Case Study of Applying Self-Checkup Preparation for the Successful Technology Based Startup (성공적 기술창업 촉진을 위한 사전자가진단 (Self-Checkup Preparation)항목 개발연구)

  • Technology based would-be entrepreneurs have constantly increased as coming with increasing demands for technology based startup. However, technology based startup need to go through throne field in the preparation and launching process. This paper help technology based would be entrepreneurs recognizing and pivoting all potential fatal flaws covering entrepreneurs to BM with strategies by providing self check-up lists. This paper have developed all check list based upon the previous literature reviews about technology commercialization with carrying Focused Group Interview with mentor and investor involved in the early stage of venture growth. In particular, this paper have applied these tools over 104 participants(would-be entrepreneur and entrepreneurs in the early startup) attending in Hanbat Startup Item Validation Program and Startup Leading University program. This paper developed the mega categories of list as follows: Entrepreneurship, technology and patent, target customer and market, product, BM and strategy. It also developed 17 different concept of components and 58 specific sub-lists under maga list. The research results of paper will provide solid foundation of communication with participants about checking up their state of preparation for startup as applying to mentoring for would-be entrepreneurs and to entrepreneurship education.

The Relationship between Entrepreneurial Competence Index and Entrepreneurial Performance in Small Business (자영업자의 창업역량지표와 창업성과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify whether the entrepreneurial capacity indicator utilized by the pre - founder can predict the start-up's performances in advance. The questionnaire for this study was measured at a single point in food, clothing, cosmetics, and coffee industries, which account for more than 50% of self-employment in korean economy. A total of 1,600 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved. And the final results were obtained through regression analysis. The empirical results show that the entrepreneurial capability index was related to the entrepreneurial performances. In particular, job satisfaction was found to be significant, but some significant results were found in the detailed indicators of financial aspect, and the significance was confirmed in terms of the necessity of further research among the entrepreneurial competency indicators composed of single indicators. From the policy point of view, it was suggested that entrepreneurial capability index can be a good tool to increase the entrepreneurial performance of the entrepreneur. In particular, it was confirmed that personal characteristics, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial execution capacity, and external environment items were closely related to job satisfaction among measured competency indicators. Self-employed businesses, such as cosmetics and food, ware based on their own know-how and technology, and therefore, they were more likely to be influenced by their ability to run and business environment than others.

  • Due to the constant expansion of overseas public IT market, exportation market mainly based on e-government is expanding and platform needs to be introduced urgently to systematically support it. Thus, this study was carried on to draw evaluation items and weighted value of tools to support decision-making out of services of public IT platform. In this study, the tools supporting decision-making were defined as concept that draws exportation customers by wholly considering 2 aspects of enterprise capabilities and national environment. To develop tools supporting decision-making, the items to evaluate the aspect of enterprise capabilities and national environment were drawn through study on literature and open question and evaluation items were eliminated and AHP analysis was done through question given to experts. As a result, the significance was found in the order of Export Competitive Advantage > Export Marketing Strategy > Export Human Resources > Export-Related Organizational Resources > Export-Related Organizational Capabilities in the aspect of enterprise capabilities. The significance of evaluation was found in the order of Service Market Efficiency > Technical innovation and Maturity > Institutions > Market Efficiency > Macroeconomic Environment > Infrastructure in the aspect of national environment.

  • Recently, the construction policy is rapidly changing and construction project becomes larger and more complex. Specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work, but they are considered to have low competence level. To strengthen competence of specialty contractors' employees, above all, it is essential to evaluate and to analyze the competence factors level for specialty contractors' employees. However, there is no in-depth research on competence factors level for specialty contractors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the competence factor in order to find the high priority factor. The result of this study can be utilized for development of effective educational program for enhance specialty contractors' competence.

  • A purpose of this study is to learn about the impact on organizational effectiveness by analyzing the relationship between entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities. Investigation was based on the theory of dynamic capabilities of Teece (2002), and established a research model to study the details accordingly. The research hypothesis is as follows. First, entrepreneurship will have a significant impact on dynamic capability. Second, dynamic capabilities will have a significant impact on organizational effectiveness. Survey was conducted for employees in IT ventures, which was used to analyze 412 additional. The results are as follows. Has had a significant impact on organizational effectiveness is the relationship between entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities. In particular, this shows that a high impact on the organizational effectiveness of the organization's dynamic capabilities are assimilation exploitation capabilities, not the absorptive transformation capability of dynamic capabilities. CEO should actively consider whether the employees of the organization are developing the assimilation exploitation capabilities to make an impact on their organization's effectiveness.

Exploring Multi-faceted Understandings and Issues Regarding Science Subject Matter Competency: Considering the Relationship with General Core Competency (과학교과 역량의 다면적 이해와 쟁점의 탐색: 일반 핵심역량과의 관계를 고려하여)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the multi-faceted understanding and issues of science subject matter competencies from the trends of competency-based curriculum discourse, and to examine the relationship between general core competencies and science subject matter competencies. First, we examined the theoretical background of competency-based curriculum focusing on behaviorism, humanism, and its comprehensive synthesis. After that, we reviewed OECD's competency-related projects (DeSeCo; OECD Education 2030), US Next-Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and Korea's 2015 Revised National Curriculum from the viewpoint of competency-based curriculum. After that, we summarized and systematically analyzed a list of competencies, 105 general core competencies and 45 science subject matter competencies proposed by 15 important documents from home and abroad. The results of this study are as follows: First, the issues of the proper number, appropriate dimension, and how individual competencies should be unique and independent were pointed, in terms of defining and categorizing competencies. Second, it was suggested that the competency items are presented in various dimensions such as personal-micro dimension, community meso-dimension, and social-macro dimension. Meso-dimension was placed on both general core competencies and subject matter competencies. Third, in the relationship between general core competencies and subject matter competencies, the former emphasizes macro-dimension, and the latter emphasizes micro-dimension, revealing an existing gap, and where the two can meet each other is the meso-dimension. These discussions are thought to provide insight into the understanding of competencies in the national curriculum, including the 2015 Revised National Curriculum.

  • To provide high-quality training to residents in a rapidly changing medical environment, it is very important to improve the annual training curriculum centered on competency and ensure that training hospitals maintain an environment suitable for training. The Korean Society of Radiology (KSR) has been steadily improving the training system and has suggested the improvement of the training system by strengthening the competency-based evaluation and faculty development. Currently, KSR was selected for the second annual training curriculum systematization construction project in July 2021, and developed entrustable professional activities, core competencies, and assessment guidelines required by the construction project. Therefore, the development process and assessment guidelines will be introduced to residents and the faculty.

  • 본 연구는 최근 그 시장규모와 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 CMS의 평가방법론을 개발하기 위한 목적으로, CMS와 IT솔루션 평가이론에 대하여 고찰하여, CMS의 평가항목을 크게 '솔루션 특성', '공급벤더 역량', '구매업체 환경적합성'의 대항목으로 분류하고, '컨텐츠 관리기능', '비즈니스지원기능', '기술성', '경제성', '벤더수준', '서비스', '사후관리', '정보화계획적합성', '정보화설비적합성', '조직/인적자원적 합성'의 총 10가지 세부항목을 정의하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 통하여 각 평가항목의 가중치를 결정하고, 과거 단순가중치법을 이용하여 도입된 CMS구매과정에 대한 사례연구를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 각 솔루션의 순위는 똑같이 결정되었으나, 과거 단순가중치법에 의해 산출된 각 솔루션의 득점비율과 본 사례연구를 통하여 도출된 상대적 선호도는 수치상 큰 차이가 존재하였다. 그 차이는 평가항목과 방법상의 차이에 의한 당연한 결과이지만, 솔루션의 선정이라는 중차대한 의사결정문제를 해결함에 있어, 보다 객관적이고 과학적인 방법론을 이용하여야 함을 시사하고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 최근 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 CMS의 평가방법론을 개발하기 위한 목적으로, CMS와 IT솔루션 평가이론에 대한 고찰을 통해 CMS의 평가항목을 크게 "솔루션 특성", "공급벤더역량", "구매업체 환경적합성"의 대항목으로 분류하고, "컨텐츠 관리기능", "경제성", "서비스", "정보화계획적합성" 등의 총 10가지 세부항목을 제안하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 통하여 각 평가항목의 상대적 선호도를 결정하고, 과거 단순가중치법을 이용하여 도입된 CMS구매과정과 상호비교하는 사례연구를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 과거 단순가중치법에 의해 산출된 솔루션의 평가점수와 AHP를 이용한 상대적 선호도에 따른 평가점수 사이에는 큰 차이가 존재하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 CMS 솔루션의 선정에 중요한 평가항목들을 제공하였으며, 객관적이고 과학적인 방법론인 AHP를 활용함으로써 솔루션의 차이를 효과적으로 차별화하는 좋은 사례를 제공코자 하였다.
