Perceptions of organizational politics(POPs) have stress-based effect as job demand and lead to employee's negative attitudes and behaviors. According to job demand resource model, burnout develops when high job demand deplete employee's resources, which lead employees to low levels of motivation and high levels of cynicism and frustration. Currently, in studying the relationship between POPs and burnout there is a lack of researches on certain settings and conditions. The present study examined a model in which relationship between POPs and burnout was mediated by psychological need satisfaction. And also, this study tested moderating role of psychological capital between POPs and need satisfaction. A total of 220 employees in telco and electronic manufacturing company in South Korea participated in this study. The result of this study showed that need satisfaction works as mediating variable between POPs and burnout and psychological capital had moderating effect between POPs and need satisfaction. This study proposes a new framework of POPs by examining linking mechanism of need satisfaction and psychological capital. The results of this study provide practical insight to HR practitioners and business leaders.

This study was aimed to verify the influencing factors on wellness by examining the relationships between self-efficacy for exercise, psychological need satisfaction in exercise, and wellness. The subjects of this study were self - report questionnaires collected from 88 male and female adults aged between 19 and 60 years during April 6 ~ June 8, 2017. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 22.0 program using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting on the wellness of adults were a relatedness of psychological need satisfaction in exercise(${\beta}=.316$, p=.012) and self-efficacy for exercise(${\beta}=.279$, p=.008). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to implement and develop a tailored wellness program that improves the psychological need satisfaction in exercise and exercise self-efficacy for adults.

This study aimed to asses the relationship between shoppers' security need sufficiency and customer satisfaction on the quality of security services in Shopping Mall. This study gathered data from 485 citizen in five shopping centres at KyungKi areas. Collected data was analysed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN 16.0. The results of the study yielded the following four perspectives. First, secure equipment and the service quality of security officers in the shopping malls have a decisive effect on customers psychological stability and crime prevention. Second, they are a strong influence upon customer satisfaction and operational security. Especially, the professionalism of the staff has a marked effect. Third, the service quality of security officers and secure equipment in the malls have an effect on operational security services and efficiency of secure services. Finally, this dissertation showed that the quality of secure equipment services and officers' mild In summary, the conclusion of this study is that secure equipment service, officers' mild manner and professionalism of the security officers affect the customer satisfaction measurement directly. They also affect customer satisfaction through psychological stability and the prevention of crime indirectly. In other words, the good quality of security in the shopping centres affects the using of facilities definitely.

This study was conducted to classify college students using games based on the stress, satisfaction and balance of basic psychological needs and to identify how gaming behaviors differ according to the divided clusters. This study used data of 447 college students who used games with the support of JangHoon Scholarship Foundation. As a result, the college students using games were divided into four groups with different characteristics according to stress, satisfaction and balance of basic psychological needs. Also, the level of gaming behavior was different according to the degree of satisfaction of basic psychological needs. The lower the stress and the higher the balance when the level of satisfaction was similar, the lower the level of gaming behaviors was. This study confirmed the importance of satisfactory balance of basic psychological needs as well as satisfaction, and supported the biopsychological perspective by suggesting that there are significant differences in gaming behavior according to clusters.

We used structural equation modeling to analyze data from 298 high school students in South Korea to investigate the relationship between student-perceived teachers' calling and students' academic burnout and the mediating effects of student-perceived need-supportive teaching and students' basic psychological need satisfaction. The results showed that student-perceived teachers' calling was not directly related to students' academic burnout and that student-perceived need-supportive teaching mediated the indirect negative relationship between student-perceived teachers' calling and students' academic burnout. Furthermore, student-perceived need-supportive teaching and students' basic psychological need satisfaction sequentially mediated the indirect negative relationship between student-perceived teachers' calling and students' academic burnout. Implications and suggestions for future research are discussed based on these results.

This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20$^{th}$, 2008 to July 15$^{th}$, 2008, segmented. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

This study aimed to assess the influence of nicotine dependence with satisfaction of basic psychological needs, social support, attitude on smoking among middle school students. From Sep, 2015 to Nov, 2015, participants included 150 middle school students from D city and K province in Korea. Data for basic psychological needs, social support, attitude on smoking and nicotine dependence were collected through a self-reported questionnaire and were analyzed with independent t-test and analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows negative correlations between nicotine dependence and satisfaction of basic psychological needs(r=-.221, P=.008), competency(r=-.194, P=.021), relatedness(r=-.219, P=.009). The variables predicting nicotine dependence were satisfaction of basic psychological needs(${\beta}=.221$, p=.008). These variables accounted for 42% of the variance of nicotine dependence in smoking middle school students. Our results indicated that it is necessary to increase basic psychological needs to decrease nicotine dependence. Therefore we should develop programs in order to increase satisfaction of basic psychological needs.

Based on the Self-Determination Theory and previous studies, this study confirmed that basic psychological needs among Self-Determination Theory have an indirect influence on the postpartum depression through mediation of spousal support and marital satisfaction. A sample of 313 mothers who raises her child within a year of giving birth completed a questionnaire survey, and a structural equation model was utilized to analyze the data. Results indicated that both the measurement model, and the hypothesized structural model fit to the data. Meanwhile, when compared with the hypothesized model in which the path between all variables is established, the competitive model excluding the path from spousal support to postpartum depression has no difference in fitness, and was relatively simple and adopted as the final model. In the final model, the link between basic psychological needs and postpartum depression was partially mediated by spousal support and marital satisfaction. In addition, marital satisfaction was found to mediate completely the relationship between spousal support and postpartum depression. Based on the results, it would be helpful to identify the status of basic psychological needs, spouse support, and marriage satisfaction in counseling related to postpartum depression.

As the risk of privacy invasion due to self-disclosure increases in SNS environment, many studies have tried to discover the influencing factors of self-disclosure. This study is an extension of this research stream and pays attention to the role of interaction privacy controls(friend list and privacy settings) as a new influencing factor. Specifically, the study theorizes and test the logic that the ability to effectively control interactions between individuals using IPC(called IPC usefulness) satisfies the three psychological needs(autonomy, relationship, and competency needs) suggested by the Self-Determination Theory, and in turn increase the amount of self-disclosure. As a result of data analysis, it was found that IPC usefulness has a very strong influence on the satisfaction of psychological needs and is a major factor in increasing the degree of self-disclosure by users. Based on these findings, the study discusses the theoretical and practical implications as well as future research directions.
