(사)한국패키지디자인협회(회장 강부연)가 '2022 제31회 대한민국패키지디자인대전'의 수상작을 발표했다. 이 공모전은 국내 유일의 포장디자인 공모전으로 대학생부문과 일반부문으로 나뉘어 독창성, 상품의 외관, 기능, 소재, 경제성 등을 심사하여 선정했다. 이번 공모전은 포장디자인 분야 디자이너들의 많은 관심과 호응으로 대학생부문은 10개 대학 177점, 일반부문은 30개 업체 71점이 우수 포장디자인 제품으로 선정되어 포장 디자인의 중요성을 통해 위상을 다시 한 번 드높였다. 출품작들의 주목할 점으로는 친환경 트렌드를 반영한 다수의 제품들이 출품되었다는 것이다. 특히, 코로나19 장기화로 인한 소비패턴과 생활의 변화에 따른 트렌드를 반영한 포장디자인 제품이 대거 출품되어 이목을 끌었다. 올해 '대상'은 서울우유협동조합 골든저지밀크 제품이 선정되었으며, 이외 은상으로 업사이클링에 포커스를 맞춘, (주)신원인팩/페어플레이파머스 농업회사법인 사과 부산물을 활용한 친환경 사과트레이 [업사이클링 : APPLE CLAM(애플클램), 화이트와 메탈릭 컬러 매치를 통한 고급화 이미지를 극대화시킨 디자인 (주)아워홈 AMORIS Charcutrie 등 우수 포장디자인으로 선정되었다. 본지에서는 공모전 일반부문 본상 수상작들을 통해 패키지디자인의 최신 동향을 살펴보도록 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the effects of changes in policies of the construction industry on the entry and exit in the construction industry and to present the direction of changes in construction industry policies based on the analysis results. The purpose of this study is also to present by analyzing the factors influencing the increase and decrease of builders in the actual construction market. The results of the survey indicate that for general contractors in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, which are mostly small and medium-sized construction companies, the strengthening of registration standards (capital, technicians, etc.) has a significant impact on market entry and exit. However, on the other hand, many of the construction policies implemented to eliminate unqualified contractors in the construction market have had the effect of increasing the number of unqualified contractors. This suggests that construction policies in the construction cycle have not achieved their objectives.

This study investigates the construction management selection methods for fair competition within the construction management market by analyzing the current status of domestic construction management, the 2010 publication on the status of construction management, and the construction management evaluation criteria. Also, the 2009 publication of top CM service establishments, the average proportion of tender for 120 CM services from 2002 to 2010, and six assessment results which are open to the parties directly involved were statistically analyzed to review the adequacy of the evaluation criteria. This analysis shows that the evaluation criteria for the CM service impedes the development of the construction management industry and companies, since the criteria are decided by the service payment, and the technical skills assessed by technical proposals have no ties with contract prices. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement of the selection methods in accordance with the project characteristics and the technical requirements. However, more research is still needed to derive a detailed classification method of the technical requirement, the owner's evaluation criteria selection, and the preparation of an institutional foundation for the construction manager's post-evaluation.

In recently, one of the most interests is a field related with serious game. Most game users perform the first for the executing of tutorial before they use a serious game for the first time. But in most case, developers do not recognize importance of tutorial and they do not consider the type of user preference tutorial and make tutorials only as developer's intentions. In our study, we carry out investigation and analysis about type of providing tutorials in representative serious games. Also, we do a survey of users' preferences for types of tutorials. If developers use the result of our study and we can expect more convenient and good quality of tutorial development.

In order to build up competitive power in construction market and to cope with international policy, Design-Build bidding is one of the viable bidding system, encouraging collaboration between design office and building construction firm. Design-Build is a promising delivery system to help expediting schedules, saving costs, and improving Quality. However, the problems of Design-Build project in the domestic construction industry are not to be able to take advantages of fast-tracking and value engineering process, because of the problems of inappropriate system and participants' inexperience. The purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives for Design-Build bidding of public sector in the domestic construction industry in the costs, quality and time aspect.

국내 마이크로그리드는 실증단지, 도서지역, 캠퍼스, 산업단지등에 구축되고 있다. 특히 산업단지는 수용가의 전기에너지 이용 효율화와 신재생에너지 전원을 활용한 전력거래를 위해 마이크로그리드를 구축하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System) 복합운영을 통한 비용절감과 전력거래 수익창출 실증을 위하여 나주혁신도시 동수산업단지 내계통과 연계된 제조업체(태산, 범한, 하이옥스)에 구축되는 마이크로그리드 경제성을 분석한다. 경제성 분석 툴인 HOMER를 이용하여 각 업체별 PV(PhotoVoltaic) 및 ESS용량에 따른 순 현재비용과 1[kWh]당 발전단가를 산출한다. 경제성 분석을 위해 각 제조업체의 최근 1년간 부하량과 산업용 전기요금기준, 기업체 소재지의 기후조건에 따른 태양광발전량, 각 기업체 마이크로그리드 실제구축비용을 입력하고, 공인할인율 5.5[%]와 유류비 1500[원/ℓ]를 기준으로 경제성을 분석한다. 분석을 바탕으로 개별 제조업체 부하 특성에 부합한 마이크로그리드 분산전원 및 설비 용량 선정과 운영방안을 제안한다.

고객이 서비스상의 실패에 대해 때로는 강한 부정적 반응을 보이기에 서비스를 제공하는 조직의 서비스회복능력은 고객만족을 달성하기 위해 강력하고 효율적으로 운영되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인상의 서비스인 ISP업체(10개의 회사)를 대상으로 온라인 서비스 상에서 고객이 서비스상의 불만을 경험할 때 기업이 고객의 불만을 회복시켜 만족으로 전환시키려는 회복속성들이 실제로 고객이 가지는 분배상의 공정성, 절차상의 공정성 및 상호작용 공정성에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 10개의 ISP업체를 선정하고 해당 업체에 대해 불만을 가진 고객들이 기업의 불만제거 노력에 대해 평가하도록 하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 LISREL을 이용하여 서비스의 회복속성인 보상, 신속한 반응, 무반응, 사과, 사전보상제공 등이 분배상공정성, 절차상 공정성, 상호작용 공정성에 직접적으로 미치는 효과를 파악하고 이 공정성의 요인들이 만족에 미치는 영향도 실증적으로 검증하였다. 온라인 상이라는 새로운 환경을 고려하여 기존의 모델에서 간과된 부분을 확인하기 위해 확장 모델을 제시하여 새로운 의미를 가진 경로가 존재하는지 확인하고 이 부분에서 유의적인지 않은 경로를 배제한 수정모델을 제시하였다. 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 제시된 가설은 연구모델에서 경로 계수를 추정하고 이에 대한 t값을 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 시사점으로는 고객의 서비스 실패 및 회복상황에 대한 평가의 이론적 원칙을 설명하고 관리자에게 각각의 서비스 실패와 일치하는 서비스 회복전략을 제시하여 운영상의 가이드 라인을 제시한다고 할 수 있다

동력자원부는 전력안정대책의 일환으로 전기소비절약 모범사례의 발급보급을 위하여 정부 각부처 및 정부투자기관, 전기 다소비업체 등으로 부터 접수된 절전 모범사례중 우수사례를 심사, 우수작 15편을 선정하고 제안자에게 장관 표창을 수여했다. 아울러, 우수작의 모범사례를 통해 우리 전기기술자들에게 도움이 되었으면 하고 15편의 모범사례를 소개하고자 한다.

국내 데이터베이스의 활용을 촉진하고 데이터베이스 업체의 개발의욕을 고취하기 위하여 조선일보사와 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관하고 정보통신부가 후원하는 '데이터베이스 대상' 연말 대상으로 비트컴퓨터의 'BIT Drug Information', 우수상으로 대우전자의 한국특허검색시스템 'PATROM', 무한정보 통신의 'KOLIS 종합법률정보', 여수대학교의 '노틸리스'가 선정되었다.

산업자원부에서는 설비투자의 면밀한 진단을 바탕으로 경기활성화에 기여하는 효율적인 투자시책을 마련하고자 지난 5월 1일부터 30일까지 매출액 기준 상위 200여개 업체를 선정하여 하반기 설비투자 계획을 조사하였다. 이에 본고에서는 200대 기업 설비투자 동향 실태조사 보고를 다루어 보고자 한다.
