The Structural Relationship between Calling and Value of Work, Psychological Ownership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (소명의식과 일가치감, 심리적 주인의식 및 조직시민행동의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between calling, value of work, psychological ownership, and organizational citizenship behavior for 586 teachers. As a result of the study, calling did not have a significant effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. And value of work had a significant positive effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownership had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. So psychological ownership had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between value of work and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, organizational citizenship behavior is reinforced when a value of work value and psychological ownership increase.

A Study of Effect of Disability Prevention Program Acquired by People with Disabilities are Performed : centered on Elementary School Students (휠체어 장애인과 함께하는 장애예방교육의 융·복합 효과에 관한 연구 : 초등학생을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect the disability prevention program by spinal cord injury lecturer for elementary school students. 1,167 students participated and data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank test by SPSS 22.0 program and qualitative analysis. The disability prevention program was a 40minutes, program composed of cause of disability, watching cases of accidents, story of disabled lecturer. The result showed that there were significant improvements in self-efficacy(Z=-26.109, p<.01) and awareness for the disabled. This study suggests that the disability prevention program by disabled lecturer had a positive effect on elementary school students. So the program should be expanded for children.

Analysis on Psychological and Educational Effects in Children and Home Robot Interaction (아동과 홈 로봇의 심리적.교육적 상호작용 분석)

  • To facilitate interaction between home robot and humans, it's urgently needed to make in-depth research in Human-Robot Interaction(HRI). The purpose of this study was to examine how children interacted with a newly developed home robot named 'iRobi' in a bid to identify how the home robot affected their psychology and the effectiveness of learning through the home robot. Concerning the psychological effects of the home robot, the children became familiar with the robot, and found it possible to interact with it, and their initial anxiety was removed. As to its learning effect, the group that studied by using the home robot outperformed the others utilizing the other types of learning media (books, WBI)in attention, learning interest and academic achievement. Accordingly, home robot could serve as one of successful vehicles to expedite the psychological and educational interaction of children.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop for PLEIS(Psychological Learning Environment Instrument generated by science teachers). The procedure of validations' PLEIS is also examined. Samples of 1.274 for this study were selected from the secondary school students. It was conducted as a procedure development of the instrument with teachers' perception survey, students' perception response survey. second pilot for the measurement instrument. Findings indicate as the follows. (1) PLEIS was formed 3rd construct dimension, 9th subcategory. (2) the instrument consisting of 45-items' scale were used for psychological learning environment. (3) all item-type were applied 5-Likert Scale. (4) internal consistency of Cronbach ${\alpha}$ was 0.93.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the effect of the Culture and Education Activities on the psychological well-being Convergence Formation of the Elderly. This study is based on the quantitative research of 255 older adults who have participated on the Culture and Education Activities programs run by welfare center and culture center for the elderly at Seoul area. The results are as follows. First, social Goal-Oriented and Activities-Oriented have effect on Life- Satisfaction. Second, Activities-Oriented and Learning-Oriented has effect on Self-Efficacy. Third, Activities-Oriented and Learning-Oriented has effect on Participation-Attitude. Fourth, but relations of the Learning-Oriented and Life-Satisfaction, Goal-Oriented and Self-Efficacy, Goal-Oriented and Participation-Attitude were independent of each other. This study can be use to propose policies related to the elderly welfare promotion.

Forest Fire in the safety of local residents aware analysis (산불피해지역 주민들의 안전성에 대한 인식분석)

  • 본 연구는 산불피해 후 주민들의 시설물 안전성에 대한 인식을 분석하기 위하여 2013년 3월 9일부터 10일 이틀 동안 280ha의 산림 피해면적과 57동의 시설물 피해를 입은 울주산불지역과, 79ha의 산림피해와 111동의 시설물 피해를 입은 포항산불지역의 주민들을 대상으로 산불피해 후 시설물에 대한 안전성과 당시 격었던 심리상태를 알아보고자 울주 주민 60명, 포항 주민 60명 총 120명에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사항목은 일반현황, 산림 내 주요시설 및 주변 안전성 인식, 교육훈련에 대한 인식, 심리상태에 대해 4개의 항목으로 조사한바, 일반형황으로는 120명중 28명(23.3%)을 제외한 92(76.7%)명이 산불을 1~2회 이상 목격했으며, 24명(20%)이 산불 진화에 참여하였고, 41~60세가 66명(55%)으로 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 현재 거주하고 있는 건물은 콘크리트 가옥이 84명(70%)으로 가장 많았고, 현재 거주하고 있는 곳의 안전성에 대해서는 68명(56.7%)이 '안전하지 않다'고 인식하였다. 또한, 가옥주변 가연물질 관리 상태는 57명(47.5%)이 관리가 '잘 되어 있지 않다'고 인식하였다. 또한, 산불발생 대응 피난 및 교육훈련의 필요성에 대한 5점 척도 분석결과 4.2점으로 교육훈련이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 필요한 교육훈련 과목으로는 산불피난대응훈련이 44명(36.7%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 또한, 산불경험 후 심리적 불안에 대한 5점 척도 분석결과 4.0점으로 불안을 느끼고 있었고, 산불발생 후 느끼는 고통으로는 불면증, 불안감, 상실감, 혼란감, 신경과다 중 불안감이 89명(65.0%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 나타냈다.

Trends in Health-Related Intervention Research Applied to Children and Adolescents in Multicultural Families (다문화가족 아동과 청소년에게 적용된 건강 관련 중재연구의 동향 : 간호교육에의 시사점)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and effects of health-related intervention for children and adolescents in multicultural families and to provide a evidence of nursing educational intervention. The Scoping strategy was applied, the 12 published literature were analyzed according to the selection criterion and exclusion criterion among 604 published literature retrieved through 8 electronic databases. The results of this present study showed that most research was conducted on elementary school students, and types of intervention programs were art therapy, music activities, psychotherapy, and physical activities. This study suggests the need for intervention to prevent and promote health problems among children and adolescents in multicultural families, and the necessity of preparing intervention strategies including physical, psychological, and developmental areas.

Structural Model Analysis of Individual and Environmental Factors of Korean Language Ability of Multicultural Children

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and verify the effects of multicultural children's psychosocial adaptation, bicultural experience, parental support and parenting attitudes, and school activities on the development of Korean language ability using data from the second stage of the MAPS(Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study) using a structural equation model. The subjects of this study were 396 children from foreign families and mid-immigrant families, multicultural children who were enrolled in the fourth grade of elementary school in 2019. As a result of the study, it was found that psychosocial adaptation, bicultural experience, and school activities directly or indirectly significantly affect the ability of multicultural children to speak and understand Korean. In particular, it was found that school activities have a direct effect on the improvement of the Korean language ability of multicultural children, so it was understood that the support of friends and teachers should be treated as very important parts of educational activities in the educational field. These results mean that the most ideal educational environment that affects the development of Korean language skills must be necessarily reflected in the Korean language education policy for multicultural children.

Offline University and Cyber University Analysis of the Current State of the Curriculum Related to the Department of Counseling (오프라인대학교와 사이버대학교의 상담학과 관련 커리큘럼 현황 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the curricula of counseling-related departments in 35 offline colleges and 20 cyber colleges to analyze improvement points and development directions. Curriculum was analyzed with educational goals, open subjects, practice, and operation process. As a result of the study, the terms 'professional counselor, psychologist, and professional counselor' were used the most frequently in the educational goals of the department using the term 'counseling'. In the subjects, the most frequently opened courses were in the first year in counseling basics, in the second year in counseling theory and technique, in the third in psychological evaluation, in the second in statistics and research, and in the fourth in counseling practice. Counseling theory and practice, counseling process and interview technique are operated in the lower grades, and counseling practice, supervision, counseling practice and case study, and domestic and foreign internships were mostly operated in the fourth grade. Based on the above, we will discuss the improvement points and development direction of the curriculum of departments that use the term 'consultation' in offline and online universities.

The experience of stress, coping, and social support of students and parents after the economic crisis: The indigenous psychology approach (IMF시대 이후 초, 중, 고, 대학생과 부모의 스트레스 경험과 대처양식 및 사회적 지원: 토착심리학적 접근)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the experience of stress, coping and social support among students and their parents after Korea recovered from the recent economic crisis. A total of 634 students(primary school=135, junior high school=118, senior high school=168, and university=213) and 842 parents (fathers=421, mothers= 421), for a total of 1,476 participants, completed an open-ended questionnaire developed by the present researchers. For students, the most painful experience was related to problems in academic life, followed by problems in relationship. For father, the most painful experience was financial problems and for mothers, it was conflicts in the family. In stress situations, self-regulation was the most frequently adopted coping style by both students and adults. The second most frequently reported coping style was avoidance. In terms of social support, students reported receiving most support from friends, and the importance of friends became greater for the older students. Parents reported receiving most social support from their spouse. As for the type of social support, around half of students and parents reported receiving emotional support. Emotional support was viewed as being very important in reducing the stress experience related to academic life, problems in relationships, family conflict, and financial difficulties. The results of the present study will be compared to similar studies conducted before and during the economic crisis and the implications of these studies, as well as the importance of the indigenous Korean psychology, will be discussed.
