  • 본 연구는 중수로형(CANDU) 원자력발전소의 노심 관리(Nuclear Reactor Core Management) 업무 자동화를 위한 소프트웨어 시스템 개발 사례이다. 중수로형(CANDU) 원자력 발전소의 노심관리 업무자동화 통합시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 현업에서 사용되고 있는 공학적 계산 인자들과 그 결과를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 데이터베이스의 구축이 우선되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 원자력발전소의 노심관리 업무에 대해 현업 업무 분석을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 정확히 분석하고 이를 토대로 업무를 효과적이며 체계적으로 정의한 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해 IEEE 830 템플릿 중 소프트웨어 요구사항 분석 방법을 적용하여 현업 프로세스별 입, 출력 사양을 분석하고 각 항목간의 관계를 정의하여 요구사항 분석 단계에서 데이터베이스 설계요소를 효과적으로 도출하기 위한 연구 사례를 소개한다.

  • 합리적인 업무 수행도의 예측을 통해 기업은 기존 업무절차의 평가뿐 아니라 업무 개선방안과 새로운 업무의 설계기준을 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구는 업무효율지표들 중 가장 중요한 요소인 업무절차의 수행시간을 예측하는 모형을 제시한다. 일반적으로 기업의 업무는 예측가능하며 장기적으로 안정된 성격을 가진다. 우리는 이러한 특성을 바탕으로 한 대기행렬 모형을 구축하고 그것을 분석하여 정적인 방식의 업무실행 시 수행시간을 예측하였다. 그리고 모형의 성능을 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 평가하였다.

Are Coffee Breaks Good for Performance?: A Perspective on Non-Work-Related Activities (커피 브레이크는 성과에 도움이 되는가?: 업무 외적인 활동 관점)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate non-work relating activities at work. To do this, this paper proposes and analyzes a simple theoretical model consisting of factors such as non-work relating smartphone usage during working hours, non-work relating coffee break during working hours, work after working hours, and job performance. Our findings are revealed as following: First, non-work-related coffee break has positive effect on performance. Second, non-work-related smartphone usage generally has negative effect on performance, but it has positive effect on performance in personal communication with co-workers. Third, work after working hours has negative effect on performance.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel analysis method and its algorithms to perform the betweenness centrality measurements on a valued and directed workflow-supported social network. The conventional workflow-supported social network model is to represent the existences of task transferring relationships among their performers by using a binary social network. However, it is necessary to consider not only the existences of task transferring relationships but also their quantities and directions in order to obtain much more effective and sophisticated analysis results. In conclusion, this paper newly defines a concept of valued and directed workflow-supported social network, and its betweenness centrality analysis method and algorithms. Especially, to verify the proposed method and algorithms, we try to apply the conventional method and the proposed method to an example workflow model respectively, and compare their betweenness centrality analysis results.

  • Along with the recent economic downturn, domestic construction companies have also faced with many difficulties and obstacles. To overcome this situations, now they are trying to continuous efforts to improve efficiency and productivity of project performance through many means including the reduction of fixed cost expenditures. Level of work performance of construction field managers is very important factor of productivity improvement for successive performance of construction project. This study attempts to analyse level and influence factors for work performance of field managers in construction companies through analysis of work burden and level of work performance. Also this study attempts to present basic data of the improvement directions for enhancing construction efficiency and productivity in future.

Effect of Gap between Expected Job and Performed Job on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Dental Hygienists (치과위생사의 기대업무와 수행업무 격차가 이직의도와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of gap between expected job and performed job on job satisfaction and turnover intention in clinical dental hygienists. A total 292 hygienist in dental hospitals and dental offices in nationwide completed a questionnaire on their daily routine job and job which they expected and measured gap between expected job and performed job, such as chairside assisting, preventive care, consultation, reception. The study showed the gap on chairside assisting job among age, career and showed the gap on consultation among age, education, career and showed the gap on reception among age, career. gap on chairside assisting, salary satisfaction, personal day affected job satisfaction and gap on chairside assisting, children, salary satisfaction affected turnover intention. The study showed that salary satisfaction and gap on chairside assisting associated with turnover intention and job satisfaction. Personal day affected job satisfaction but did not affect turnover intention.

  • 최근에 데이터베이스 기술에 이은 차세대 사무업무 전산화의 핵심 기술일 뿐만 아니라 CALS/EC의 핵심기술인 워크플로우 기술에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 워크플로우 기술은 사무업무의 흐름을 자동화하기 위한 일종의 운영체계 역할을 수행하는 워크플로우 관리 시스템분야와 그 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 이론적 기반일 뿐만 아니라 사무업무의 흐름 자체를 정의하고 분석하는 워크플로우 모델 분야로 나뉘어 진다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 워크플로우 모델중의 하나인 ICN (Information Control Nets) 모델을 기반으로 하는 모델링 도구의 설계 및 구혀에 관하여 기술하였다. 본 워크플로우 모델링 도구는 자바 기반의 워크플로우 정의 및 분석 환경을 제공함으로서 컴퓨터 시스템에 의존적인 기존의 모델링 도구가 갖는 단점을 개선하였으며, 또한 ICN으로 정의된 사무업무 워크플로우를 국제표준의 워크플로우 정의 언어인 WPDL(Workflow Procedure Description Language)로 변환시킴으로써 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 독립적인 워크플로우 모델링 환경을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 결론적으로, 본 ICN 모델링 도구는 사무업무 흐름과 리엔지니어링을 위한 분석 도구로서 확장될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 분석된 결과인 사무업무 프로세스를 다른 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 직접 적용할 수 있게 하는 Streamlining 워크플로우 정의 업무의 기반이 된다.

Librarian's Role and Diversification of Librarian's Works for Creating Blue Ocean Strategy of Special Libraries (전문도서관의 블루오션 창출을 위한 사서의 역할 및 업무영역 다변화)

  • The roles of librarians have been changing with the paradigm shift of libraries. The paradigm of libraries has shifted from a traditional information management-centered way to a hybrid approach emphasizing a balance between collection and access. This study analyzed the internal and external changes of libraries to create Blue Ocean of special libraries by using the SWOT analysis. and adopted ERCR analysis for the reasonable management of libraries. The findings of this study indicate that the scope of role played by librarians belonging to special libraries shall be diversified from their traditional library activities in order to adapt themselves to changes in time. The Blue Ocean Strategy can be successfully developed only if the activities of libraries have been changed so that they are closely related to those activities for which such affiliate organizations are expected to carry out.

  • In order to develop the standard service model of Korea Coast Guard at fishing port, which responses to the demand of users and provides them with the high quality service of maritime administration, the services performed by a branch of KCG are analyzed and the level of familiarity with them are investigated. The degree of affair achievement is quantitatively standardized by assessing the workload of branch office. The standard model of affairs is formatted and the programs of organization, resource operation and education are proposed.

  • This paper aims to analyze of the records schedule's transactions, identify problems of them and suggest improving requirements, especially focusing on similar institutions. The paper examines the process and principle of establishing transactions for the records schedule and analyzes the transactions on the records schedules at 59 national and public university libraries by retention, type, library size and administrative functions.
