A Study on Development of a Prediction Model for Korean Music Box Office Based on Deep Learning (딥러닝을 이용한 음악흥행 예측모델 개발 연구)

  • Among various contents industry, this study especially focused on music industry and tried to develop a prediction model for music box office using deep learning. The deep learning prediction model designed to predict music chart-in period based on 17 variables -singer power, singer influence, featuring singer power, featuring singer influence, number of participating singers, gender of participating singers, lyric writer power, composer power, arranger power, production agency power, distributing agency power, title track, LIKEs on streaming platform, comments on streaming platform, pre-promotion article, teaser-video view, first-week performance. Additionally we conducted a linear regression analysis to sort out factors, and tried to compare the prediction performance between the original DNN prediction model and the DNN model made of sorted out factors.

소상공인의 사업 역량과 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향: 1인 미디어 교육참여도의 조절효과

  • 2022년 7월에 열린 'ON미래, 산업디지털전환 국회 포럼' 에서는 기업과 기업의 데이터들이 연결되고 산업에 활용 가능한 환경조성이 필요하며 이러한 데이터 생태계를 위한 거래 활성화로 비즈니스 모델 창출이 중요한 이슈로 떠올랐다. 소상공인시장진흥공단은 소상공인 디지털 특성화대학을 열고 소상공인 디지털 역량 강화를 위해 전국의 10개 대학과 연계하였다. 4차 산업혁명의 진전과 코로나19 팬데믹의 영향으로 인한 비대면 문화의 확산 등과 이에 따른 소상공인의 디지털역량이 사업을 영위하는데 중요한 이슈로 등장한 것이다. 본 연구는 소상공인의 사업 역량과 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 사업 역량을 세분화해서 소상공인의 업종 전문성, 고객관리 전문성으로 나누었다. 디지털 역량은 SNS 활동성, ICT 사용 용이성, ICT 사업 활용성으로 세분화하였다. 이들 요인들이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 1인 미디어 교육참여도에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 동시에 살펴보았다. 이를 실증 분석하기 위해 1인 미디어 교육을 받은 사람을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 조사하고자 하며 디지털 역량의 중요성이 증대되는 시점에서 소상공인에 있어서도 이러한 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

The Education Model of Liberal Arts to Improve the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Competency of Undergraduate Students (대학생의 AI 리터러시 역량 신장을 위한 교양 교육 모델)

  • In the future, artificial intelligence (AI) technology is expected to become a general-purpose technology (GPT), and it is predicted that AI competency will become an essential competency. Several nations around the world are fostering experts in the field of AI to achieve technological proficiency while working to develop the necessary infrastructure and educational environment. In this study, we investigated the status of software education at the liberal arts level at 31 universities in Seoul, along with precedents from domestic and foreign AI education research. Based on this, we concluded that an AI literacy education model is needed to link software education at the liberal arts level with professional AI education. And we classified 20 AI-related lectures released in the KOCW according to the AI literacy competencies required; based on the results of this classification, we propose a model for AI literacy education in the liberal arts for undergraduate students. The proposed AI literacy education model may be considered as AI·SW convergence to experience AI along with literacy in the humanities, deviating from the existing theoretical and computer-science-based approach. We expect that our proposed AI literacy education model can contribute to the proliferation of AI.

Improved Model for Index of Construction Engineer's Competency Evaluation System in Domestic Construction Management (국내 건설사업관리 기술인력 역량평가 개선모델(I2CEC))

  • The ICEC (Index of Construction Engineer's Competency) quantifies the competence of construction engineers using such parameters as experience, education, and qualifications and assigns four technical grades (expert, advanced, intermediate, and beginners) to construction engineers according to their scores for the efficient management and loading of technical personnel. However, as of 2020, the seventh year since its implementation, ICEC has shown many problems in its application, unlike its intended purpose. So institutional supplementation is required to provide improvement measures that can cope with the changing labor market environment and complement the current ICEC. Therefore, this study examined the current status of the career management system after the introduction of the ICEC, suggested a career index proportional to the competence of construction engineers from the beginner to the expert level, and developed an effective capability evaluation model I2CEC. The improved model presented in this study provides a means to comprehensively judge the performance, experience, and the professional work abilities of construction management engineers. Furthermore, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of efficient manpower and career management systems for enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic construction industry.

Establishing the Concept of ICT-Based Creative Talented Persons (ICT기반 창의인재상 정립에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposed the concept model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons as the type of persons that gifted education in the ICT area should cultivate for the 21st century. The model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons is made of three dimensions by 3 core competencies, 9 traits, and 27 characteristics. The field experts, that is, teachers on elementary and secondary school levels evaluate the validity of the model. Teachers expressed positive opinions about the validity of the multi-dimension model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons. We expect that this model can provide a useful guide to designing and operating ICT education and ICT gifted education for cultivating talented persons to contribute for the future society.

Designing public service design education program to strengthen public service competencies -Focused on the case of workshop for policy providers- (공공서비스 역량 강화를 위한 공공서비스디자인 교육 프로그램 설계 -정책공급자 대상 워크숍 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to design public service design education to strengthen the public service competencies of policy providers necessary in the changing service administration era and to confirm the effectiveness through empirical cases. Based on the theoretical research of public service and public service design, an educational program linking public service competency elements with public service design methodology was designed, and the effects through case studies and surveys demonstrated through workshops were confirmed. Team activities and practice-oriented methods and tools based on the contents of the public service design project were particularly effective in strengthening collaboration and communication competencies, and overall satisfaction was confirmed. The educational program model of this study is meaningful by presenting and demonstrating practical education linking public service competencies for policy providers, and future studies will subdivide and verify the effectiveness of competency-based education model design.

  • The purpose of this paper is the development of course data models and learning achievement computation algorithms for enabling the course-embedded assessment(CEA), which is essential of competency-based education in higher education. The previous works related CEA have weakness in the development of the systematic solution for CEA computation. In this paper, we propose data models and algorithms to implement competency-based assessment system. Our data models are composed of a layered architecture of learning outcomes, learning modules and activities, and an associative matrix of learning outcomes and activities. The proposed methods can be applied to the development of the course-embedded assessment system as core modules. We evaluated the effectiveness of our proposed models through applying the models to a practical course, Java Programing. From the result of the experiments we found that our models can be used in the assessment system as a core module.

한국 교사들의 기업가정신 교육 역량 중요도: 실행도 분석

  • 최근 중등교육에서 기업가정신 교육에 대한 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되면서, 현장에서 이를 실천할 교사의 역량이 중요해졌다. 본 연구는 기업가정신 교육을 실천할 교사들의 역량을 탐색하고 중요도와 실행도 차이를 분석함으로써, 교육 요구도의 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, 테크놀로지내용교수지식) 모델에 기반하여 기업가정신 교육 역량을 개념화하고, 이를 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 활용하여 기업가정신 교육에 관심이 있는 중등교사 217명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, TPACK의 모든 하위 요인에 대하여 중요도의 평균이 실행도의 평균보다 높아 교육적 처방이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중요도-실행도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선의 우선순위가 높은 요인은 CK(내용지식)인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교사들의 기업가정신 교육 역량 강화를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

A Study on Science-gifted Students' Competency and Development of Competency Dictionary (과학 영재의 역량 탐색 및 역량 사전의 개발)

  • The observation and recommendation system was recently introduced for selecting gifted-students in science, and it has required to arrange the reliable and valid selection criteria that could identify the high potential competency of them. In this study, we explored the competencies that could help to discriminate gifted-students' inner properties, and also developed the dictionary based on them. The competencies were extracted from the proven previous competency dictionaries/models and examined by the structured survey and the focus group interview in order to ascertain the competencies of the science-gifted students. The results revealed that there were two competency clusters such as cognitive and affective domains. The cognitive cluster consisted of 6 competencies as follows: goal suggestion, planning, information collection and analysis, problem solving, higher-order thinking, and expertise and self-development competency. The affective cluster consisted of 3 competencies: confidence, achievement orientation, and curiosity competency. The dictionary categorized by the names, definitions, key elements, and behavioral indicators and their levels of the derived competencies was developed. Findings were expected to provide the implications on the selection criteria of the potential science-gifted students through the observation and recommendation system.
