본 논문에서는 발전공기업 재난관리담당자의 사업연속성관리 역량 내재화 방안을 연구하였다. 발전공기업은 2001년 전력산업구조개편특별법에 따라 한국전력공사에서 6개 회사로 분사되었다. 국가핵심기반시설인 발전공기업은 핵심업무 중단으로 인한 국민생활과 산업시설 기능 정지를 예방하기 위해 2014년 이후 사업연속성관리체계를 적용하고 있으며, ISO 22301 및 재해경감 우수기업 인증을 취득하였다. 그러나 사회적인 이슈와 국가정책 등으로 발전공기업의 강도 높은 재난관리가 요구되고 있어, 재난으로 인한 핵심업무 중단 발생의 예방, 대비, 대응 및 복구관리를 통한 사업연속성 확보를 위해 재난관리당당자의 역량 내재화가 필요하며, 내재화의 구체적인 추진방안은 사업연속성관리요소 업무반영, 사업연속성관리를 반영한 리더 육성 및 인사제도와 연계 등이다.

Integrated Logistics Support can effectively respond to future wars and through the smooth logistics support activities bring a win in wars. Future warfare is very complex compare to Modern Warfare and required high level of strategies and tactics. Also, it is expected that the future war will be high-intensity war using high-tech weapon systems. Therefore, in this study, I look forward to the effective logistic support through the development of ammunition integrated logistics support which is a part of integrated logistics support(ILS). In addition, by studying a step-by-step system and supporting element of ammunition integrated logistics support, we can find the errors related to ammunition integrated logistics support system and suggest the direction to improve the system.

This study was conducted using structured questionnaire to 103 dental hygienists who agreed to research among dental hygienists working at Ulsan-based dental clinics in an attempt to analyze the impact of dental roles and social support on emotional labor. Statements of collected data were performed on t-test and ons-way ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression using the SPSS Statistics ver 18.0 for windows program. The study found that the higher role conflicts and greater role ambiguity in relation to direct trade and emotional labor, the higher the intensity of emotional labor, and the more social support, the lower the intensity of emotional labor. The emotional labor of dental hygienists can be solved at a personal level by trying to improve their relationship with members at a dentist's office and by making clear and more professional work segmentation according to their working characteristics. This will help develop a plan to manage the emotional labor of dental hygienists.

Since 2017, the Occupational Safety and Health Act has been fully applied to school food services, and risk assessments have been implemented since 2019. The introduction was slow compared to other industries and was evaluated by non-professional nutritionists, so there was a limit to establishing the system. All schools under the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education apply the KRAS every year in accordance with the OSH Act for school foodservice and a notice from the Ministry of Employment and Labor. A risk assessment is applied according to legal regulations. On the other hand, the effectiveness of risk assessment has been questioned because the frequency and intensity criteria of the risk are qualitative and subjective. Based on the accident statistics of catering workers, the frequency and intensity criteria of risk were presented quantitatively and objectively, and a risk assessment was conducted by applying a new calculation standard for some work during the catering service and compared with current risk assessment results. The risk was increased, and the improved effectiveness was confirmed by the specific suggestions for improvement. Thus, the pilot evaluation for the entire food service should be expanded, and the feasibility confirmed. The pilot evaluation should be applied to all schools to enhance the effectiveness and operability of the risk assessment.

In this study, a survey of public library librarians was conducted to examine the current librarian's job status by conducting a survey on the library's environment, such as the size of books, number of employees, and operating subjects. As a result of the study, it was found that based on the current job content and recognition, librarians are mainly working in the order of operating reading culture programs, planning reading culture programs, and user information services. In addition, it can be seen that librarians highly value the importance of their respective duties, and in the case of labor intensity, more than half of them recognize that the current labor intensity is high. Among the detailed competency units corresponding to each task in the future, more appropriate competency unit elements should be considered in consideration of the essential competency, additional supplementation, and lower factors through this study. In addition, the higher the number and experience of regular workers in the library, the higher the degree of librarian certification, and the higher the current position, the higher the importance, difficulty, and expertise of the current work, so it is expected that the library should continue to build experience in the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among emotional labor and work performance of information security professionals. To this end, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 176 security workers and analyzed the collected data using structural equation modeling (SEM). It was found that the frequency of emotional display was positively related to deep acting and surface acting. Also, the intensity and variety of emotional display was positively related to deep acting and surface acting. In addition, deep acting had a positive relationship with work performance and surface acting had an significantly positive relationship with work performance. The results of this study are meaningful to understand the influence of the emotional aspect of security workers on work performance. Therefore, the overall findings suggest that the training programs and education for the improvement of emotional labor capacity of deep acting are continuously required.

This study attempts to explain phenomenologically the shadow work that occurs among Kwangju·Jeonnam business support counselors as video consultation increases due to the counseling management systems used in business consulting for SMEs and digital transformation since COVID-19. Since digital shadow work is widespread, it has been considered basic and mandatory work, not recognized as shadow work itself, assuming that it is continuously used for a long time. We found that, in the case of the newly expanded video consulting systems, most of the users complain of burden and inconvenience and tend to choose face-to-face despite the time and cost savings associated with the former. These study results practically suggest that, in order to implement such digital systems successfully, a well-prepared system, an elaborate way of reducing the burden and inconvenience, and an adaptation period are considered critical as they can minimize the shadow work of users.

항공전자부품은 항공기의 핵심기능 분야를 구성하는 부품으로서 개발 및 제작 단계에서 안전성 및 신뢰성 평가를 수행하여야 하며 개발한 항공전자부품을 항공기에 창착하기 위해서는 감항기준에 의거한 적합성을 검증 받아야 한다. 미국 연방항공청에서 고시하고 있는 기술표준품(TAO) 중 항공전자부품은 약 65%를 차지하고 있으며 TSO로 지정되지 않은 PMA 부품 등을 고려하며 부품의 종류 및 량은 상당수에 이르고 있다. 최근의 항공전자부품은 디지털화의 가속화로 비행안전기능이 보강되고 조종사의 업무강도를 줄이는 방향으로 발전되어 가고 있다. 그리고 이러한 분야에는 소프트웨어가 채용되어 소프트웨어의 인증이라는 인증절차가 개발되고 있다. 이 글은 국산 항공전자부품의 개발에 앞서 항공전자부품의 인증 내역을 제시함으로서 국내 독자적인 인증 수행은 물론 설계 참여자들이 인증에 대한 인식이 될 수 있도록 하였고 내용적으로는 미연방항공청(FAA)과 유럽공동감항기구(JAA)의 절차를 중심으로 작성하였다.
