  • Development of digital information and internet technology causes the changes of technology environments and companies, and the variety of customers needs has been dynamically changed in terms of integrating information system with customers satisfaction. Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. Many research papers on transportation studies have focused on the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) and Vehicle Scheduling Problem (VSP). However in the real world, it is known that it takes long time to build vehicle scheduling in the process of transporting the amount of orders from the logistics center to the vendors due to the realistic constraints. This paper presents a framework design for each process enabling delivery planning automatically using heuristic algorithm. In addition, an interactive delivery planning system is implemented utilizing the proposed algorithm.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the problems related to the lack of research on rapidly changing digital information media and industry flow and to suggest solutions. In Korea what is needed is basic academic research on cartoon and animation field, and the development and systemization of teaching material. As a first step to achieve this goal, standardization of cartoon and animation related terminology and publication of a dictionary of terminology are underway. To reach agreements on terms, discover new terms, standardize terms and their interpretations, and publish a standardized dictionary, experts in the fields of cartoon and animation education, industry, and academia in North America, Europe, and Japan have been invited to work together. Through these efforts, a dictionary of terminology will be published, which will not only provide useful information but also solve problems related to the use of not standardized terms.

  • When designing the size of a heavy maintenance shop for rolling stock, it is required to arrange buildings and facilities in the minimum site so as to improve the maintenance efficiency. However, the fluctuation rate (hereinafter "allowance rate") on which factors such as service and maintenance fluctuation should be applied when estimating the size of the maintenance shop has been used without verification. The objective of the study is to calculate a reasonable allowance rate and to review its appropriateness through the analysis of the facilities layout and process simulation to absorb the above elements into the staying time in the heavy maintenance shop. Since the working time, in this study, is assumed to be average working time, 10~20% was given to the standard deviation of working time in consideration of difference between workers, and possible allowance rate was drawn by analysis of the simulation results. In the future, it is required to optimize the size of the shop by applying appropriate allowance rate through scientific review of such factors as O&M plan, R/S reserve rate, capability of the shop, outsourcing rate, standard work amount, and so on.

  • The world is currently confronted with regional conflicts among nations that seek to protect their territory. The associated counter-terrorism activities and international business flows can be increased through airworthiness-recognition tasks that are related to aircraft exports, dispatch troops, and overseas bases. It is important to establish airworthiness-recognition processes between foreign military authorities to minimize the potential for sovereign national positions and responsibilities. For this study, the military airworthiness recognition between recognition partners was surveyed to secure flight safety for the development and operation of aircrafts. The analysis of the U.S. and European Military Authority Recognition Questionsets (MARQs) in this paper introduces the rules, inspection capabilities, production process, and certification of the airworthiness authority. The regulatory activities, which are required by the Korea Military Airworthiness Authority (MAA) with respect to foreign MAAs, can be reduced by the implementation of the MARQ.

  • In this paper, the basic architecture of an agent system was designed and a KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) handler was implemented to handle 'tell', 'ask', 'handles' and 'interested' KQML performatives. The basic architecture of an agent system consists of a KQML handler, a KIF interpreter and a Flow control code. Agents use KIF(Knowledge Interchange Format) to represent the actual knowledges that are transmitted. They communicate others via an external language called KQML, which contains contents of messages written in KIF. The KQML handler controls communication. Contents of messages through it are stored and interpreted by the KIF interpreter. The flow control code controls the flow of program and information and performs engineering tasks. It gets knowledges from the knowledge base of the KIF interpreter and the other agents.

  • In this paper, we propose an object-oriented modeling technique using UML(Unified Modeling Language) for accessibility of user and efficiency of facilities under Web-based integrated manufacturing management system application. For this, we first collect user requirements and related technology of integrated manufacturing system, and then design proposed system considering business flow and various essential design part(class, component, package, use case, and etc) to reduce system risk as well as communicate peacefully between developers in system redevelopments. Additionally, we develop database of manufacturing master code, check management, repair management and error management for proposed systems. Finally, we design and implement our three main modules; manufacturing check module, manufacturing repair module, manufacturing error module under Web-based environments with JSP language.

  • 본 연구는 종합병원에서 운영중인 병원정보시스템(Hospital Information System)을 기준으로 업무별 데이터 마트를 구성하여 종합병원 데이터 웨어하우스 시스템을 제안하는 연구이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 병원 데이터웨어하우스 모형은 충남대학교병원 데이터 웨어하우스 시스템 구축 보고서, Inmon의 데이터 웨어하우스 개발방법론에 기초를 두었다. 종합병원의 데이터하우스시스템을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원무 데이터마트, 병원의 원무팀에서 주로 사용하는 것으로써 수입에 관련된 정보, 진료인원에 관한 정보, 심사/청구/삭감에 관한 정보들로 구성되어 있다. 둘째, 약국 데이터마트, 처방전달 데이터 마트와 연결되어 외래/입원의 처방에 관한 정보, 약에 대한 효능과 성분에 대한 정보, 투약과 검사에 대한 정보들로 구성된다. 셋째, 의무기록 데이터마트, 의무기록팀에서 관리하는 퇴원 정보, 암환자에 대한 정보, 외래/입원 환자 통계에 대한 정보들로 이루어진다. 넷째, 처방전달 데이터마트, 주로 의사가 환자에게 행한 처치/처방/수술과 진료기록에 대한 정보들을 기준으로 환자진료나 임상연구에 필요한 정보를 제공한다. 다섯째, 병원 행정 데이터마트, 인사정보, 급여정보, 회계정보, 예산정보, 물류정보 등으로 구성되어 병원의 자원활용이나 행정에 대한 전반적인 정보를 제공한다. 여섯째, 경영지원 데이터마트, 병원경영에 필요한 수입정보, 원가분석 정보, 진료인원 정보들을 한 형태로 제공한다. 또한 의사결정 형태도 의료진 중심의 병원에서 환자중심의 병원으로 구조를 바꾸었고 투명한 정보공유와 기초 데이터들의 정제는 부가가치가 높은 정보로 가공할 수 있게 되었으며 각 전문 직종간의 단절된 정보 흐름을 유기적으로 교환할 수 있게 되어 지식의 교환을 촉진시켰다. 그리고 온라인거래처리시스템(OLTP)의 한계점인 하드웨어적인 문제와 성능 저하에 대한 문제를 해결하였고, OLTP시스템에서 분리되고 이원화된 코드체계와 데이터 형태의 이질화를 통일하는 방법으로 데이터웨어하우스 시스템을 제시하였다. 결국 병원에서 데이터웨어하우스 시스템의 구축은 임상, 연구, 교육의 유기적 순환관계를 정립하여 지식의 순환적 고리인 수집, 공유, 확산, 재창출을 지속적 유지할 수 있는 인프라를 구축해 준다. 반면 상이한 정보들간의 충돌과 이에 따른 해석의 오류로 잘못된 의사결정을 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있고 기초정보의 접근 및 추출의 유용성에 의해서 정보유출에 대한 문제가 한계점으로 나타났다.

  • Corporate business environment is rapidly evolving with the dramatic development of Information Technology. On that regard, companies are exploring various ways to create values in a bidto deliver outstanding business performance as well as coping with a changing business environment. Companies, in addition, have exerted extra efforts in developing and retaining talents as a way to enhance business performance. Against the backdrop, this paper presents a research-analysis model to analyze capability factors of corporate members which are essential for a company to create more values in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, this paper carried out the following researches : First, through a literature review, capability types, which are required to improve business performance, as well as individual capability factors, were analyzed. Second, based on analysis result, Attitude, Skill and Knowledge were presented as individual capability factors essential to the technological convergence environment. Third, to analyze the validity of the research analysis model, expert interviews with corporate human resource as well as a large scale survey were performed.

  • To survive in the trend of the fourth industrial revolution, companies are putting a lot of attention and effort into personalization services using the latest technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, while entrusting third parties to handle personal information on the grounds of work efficiency, expertise and cost reduction. In such an environment, consignors need to check trustees on a more effective and reasonable basis to ensure personal information safety for trustees. This study used AHP techniques to derive the importance and priority of each item of "Personal Information Safety Assurance Measures" for financial companies and trustees, and objectively compared and analyzed differences in perceptions of importance between financial institutions and trustees. Based on this, the company recognizes the difference between self-inspection of financial institutions and inspection of trustees and presents policy grounds and implications for applying differentiated inspection standards that reflect the weights appropriate for the purpose.

  • South Korea has strengthened the eligibility criteria for childcare teachers while amending the Infant Care Act in January 2005 in order to improve the quality of childcare services. Since then, there was a change in the legal basis related to childcare staff such as introduction of national certification of childcare center directors, name change, strengthened qualification standards for directors and teachers, training system maintenance and repair, strengthened credit standards of teachers' care related qualification courses, and maintenance provisions of continuing education nursery teacher qualifications. And that is because childcare staff are closely related to the quality of childcare, and a very important variable who has direct influence on infants. This study, through literature research and analysis, describes the status and development direction of childcare staff. This study covers three main aspects. First, the relevant historical flow was reviewed and the concepts of the role, expertise, and legal status of childcare staff were investigated. Second, staff training institutions, emissions certification, employment, and the status of treatment were investigated. Third, development direction for the training system, eligibility criteria, continuing education and its training system, and treatment improvement were proposed.
