-site management are becoming more difficult due to insufficient information collection of workers. Therefore, it was possible to secure on-site safety through an application that could collect accurate information and reduce the time of information exchange between safety managers and labor managers. In addition, the application was designed to help the safety manager identify the faithful workers more quickly when re-employment of the day laborers if many day laborers were assessed and filled out as they were. This anticipates the expected effect of shortening the construction period. The current application collected necessary information through an interview with the site manager. If the company collects more information needed in the field and has big data than it has collected necessary information so far, it will be highly competitive in the market as it can improve the completeness of applications by establishing opinions and reflecting information accordingly.

항로표지는 선박이 운항하는데 필요한 각종 정보를 제공해 주는 중요한 시설물이다. 과거에는 이러한 항로표지 배치를 설계함에 있어 도상 및 경험에 의한 설계가 주로 이루어져 왔으나, 최근 선박의 대형화 및 물동량 증가와 함께 해역의 복잡성이 상대적으로 증가하면서, 항로표지 배치에 보다 과학적인 설계 기법을 도입해야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 항로표지 시뮬레이터는 우리나라 주요 해역의 지형적, 환경적 특성, 그리고 여기에서 운항하는 선박들의 특성, 해상교통 특성 등을 종합적으로 고려한 시뮬레이션 환경을 항로표지 설계자에게 제공함으로써, 최적의 안전성과 효율성을 가진 항로표지 설계, 항로표지 최적 배치계획 등에 대한 의사결정을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 시스템을 의미한다. 이를 위해서는, 기존의 선박운항 시뮬레이터 시스템이 가진 기본적인 기능외에 추가적인 기능 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 항로표지 시뮬레이터에 대한 개발 및 구축 계획에 대해서 정리하였다.

R&D Personnel information is constructed locally based on the needs of each institute and therefore is distributed over different databases. It does not support inter operability which makes it difficult to access and update that leads to the problem of ineffective usage. In this study, we have categorized the lower level information that forms the domestic S&T Personnel and defined the relationship between each type of information to suggest a standard for the data elements that guarantee the access to specific information in order to support inter operability. We have analyzed the human resource information database of domestic and foreign research institutes for the data modeling. We have also made reference to the standard metadata and database of other types that can be linked with the human resource information in designing the data elements. ISO/IEC 11179, the international standard for the metadata registry(MDR), was adopted to apply the object, attribute and expression to be described to the name of the data element.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of the TOC (Table of Contents)-based research record system and to comparatively analyze its usability, in order to comprehensively and systematically manage and practically use the various research records generated from the entire process of research and development. For this purpose, the templates for technical recording and the components of each item were proposed to enable technical recording based on TOC, and structured contents were designed to organically connect between these TOC technical records and existing research records. Also, a database logical schema was developed to design a database, and a test collection was constructed on the basis of research records and TOC technical records. Finally, the model of research record system was constructed by designing TOC record search system and user interface including integrated search system. Based on this model, the usability assessment was performed by comparing the existing distributed general systems with the TOC-based research record system. As a result of the comparative analysis of these two systems, the TOC-based research record system showed generally higher utilization of research records than the general systems.

This paper describes a one of HRD Program focus on ICT technology called TOPCIT as that companies and higher education providers voiced the need for a standardized, objective competency index that can reinforce the on-site competency of college students majoring in ICT/SW. And reduce the gap between the viewpoints of industrial and academic circles regarding the qualifications of a competent specialist in ICT field. For this reason, T.OPCIT developed and evaluated a performance-evaluation-centered test designed to diagnose and assess the competency of ICT specialists and SW developers critically needed to perform jobs on the professional frontier. This TOPCIT concept has been promoted not just in KOREA but in many ASEAN countries, e.g Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, Philippines, Mongolia and Cambodia during the ICTD-USO Forum organised by ITU-ASP.

This paper is for the a study on home healthcare system for a patient using SAW Tag. This system is useful when there's a patient in home. Many patients are wounded in restroom. But restroom is very private place and nobody want to be disturbed here. The place where the patient is most injured in the house is the toilet, and it is the point where the privacy of the individual should be kept and the patient's condition should be checked and cope with in case of emergency. And using saw tag, we can calculate position and ID through reflected rf signal. Therefore we propose a general home healthcare system. The management system utilized a seat bed system to monitor at-home patients. The system mounts a bio-signal measuring unit on a toilet seat, measures a bio-signal from the bio-signal measuring unit, and the measured bio-signal is transmitted to the main server through the user's smart phone. With proposed system, we can expand operation area to silver town where many patients are cared. In this paper we developed sensor system and saw tag positioning system and showed the result.

본 논문은 지역에 관심이 많은 사용자들이 실시간으로 모바일 웹페이지 형태의 뉴스를 제공 받을 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 이를 제작하였다. 사용자는 실시간으로 본인이 위치한 지역을 대상으로 종합되어지는 뉴스를 모바일 웹페이지 형태의 오브젝트로 제공받는다. 본 연구를 통해 지역 관심도 향상 및 지역 개발 촉진 및 관광시설 피드백 활성화 효과의 기대가 가능하다.
