Librarianship, as a profession, is a part of society, and has both affected and been affected by other social forces, Therefore, the development of librarianship is a social as well as historical process within society. This study explores the historical development of librarianship; South Korea from 1961 to In9 in the context of social development through the use of socio - historical analysis. Specifically, this study focuses on : 1) the development of librarianship in South Korea in a specific time period; 2) the analysis of social forces influencing librarianship, including political, economic, and cultural factors: and 3) understanding the relationship between the development of librarianship and that of other aspects of society. Accordingly, the significance of this study lies in an understanding of the relationship between librarianship and society.

The purpose of this article is to examine and assess the main issues in social constructivism with reference to the history of technology. Social constructivism, as an alternative explanation to technological change, has developed its points actively responding to various criticisms. Historians of technology have joined in dialogues with social constructivists through controversies about narrative vs theory, reliability vs performance, and evolution of bicycle. Social constructivists tend to use new jargons excessively, don't deal historical materials rigorously, and don't consider content-dependency sufficiently. To apply social constructivism to Korean cases many problems should be identified including the deficiency of historical materials, the importance of technological learning, and the peculiarity of relevant social group.

This paper first aims to reveal that, in the current trend of 'the participatory turn' in STS, there are divergent positions subtly different from each other, and that the understanding of these divergent positions can be significant to study the differences, similarities and interfaces between the various models of scientific governance discussed in STS and those in risk governance developed by risk studies. Secondly, this paper shows that theoretical differences among STS scholars on scientific governance and public participation goes back to the 1970s and 1980s, during which they first laid down the conceptual basis of STS. All ideas and theories have their own historicity. This article is about the 'historical epistemology' of the participatory turn of STS, and is to seek 'political epistemology' that can become a shared vision of STS.

This study is focused on the historical route in which reconciliation between work and family has been operating in the United States whose welfare standards are low, by using analytic narratives, from late 19th century to early 20th century. The first step saw an increase in the social advancement of unmarried women due to the increase in employment in the occupation of white-collar, as well as the increase of women in the Academy and in educational institutions. In the second step, the social advancement of married women was increased by the enforcement of the New Deal, consumption capitalism, and World War II. In the third step, the sphere of highly-educated women was expanded to a professional one through active measures aimed at gender equality, and the women's liberation movement of the 1960s took place. The United States' path model was completed in the fourth step. This study show that the most important factors have a significant influence to complete route of the American's Route were individual efforts of women (capacity building through the academic and the powerful women's movement) and the individual employment relationship in labor market. This study shows that individual efforts of women, especially in building capacity through the academic and the powerful women's movement, and the labor market, whose individual employment relationship is well-developed, have a significant influence on completing the route of the highly educated middle-class women in America.

In this study, Seongbuk-dong historical & cultural resources of the surrounding landscape were analyzed by the visual characteristics of the landscape adjective analysis. Research was investigate to the relationship between visual characteristics and preferences and Research in the following way. Selected historical and cultural resources in the surrounding area are located in Seongbuk-dong 30 slices the survey was conducted. Landscape preference factors to identify the scale of 16 adjectives and then factor analysis was conducted. Lastly, Analysis of variance and regression analysis were conducted in order to determine the impact of the last image factors on visual preferences. Firstly, The results can be summarized as follows. Officer for 30 pictures appear in Seongbuk-dong in the historical and cultural resources, and distributed around the target preference for the 16 adjectives analysis yielded an average result of overall preference were analyzed and that is a 3.72 average. In these photos, VP8, VP9, VP10, VP12, VP15; 4.5 points more than one order higher. The reason is limit of altitude by the Seoul landscape plan for the historical and cultural resources around. It also judged important reason that history and Culture are in harmony with the surrounding cultural property in the conservation area. Secondly, Important factors are factor 1(aesthetic factors), factor 2(cultural factors), factor 3(physical factors) and three factors could be identified. Results of the analysis of variance and regression analysis about factors for visual preference and image shows value of psychological factor is most significant to explain for nearby history &cultural resources of Seongbuk-dong of scenery around. As a result, the state can not view historical and cultural resources for analysis will be located in a residential area near the historical and cultural resources for aesthetic factors. Third, the negative side of the argument is a residential area which is not arranged surrounding landscape maintenance of historical and cultural resources has emerged. Historical and cultural resources in harmony with the phenomena of the physical, cultural, and aesthetic characteristics of the three areas is a positive factor in the high incidence. Factors from that are expressed in this study by analyzing multi-dimensional analysis to derive a factor to be considered important in the management of historical and cultural resources, landscape around is required.

본 고찰은 신경의 생리적 현상을 기능적 측면에서 아나로그 모델로 시뮬레이션 시켜가는 데 있어 모델화의 역사적 발달과정과 기존모델의 특성을 간략하게 요약하고 이들을 비교 검토한 것으로 초기의 모델화에 대한 철학적인 개념으로부터 TR, IC등의 전자부품을 사용한 최근의 모델에 이르기까지 많은 기존모델을 다루어 본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 역사적 발달과정에도 잘 나타난 것처럼 전기, 화학, 역학, 수학등 여러분야의 전문적 지식의 교환없이는 모델화의 정확성, 분석상의 신뢰도, 결과에 대한 보편성이 결여되기 쉽다. 2. 특히 생리적 특성 및 수학적인 면밀한 고찰과 분석이 요구되고 있다. 이는 모델의 특성 결과에 대한 디지탈 전자계산기를 이용한 통계적 처리와 시뮬레이션을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 임상에의 이용 가능성을 높여나가기 위해서이다. 3. 신경 전체에 대한 모델화에 앞서 신경의 구조별 모델화가 선행되어야 한다. 이는 신경의 구조중 수상돌기 및 soma에서의 synaptic inputs에 대한 위치변화에 따른 synaptic potential의 분포상태가 신경의 특성을 규명하는데 매우 유익하다는 사실이 밝혀졌기 때문이다. 4. 신경에서의 synaptic potential의 분포상태는 종전에는 temporal distribution 개념이 지배적이었으나 최근에 와서는 spatial distribution 개념이 우세하게 되었다.

Therefore, the history of games are made based on players to attract attention and interest or historical fact and to make a feature of the game and character.Does not occur to production. So correct history can have a sense of history the players are in fact this study, based on the development called an 'the mythology of the millennium' in 'hq team', manufactured. Choose the game. Scenario is based on thorough historical facts of the game 'the mythology of the millennium' authority order to conduct verification of the historians made it. These production process to appear in the game 'King Gwanggaeto,', 'Geunchogo of Baekje' and 'muyeorwang' design and comparative analysis to the historical facts.

This study aims to identify the value of Incheon Freedom Park as a 'historic urban park' through the historical transition process of the park and surrounding areas. To this end, this study uses a time series analysis, as research method, based on old maps and aerial photographs to investigate the changes in the park over time and to interpret them based on the historical and cultural changes in modern and contemporary history. As a result of the study, the park not only has (1) evidence of major events in modern and contemporary history, but also (2) historical value as an urban park based on the first urban plan in Korea, and (3) very important heritage value that shows the rapidly changing civic life in modern and contemporary times. However, despite the identification of heritage values in this study, further research is needed to explore and excavate in-depth data on the park in order to more clearly identify, restore, and utilize the heritage values of the park.
