The development of digital technology is causing great changes in dentistry. This digital workflow combines various 3D data in the prosthetic treatment area for diagnosis and prosthetic manufacturing. The planned diagnosis and the fabrication of prosthesis in a virtual patient formed by synthesizing digital data can simulate the results of prosthetic treatment more intuitively than conventional methods, thereby increasing the predictability of aesthetic prosthetic treatment. In this case report, functionally and aesthetically satisfied clinical results were obtained by fabricating a fixed partial dentures through a digital workflow on congenital missing teeth in the maxillary anterior region.

Successful treatment in the anterior esthetic prosthetic can be a balance between aesthetics in the facial, tooth, and periodontal tissue in the oral. In the case of facial symmetry of patients with normal occlusal plane, If you establish criteria of finding balance of aesthetics such as a several books and articles and manufacture a prostheses by the established-criteria, you can manufacture a harmonious and aesthetic prostheses without any trouble. However, in the case of patients with facial asymmetry, if you manufacture a tooth as patient's facial aesthetic symmetry by force even facial asymmetry case, you can't get a result not only aesthetic but also functional prostheses. Also, to produce the prosthetic of harmonious and aesthetic with periodontal tissue, and excellent self-cleansing function, you must apply to the form of the prosthetic changed dental environment.

When maxillary anterior tooth is extracted due to alveolar bone loss, the augmentation of alveolar ridge is very important for esthetic implant restoration. Because alveolar bone loss increases after extraction, the ridge preservation performed right after tooth extraction is meaningful for esthetic implant restoration. However, no achievement of primary closure during ridge preservation can negatively affect bone regeneration. To overcome this problem, we can use granulation tissue in the extraction socket for primary closure. This case report confirmed that primary closure using granulation tissue resulted in not only ridge preservation but also ridge augmentation by providing an environment more advantageous of bone regeneration than the open wound.

Temporary restoration is one of the important processes in prosthodontic treatment, but some clinicians do not care about it. Most temporary restorations are literally used for a while, so most dentists like fast and cheap things. With the advent of dental CAD/CAM that can be made faster and easier with the changing age, the production of temporary restoration is also being digitized. It is good to be comfortable, but there are advantages and disadvantages. In this article, we are going to look at the 'analogue aesthetic anterior teeth temporary method' which seems to be the last generation.

The prosthodontic treatments in maxillary anterior teeth focus on achieving esthetic appearances. It is possible to improve the esthetic appearance by adjusting the shape, arrangement, and color of the maxillary anterior teeth. For anterior teeth restoration, it is necessary to evaluate the relationship of teeth, lip and gingival architecture with the facial profile of patient. Also, clinician needs to fully understand what the patient wants to. DSD (digital smile design) concept can be applied as a tool to improve communication with the clinician, technician and patient. In addition, DSD can help to meet the needs of the patient. In this case, it was impossible to achieve symmetry due to congenital missing of maxillary central incisor. The definitive treatment goal was to get the harmony of maxillary anterior teeth, lip and the patient's face. This case report describes that the patient and clinician got the satisfying esthetic outcome by using DSD.

Generally, the esthetics is thought to mean health. On the assumption that dental esthetics must also be in harmony with general health, dental restorations have to be made in order for patients to appear to be healthy and vivacious in their mouth and result in good appearances. Therefore, I wish that patients live their life without a sense of disharmony in esthetic and biological aspect. This article is to explain some cases that manifest improvement of quality in dental treatment by means of team approach.
