  • 갈치는 한국 동해남부, 남해, 서해 및 동중국해를 비롯하여 남중국해의 아열대해역까지의 광범위한 해역에 분포하고 있다. 이 중 한국 연근해 어선에 의해 주로 이용되는 갈치자원은 황해 및 동중국해에 분포하는 군이다. 갈치는 한국 연근해에서 1990년대 중반까지는 안강망류어업에 의해 70∼80%가 어획되었으나, 최근에는 저인망류어업 및 연승어업에 의해 각 50%, 20%가 어획되고 있다. (중략)

A Simple Guidance Method for the KM , KG , KB , and GM of Small Fishing Vessels (소형 어선의 복원성 요소 KM , KG, KB, GM의 간이유도법)

  • This paper describes to analyze regression relation between the ratio mean draft to freeboard and KM/dm, KB/dm and GM/B, respectively with the 43 Korean fishing vessels (7 Danish seiners; 1l Stowers; 14 Poler and liners; 6 Trawlers; 5 Purse seiners) and the 1 Cargo boat in order to obtain the stability factors of the Korean fishing vessels conveniently. The obtained results are as follows; 1. The stability factors by fishing vessels have a tendency to the larger f/dm, the larger KM/dm and KG/dm, and KB/dm and GM/B are constant. 2. It is found out that M and G differ from the kinds of the fishing vessels because KM/dm is the largest in poler and liners and KG/dm in Danish seiner, respectively. 3. It is confirmed that the stability factors of the fishing vessels which the inclining experiment carry out the wholly in the light and the full loaded condition are the same as the inclining experiment uniformly.

물때별 해상교통량 분석

  • 특정 물때, 특정 시간대에 다수 어선의 입 출항은 해상교통관제사 및 항해사에게 많은 위험부담이 된다. 본 연구는 목포항의 물때별-시간대별에 따른 교통패턴을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 업종별 안강망, 자망 어업에 따라 교통량의 차이를 보였다. 또한, 물때별로 최대 30%까지 교통량의 차이를 보였으며, 목포구 만곡부에서는 항로 역행의 통항패턴을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 해역이용자에게 입 출항시 항행참고 지침 및 교육 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Submarine cable system has been affected by humankind activities like trawl and stow net which has been threatening submarine cable in Korea. This research presents the protection ways of submarine cable through the analyses of cable faults on EAC system for 8 years.

  • International Maritime Organizatin(IMO) has been chosen some of agreements for regulating the international stability criteria of fishing vessels and recommended that each goverment adopts theirs into the domestic law. As a result, 77/93 Fishing Safety Agreement was ratified. Among the above agreement, contents of stability was not only applied to domestic law, but also strenghten considerably compared with existing stability criteria. And even if the calculation guide of stability with recommendations was regualted, Analysis of stability on domestic fishing vessels never have been used according to such a caculation method. Moreover, the caculation of stability criteria caused by strong wind, rolling effect and deck inflow was not considered in the existing basic design program. Therefore, the development of stability criteria program available for such a caculation has been of vital impotance. This research has developed a stability criteria program under 77/93 Fishing Safety Agreement. Also through development of stability criteria program, the stability performance of fishing vessel with 69ton stow-nesting was evaluated.
