Public libraries and the Library & Information Sciences departments at Korean universities are increasingly interested in the application of a variety of bibliotherapy methods. Bibliotherapy serves as a therapy to understand a client and participants basic material sources and the effects of that particular treatment (necessary for program verification of psychological tools utilized). Its design is based both on literature selection and employed activities tools. Currently, bibliotherapy has been used mainly as a method to understand and diagnose a client and participants using simple and uniform questions. The development of appropriate and, possibly, additional assessment tools and report forms required for bibliotherapy evaluations in this study will be applied to actual case scenarios to determine the validity of this program and/or tools.

본 연구에서는 경관의 정량적 객관적 분석을 위해 시점에서 360도의 경관을 얻을 수 있는 천공사진의 활용을 제안하였다. 각 유형별 천공사진을 이용한 경관 동화상을 이용하여 심리평가를 실시하여 경관구성요소의 면적률과 심리평가와의 관계를 분석하였다. 각 유형의 종합만족도에서는, 녹지요소의 면적이 가장 많은 유형에서 평가자의 약 67%가 $\ulcorner$조금 만족$\lrcorner$ 또는 $\ulcorner$만족$\lrcorner$으로 평가하였으며, 건물면적이 많고 녹지면적이 가장 작은 유형에서 $\ulcorner$조금 불만$\lrcorner$ 또는 $\ulcorner$불만$\lrcorner$의 비율이 타 유형에 비해 매우 높은 73%로 나타나 녹지면적비율에 의해 경관의 평가가 좌우되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 종합만족도는 녹지만족도와, 녹지만족도는 녹지량과 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다.

본 논문은 조명이 주요 자극요인이 되는 환경의 심리적 평가에 있어 시간 경과에 따라 어떤 변화가 나타나는지 고찰 한 것이다. 그 결과, 각 인지의 특성을 밝혔고 시간 경과에 따라 인자구조에 변화가 있는 것을 알았다. 또한 수평면 조도가 낮을수록 평가의 변화가 많았다. 본 논문의 결과로부터 심리적으로 시자극에 익숙하여져 안정된 평가를 하기 위해서는 10∼20분의 시간이 필요하다는 것을 제시한다.

This study examined the possible mediating effects of emotion-focused coping and perceived efficacy on the relation between evaluative concern perfectionism and psychological distress. A convenience sample of 241 university students (129 men and 112 women) was employed. Analyses of the structural model for the full sample yielded evidence of good fit. The results support the indirect pathways of evaluative concern perfectionism to psychological distress through emotion-focused coping and perceived efficacy. About 40% of variance in psychological distress was accounted for by evaluative concern perfectionism, emotion-focused coping and perceived efficacy. In addition, the fully mediated model produced good fit to the data across gender. However, there were no differences in structural paths as a function of gender. Implications for counseling practice and future research are discussed.

스피커나 앰프 등의 음향기기의 음질을 평가한다는 것은 전기(electric)적인 신호와 음향(acoustic)신호의 종합적인 측정, 분석으로 이루어진다. 또, 이러한 대상에 대한 객관적인 평가 외에 청취자의 심리상태와 관련하여 음질을 분석하는 주관적 음질 평가 역시, 계측기에 의한 측정의 한계와 귀의 탁월한 센싱능력에 힘입어 보편적인 음질 측정법으로 인정받아왔다. 그러나, 주관적 음질 평가법의 경우 개인적 취향이나 음에 대한 숙련정도에 따라 평가가 다를 뿐 아니라 개인의 심리상태에 따라서도 평가가 달라지는 등 그 재현성이나 객관성이 논란이 되어 왔고 이에 대한 연구도 계속되고 있다. 본 연구는 대상으로서의 음향기기(여기서는 스피커)와 청취자의 심리를 포괄하는 시험법인 주관적 음질 평가법에 재현성이나 객관성을 부여하기 위하여 청감에 영향을 미치는 음색인자를 스피커의 특성과 인간의 청각에 근거하여 8가지로 분류하고 이를 평가할 수 있는 Test용 Reference CD를 제작하였다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of negative feedback-seeking behavior in the relationship between the effect of coaching leadership on performance appraisal effectiveness and coaching leadership's performance appraisal effectiveness, and the moderating effect of psychological safety in the effect of coaching leadership on negative feedback-seeking behavior. is to reveal For this purpose, data from 300 office workers in various domestic companies were collected through an online survey, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Macro. The results of this study are as follows. First, the mediating effect of negative feedback seeking behavior was confirmed in the relationship between coaching leadership and performance appraisal effectiveness. Second, it was verified that psychological safety had a moderating effect in the relationship between coaching leadership and negative feedback-seeking behavior. Third, the moderated mediating effect was found to be insignificant. Finally, in this study, the academic significance, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study was conducted to explore important factors to consider when designing voice-based psychological counseling agents amid the increasing use of conversational agents in counseling and psychotherapy. 48 participants selected their preferred agent's voice among four types (young women and men, middle-aged women and men) and had a conversation with a psychological counseling agent. They also evaluated the reasons for voice selection, mood changes, perception of the agent's characteristics, and counseling outcomes. As a results, the agent's voice type selected according to the user's gender was not statistically significant. However, the qualitative analysis showed 'comfort' of the voice was an important factor. Next, the user's mood improved significantly after the conversation with the agent, which confirmed the intervention effect. Finally, it was found that expertness and attractiveness perceptions toward the agent contributed to the counseling outcomes. The implications of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study was conducted to establish and verify a theoretical model that explains the factors and pathways influencing the psychological well-being of nurses. The subjects of this study were nurses working in four general hospitals with over 200 beds in B city and G province. The results of verifying the path coefficient of the nurses' job rotation stress showed that job rotation stress had a significant effect on challenge stress, hindrance stress, and nurses' psychological well-being, while hindrance stress had a negative effect on nurses' psychological well-being. Nurses' job rotation stress had direct effects on challenge stress, hindrance stress, and psychological well-being. Hindrance stress had a direct effect on psychological well-being. In addition, nurses' job rotation stress had an indirect effect on psychological well-being through hindrance stress. Nurses who experienced job rotation showed challenge and hindrance stress. Since hindrance stress interferes with the psychological well-being of nurses, it is necessary to manage stress and make efforts in the nursing organization. Therefore, nursing organizations should establish a positive organizational environment and develop systematic strategies so that job rotation can be a challenging stress factor for nurses.

The sharp and highly fluctuating characteristics of the building services noises cause much psychological discomfort to dwellers. To evaluate the noises effectively. it is necessary to develope an evaluation procedure which can well reflect the psychological influences of the noises. In this study, to develope the effective evaluation procedure for the building services noise. Korean vocabularies which can express the feelings for them was investigated. And then, through a series of psycho-acoustical experiments for various housing equipment noises. we analyzed psychological factors that influence to subjective feelings of persons.

For the environmental noises has various frequency spectrums and fluctuation characteristics. the dimensions of psychological influencing on persons IS also complex. Analyzing this complex-dimensional psychological factors and characteristics of them then developing the evaluation indexes which have a good correspondence are important for improvement of noise environment. To develop the effective evaluation procedures which reflect the psychological respects of persons, this study firstly we drove the psychological factors and classified the noises into several groups by their psychological response characteristics through the psycho-acoustical experiments using environmental noises. In addition, we analyzed the relationship between the various evaluation indexes, psychological factors and the noise groups, and then suggested several indexes for the simple and efficient psycho-acoustic evaluation.
