  • This study aimed to develop indicators that can measure the digital transformation performance of science and technology information construction and sharing systems by utilizing the Digital Curation Maturity Models. For digital transformation, it is necessary to consider not only simple service improvement but also organizational and business changes. In this study, we aimed to develop a model for measuring the digital transformation of KISTI, Korea's representative science and technology information service organization. KISTI has already carried out BPR work for digital transformation and borrowed the concept of a maturity model. However, in BPR, there is no method to measure the result. Therefore, in this paper, we developed an index to measure digital transformation based on the maturity model. Indicator development was carried out in two ways: model development and evaluation. Cases for model construction were made through a comprehensive review of existing KISTI and various domestic and foreign cases. The models before verification were technology (37), data (45), strategy (18), organization (36), and (social)influence (14) based on the major categories. After verification using confirmatory factor analysis, the model is classified as technology (20 / 17 indicators dropped), data (36 / 9 indicators dropped), strategy (18 / maintenance), organization(30 / 6 indicators dropped), and (social) influence (13 indicators / 1 indicator dropped).

The analytical results are as follows. First, the more the reliability, information share, continuous transaction, effects on the social business are getting higher, the interdependence has little impact on it. Second, the impact on the outcome of SCM, partnerships between companies, showed a significant influence the reliability, the share of information, the continuous transaction, but the interdependence was analysed as an uninfluential factor. • The role of entrepreneurship has become important for the continuous growth (scale-up) of companies in a rapidly changing economic environment. However, research has focused mainly on business-oriented growth that emphasizes efficiency only. However, in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, people have become more important than corporate efficiency. In particular, there are few studies on SMEs. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the characteristics of human - centered organizational culture affects the business ecosystem and firm excellence of SMEs, and how business ecosystem and firm excellence affect the performance of corporations. Therefore, this study focuses on the empathy, enablement, empowerment, and engagement of the corporate culture characteristics of the enterprise and the effects of the independent variables on the business ecosystem and the flower excellence as the parameters and the business ecosystem and company excellence. The main research subjects are the causality analysis that examines the effects on the management performance. The results of the study are as follows. Empathy, enablement, empowerment, engagement have a significant impact on the business ecosystem. In addition, the engagement have a positive effect on firm excellence. The results of empirical studies on the causal relationship between business ecosystem, corporate competence, and company excellence and business performance show that business ecosystem has no statistically significant effect on business performance. Corporate excellence has a significant effect on business performance Respectively. In addition to the above findings, this study can suggest the following implications. First, it is an empirical study of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by utilizing people-oriented entrepreneurship in addition to existing research. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are expected to have lower perceptions of people-oriented management than large corporations or public institutions, but the analysis shows that people-centered entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the business ecosystem. Second, the research results of the serial multiple mediating effect analysis show that the higher the atmosphere of entrepreneurship in a company, the higher the atmosphere of entrepreneurship, and the parameters of business ecosystem and company excellence in the effect of people-oriented entrepreneurship on management performance. It is that the path through which people-oriented entrepreneurship influences management performance was verified by verifying the mediating effect by inputting. Lastly, it is hoped that research on people-oriented entrepreneurship in Korea's SMEs will be activated, providing a theoretical basis for transforming SMEs' business models into innovative types.

  • According to the recent systemic changes such as construction market reduction, five days per week system, introduction of construction duration reduction bidding system and post-construction sale system, the bidding competition have been enhanced. However, there are many construction schedule risks which could delay construction completion. Without the proper identification of construction schedule risks and the structured construction schedule risk management, the competitive advantages of construction project could not be made. Previous researches to solve the problem have been focused on the construction schedule categorization, construction schedule management, and the system development to manage the construction schedule risk. Therefore, this study selected the reinforeced concrete construction as the studied work due to the major impact characteristics on the total construction duration and the quite accident rate, and then proposed the real construction schedule risks of reinforced concrete construction and the construction risk management method based on the previous studies, many times of expert interviews and brainstorming.
