공원녹지가 군시내에서 수행하고 있는 역할에 대해 학자들은 크게 '주민을 위한 위락공간으로서의 역할' '도시구조를 이루는 한 요소로서의 역할' 그리고 '도시 생태계의 기반으로서의 역할'등 크게 세가지로 구분하고 있다. 본 연구는 대도시 주민들이 인식하고 있는 도시공원녹지의 역할을 그들의 이용과 가치관을 중심으로 설문조사에 기초한 결과의 일부이다. 조사에 의하면, 주민들은 대개 공원녹지를 그들의 위락공간을 위한 장소로서 인식하고 그 역할에 동의하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근, 도시·조경계획분야에서 크게 논의되고 있는 생태학적 개념에 근거한 도시공원녹지의 '도시내 자연'으로서의 역할에 대한 주민의 인식이 전문가들의 열의에 배해 많이 높지 않음을 보여 주었다. 그러나 이는 위락공간으로서 역할 다음으로 중요도가 인식되고 있는 만큼 도시내 자연으로서의 공원녹지 역할을 높이기 위해서 학자들 사이에 구체적인 논의와 실증적인 연구가 뒤따라야 할 뿐만 아니라 주민들의 의사와 합의가 있어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 한편 도시공원녹지의 역할에 대해서는 도시주민의 사회적인 변수 특히 성, 교육수준, 임금수준 등에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 도시공원녹지 계획시 이들 변수에 대한 고려가 있어야 할 것이다.

로봇의 어원은“로보타(Robota)"로 체코의 유명극작가 카렐차펙이 1920년에 쓴 희곡에서 처음 소개되었으며, 이는 체코어로 "강제적 노동 또는 노예"를 뜻한다. 로봇의 생산은 1980년대부터 본격적으로 시작되었으며, 2000년까지는 주로 산업현장에서 용접, 도장, 조립과 같은 작업을 수행하는 산업용 로봇이 생산되었다. 이들 로봇은 사람이라면 쉽게 지치거나 부주의해지기 쉬운 단순 반복작업을 고정된 위치에서 지정된 작업을 반복적으로 수행하도록 설계되어 사람보다 더 빠르고 정밀하게 일을 수행함으로써 생산성 향상에 중요한 역할을 담당하였다.

대학의 총장은 도덕적 덕망과 학자로서의 소양을 지닌 진정한 교육자야 하며 탁월한 행정 능력의 소유자여야 함과 동시에 대학의 자율성 확보를 위해‘할 말은 할 줄 아는’총장이어야 한다. 아울러 대학 조직의 구심점으로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있어야 하며 장기적인 대학발전을 위해 교육경영자로서의 역할을 잊지 않고 합리적인 목표를 세우며 효율적으로 추진해 나갈 수 있는 MBO 총장이어야 한다.

기존의 에너지 시스템 하에서 환경 적합성을 재고하는 방향으로 연료전환이 이루어지기 위해서는 천연가스의 역할이 강조된다. 천연가스는 신에너지의 실용화가 요원한 현실에서 과도기를 담당하는 역할을 수행할 연료로 각광을 받고 있다. $CO_2$배출량이 타 화석 연료의 절반 정도에 불과할 뿐 아니라 청정하고 사용이 편리한 특성으로 인해 천연가스에 대한 수요는 급격히 증가하고 있다. 향후 국내 가스사업의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among teachers' conceptions of art education, and children's creative personality by mediating effects of teachers' role of creativity improvement. Participants included 156 teachers and 593 children in kindergartens and child care centers. Results indicated the following. First, the higher teacher's concepts of art education was the higher their role of creativity improvement was and children's creative personality was. Second, teachers' conceptions of art education and their role of creativity improvement were positively influenced by the children's creative personality. Third, the children's creative personality was influenced by the teachers' conceptions of art education and the their role of creative improvement control and the mediating effects of the teachers' role of creative improvement was significant in a partial way. The implication is that the teachers' conceptions of art education may enhance the their role of creative improvement and foster children's creative personality.

Purpose: The purpose of a role model is to find a master or expert who conduct their business effectively and work as a model that helps staff in charge to conduct their works effectively. This process is an effort to find out the deviation of work performance capability among staffs in charge and settle the work process to be optimized to practical business, the standardization of protocol. Materials and Methods: Seoul Asan medical center nuclear department developed 6~7 role modeling items and has applied it to work. I report two operation improvement cases we had applied a role model to Seoul ASAN medical center. Result: By comparison with none application of a role model, we could improve operation efficiency. Conclusion: The main purpose of role modeling is to make the employees who do the business in their charge effectively as a role model and contribute to work performance of employees who are lack of work performance although they performed their works hard. Our team is going to develop role model items continuously and to make a use of it to practical work then improve work performance. We regard it as a useful tool to performance improvement. The performance improvement by using a role model was very useful instrument.

In the process of cooperation which can be the best proposals for resolving complex problems in computing domain, the way of team organizing is one of the most important aspects for succeeding the goal. Especially in ubiquitous computing environment, where the participants of a team are selected from the heterogeneous computing objects which are deployed by other providers for their own goals, finding the relevant teammate can be regarded as the most important factor for determining the success or failure of the given problem. In this paper, we propose a method of finding teammate and assigning a role, which is a sub task of cooperation, by comparing the attributes of the computing object and the requirement of the role such as capability of functions, loyalty for the given team, and harmony with other teammates. By considering the situationally changing weights of each attributes, this method can be suited for dynamic computing environment where the cooperation should be executed with dynamically in/out computing objects and satisfy the dynamically chaining constraints.

전기기술은 기술의 특성상 민간에 대한 유인이 적은 공유성 기술이나 대학 또는 기업이 감당하기 어려운 대형복합기술의 비중이 높으며, 최근 들어 전력산업의 구조개편 등에 따라 국가적 기술개발수요가 확대됨과 동시에 전기기술의 이용분야 확대와 타 기술과의 융합화 및 대형화로 신기술수요가 늘어나고 있다. 현재 우리 나라의 전기기술 R&D체제에서는 공공기술에 대한 사각지대가 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고 국가차원의 R&D 공급이 미약하여, 거대한 시험설비와 첨단고가장비를 필요로 하는 시스템기술로 일부 기기나 시스템운용을 제외하고는 개별기업이나 전력회사에 대한 기술개발 유인이 크지 않으며, 따라서 전기기술분야의 R&D 실태 파악과 역할에 대한 검토를 통해 R&D 주체별 기관특성에 맞는 국가 R&D체계의 정립이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서, 앞으로는 전기기술분야의 국가 R&D 목표 및 기본전략에 따라 국가 R&D 자원의 규모, R&D 주체간의 역할분담 등 전반적인 R&D 체계의 구축이 선행되어야 하며, 이를 통해 기관별 Mission 및 고유기능을 토대로 전문성 제고와 특성화를 유도할 수 있는 연구여건의 조성이 시급하다 하겠다. 특히, 장기대형연구, 원천기술연구, 기초기반연구, 연구기반구축, 인력양성 등 필수적 국가기능에 대해서는 기관별 특성에 따라 안정적인 역할수행이 가능하도록 역할분담 및 정책적 지원을 하되, 그 밖의 영역이나, 민간 및 전력회사의 독자적인 R&D에 대해서는 경쟁 및 협력을 통한 연구효율성 향상을 유도하는 방향으로 나가는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 국가적 전력기술 R&D의 효과적인 수행과 실효성 확보를 위해서는 재원확보가 선행되어야 하며, 이를 위한 방안으로는 기존의 전력사업자에게는 기술개발충당금 또는 전기요금 중 일정비율을 국가적 R&D 재원으로 설정할 수 있을 것이며. 신규 사업자에게도 규제비용의 차원에서 일정 부담금을 부과하는 방법이 가능할 것이다. 이러한 재원을 가지고 사업성격 및 R&D 유형에 따라 역할분담에 따른 지원, 정책적 사업, 경쟁적 사업공모 등을 통해 지원분야 및 규모, 대상기관 등에 대한 선별적인 지원이 이루어져야할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role and performance of Seongdong-gu Educational Welfare Center in Seoul and to find practical ways of future direction of the educational welfare center. For this study, we collected data on social welfare organizations related to the education welfare center project and working professionals working in schools, and analyzed the data using Focus Group Interview. As a result of the study, it was shown that the role of educational welfare center and the role of important bridge such as integrated case management and program support through smooth mediation and linkage among educational welfare performing agencies were carried out. This study is important for the first time in the academic papers in that it has studied practically the achievement and future development of the educational welfare center. In future research, Various studies will be needed.
