Factor Analysis of Negative SNS Behaviors using Association Rules (연관규칙을 이용한 SNS에서의 부정적 행동 요인 분석)

  • SNS is a social networking service that helps people to have a two-way communication, manage their personal relationships and share information. The domestic and international SNS markets have attained a steady growth, and their growth is being more accelerated recently. Under these circumstances, immature students are more likely to show negative cyber behavior. This study attempted to analyze the relationship between the use of SNS, motives of SNS use, the use of active SNS functions, SNS-dependency and views in SNS and negative SNS behaviors among elementary and middle school students. For this, negative cycber behaviors are classified into four stages depending on the severity, for each of which distribution of factors is investigated and the combination of factors to determine each stage is obtained through association rule analysis. As a result, it is found that 85% of the students rarely show negative cyber behaviors, stealing personal information and contacting with strangers are the most frequent negative behaviors, and students with a great dependency on SNS are highly probable to show negative behaviors.

  • Due to the advance of computer and communication technology, intrusions or crimes using a computer have been increased rapidly while tremendous information has been provided to users conveniently Specially, for the security of a database which stores important information such as the private information of a customer or the secret information of a company, several basic suity methods of a database management system itself or conventional misuse detection methods have been used. However, a problem caused by abusing the authority of an internal user such as the drain of secret information is more serious than the breakdown of a system by an external intruder. Therefore, in order to maintain the sorority of a database effectively, an anomaly defection technique is necessary. This paper proposes a method that generates the normal behavior profile of a user from the database log of the user based on an association mining method. For this purpose, the Information of a database log is structured by a semantically organized pattern tree. Consequently, an online transaction of a user is compared with the profile of the user, so that any anomaly can be effectively detected.

  • 본 논문에서는 대표적인 데이터 마이닝 기법 중 하나인 연관 규칙 마이닝에 대해 PC 성능의 급속한 발전으로 인한 PC 클러스터 시스템의 이종화의 필연성을 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 부하 분산 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 부하 분산 기법은 실행 전 성능을 미리 측정할 필요가 없이 실행 중에 성능을 측정할 수 있는 동적 부하 분산 알고리즘으로써 노드들 사이에 성능 정보의 교환 비용밖에 요구되지 않는다. 실험 결과는 제안한 알고리즘이 이종의 클러스터 시스템의 효율성을 극대화함을 보여준다. 또한 본 논문에서는 부하 분산 알고리즘의 성능을 분석할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

An Exploratory Study on Smart-Phone and Service Convergence (스마트폰과 서비스 컨버전스에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the smart-phone and the existing service convergence to find out the future direction in convergence pattern in e-business. To analyze the data and to derive the result, the association rules are applied. As a result, the findings are as followings. Firstly, it is observed that the usage patterns of smart-phone and the existing service convergence are very similar. This means that the convergence of smart-phone can be predicted through the usage pattern of the existing users. Secondly, through the analysis on the convergence patterns of smart-phone usages and the existing services, the smart-phone's link to home networking and office equipments can significantly conform to the user's requirements. It is meaningful that this research has newly approached to the future direction of e-business and the future convergence paradigm by analyzing the relationship between the usage patterns of smart-phone users and the existing service convergence.

  • This paper proposes the recommendation system which is advanced using RFM method and Association Rules in e-Commerce. Using a implicit method which is not used user's profile for rating, it is necessary for user to keep the RFM score and Association Rules about users and items based on the whole purchased data in order to recommend the items. This proposing system is possible to advance recommendation system using RFM method and Association Rules for cross-selling, and also this system can avoid the duplicated recommendation by the cross comparison with having recommended items before. And also, it's efficient for them to build the strategy for marketing and crm(customer relationship management). It can be improved and evaluated according to the criteria of logicality through the experiment with dataset collected in a cosmetic cyber shopping mall. Finally, it is able to realize the personalized recommendation system for one to one web marketing in e-Commerce.

  • Data mining is an emerging area of computational intelligence that offers new theories, techniques, and tools for analysis of large data sets. The major techniques used in data mining are mining association rules, classification and clustering. Since these techniques are used individually, it is necessary to develop the methodology for rule extraction using a process of integrating these techniques. Rule extraction techniques assist humans in analyzing of large data sets and to turn the meaningful information contained in the data sets into successful decision making. This paper proposes an autonomous method of rule extraction using clustering and rough set theory. The experiments are carried out on data sets of UCI KDD archive and present decision rules from the proposed method. These rules can be successfully used for making decisions.

  • 오늘날 웹을 이용하는 사용자들의 웹 검색 형태를 저장한 웹 로그 데이터들은 데이터 마이닝을 위한 중요한 자료가 되고 있다. 이들 웹 로그들로부터 사용자의 현재 행동을 기반으로 사용자가 다음에 요청할 요구를 예측할 수 있는 예측 모델을 만들 수 있다. 하지만 이들 웹 로그들은 크기가 매우 크고 분석하기가 어렵다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 이미 않은 방법이 제안되었다. 그 중에서 효과적으로 예측할 수 있도록 제안된 순차적 분류 기반에 연관법칙을 적용한 예측 기법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전방향 참조 경로 탐사 패턴 알고리즘을 적용하여 연관규칙에 기반 한 웹 문서 예측 기법을 향상시키는 모델을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 시간대와 대화 주제를 활용하여 카테고리별로 적절한 SNS 광고 시간대 예측 방법을 제시한다. 위의 분석으로 광고주들에게 적절한 광고시간을 제안할 수 있다. 연관규칙분석 알고리즘인 apriori를 사용하였다. 주제는 상거래(쇼핑), 미용과 건강, 시사/교육, 식음료, 여가생활로 추려서 분석하였다. 연관분석 결과, 미용과 건강이 18시, 17시, 16시에 가장 활발히 대화를 나누었다. 상거래(쇼핑)이 14시, 16시, 17시 순으로 가장 활발히 대화를 나누었으며, 시사/교육이 15시, 17시, 16시 순으로 많은 대화를 나누었으며, 식음료가 18시, 17시, 19시 순으로 대화를 많이 나눈 것을 확인했다. 마지막으로, 여가생활은 22시, 23시, 21시 순으로 각각의 대화 주제별로 가장 많이 대화를 나눈 시간대가 달라지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 소비자 입장에서는 알맞은 광고를 적절한 시간대에 추천받을 수 있다.

Subject Association Analysis of Big Data Studies: Using Co-citation Networks (빅데이터 연구 논문의 주제 분야 연관관계 분석: 동시 인용 관계를 적용하여)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the association among the subject areas of big data research papers. The subject group of the units of analysis was extracted by applying co-citation networks, and the rules of association were analyzed using Apriori algorithm of R program, and visualized using the arulesViz package of R program. As a result of the study, 22 subject areas were extracted and these subjects were divided into three clusters. As a result of analyzing the association type of the subject, it was classified into 'professional type', 'general type', 'expanded type' depending on the complexity of association. The professional type included library and information science and journalism. The general type included politics & diplomacy, trade, and tourism. The expanded types included other humanities, general social sciences, and general tourism. This association networks show a tendency to cite other subject areas that are relevant when citing a subject field, and the library should consider services that use the association for academic information services.
