  • The Cost of Engineering is composed of the $3{\~}5{\%}$ of total cost of construction. It is important the role of engineering in the first stage of the business. But, it was not more the technical level of domestic design stage than advanced state. Expecially, it was because of the cognition lack and unreliable results about technical development. The result of that, it was lacking to the draw results of foreign countries. And it was to waste national budget through overlapped adopting of similar technologies from abroad that few projects are performed as their original plan. Therefore, the research is proposed to the intensification plan of technical competitive strength in domestic construction engineering company to cope with the change of economic environment.

  • 본 연구에서는 위성영상 활용 지능형 재난관측·감시 기술 개발을 목적으로 위성영상과 멀티소스(CCTV, 항공영상, 공공DB 등)와의 연계·융합을 통해 재난상황관리의 정확도 향상과 위성영상 활용성 제고 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 위성영상 수집·배포시스템으로부터 전달되는 위성영상과 멀티소스의 연계 융합을 통한 재난상황정보의 표출을 목적으로 상황판연계 표출시스템 가동 절차와 위성영상 수집을 통한 위험탐지 알고리즘과의 연계를 위해 재난상황업무 기반 시스템 가동절차를 수립하고, 위기관리표준 매뉴얼 상 상황업무절차를 적용해 예비설계를 진행하였다. 상황실 실무자 설문을 통해 작성된 시스템 요구사항과 규격서를 기반으로 상황업무절차를 적용해 먼저업무시스템 설계를 진행하였다. 평시에는 GIS통합상황판에서 관리됨을 전제로 위성영상 수집에 대한국가적 예산 투입 측면을 고려해 중대본 설치가 필요한 대형재난 발생상황을 가정하여 상황판연계·표출시스템의 가동되도록 설계하였다. 또한, 위성영상 분석을 통한 피해위험도와 재난이력통계 등 멀티소스와 중첩한 결과를 실시간으로 표출함에 따라 상황실근무자는 재난확산 여부를 판단하고, NDMS를 통해 재난상황을 전파할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 상황판연계 표출시스템의 원활한 데이터 입/출력을 위해 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스 정의, 유스케이스 ID(요구기능)와 1:1 또는 1:n매칭을 수행하여 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스를 정의하였다. 정의된 클래스는 유스케이스인 요구기능과 매칭을 수행하였고, 시스템 가동절차 중 피해위험도분석, 재난이력통계, 중첩결과표출, NDMS 상황전파에 대한 상황업무절차를 기반으로 산불·홍수·산사태·대설·태풍 총 5종의재난별 시퀀스를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 화면정의서와 UI/UX설계서를 기반으로 Figma를 통해 시스템구동화면을 사전에 모의하였다. 향후, 진행되는 연구에서는 위성영상과 멀티소스를 연계한 화면을 실체화하여 더욱 정확한 재난상황관리가 가능하도록 NDMS 연계 상황판 표출 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

A Research on the Development of a GIS-based Real-time Urban Water Management System (GIS기반 실시간 도시용수 관리시스템 구현에 관한 연구)

  • The ultimate purpose of this research is to propose a method to improve water supply management efficiency. As an effort to solve this comprehensive problem, the purposes of this paper are summarized into the following two main subjects. One is the development of a series of demand forecasting models targeting for each theme of urban water such as residential, commercial, industrial water. The other is the suggestion on the development and utilization plan of a GIS-based information system where the developed models are incorporated. For these, a series of efforts were performed such as evaluating and choosing of the candidate field areas, selecting a proper sensor and an installation point for each theme. Installed are sensors, a wireless communication infrastructure, and a field data acquisition and management server. Developed are a protocol for the wireless communication and a real-time data monitoring system. Nextly, the urban water facility-related and other necessary data were handled to make those into a series of GIS-ready databases. Finally, a GIS-based management system was designed and a blueprint for the implementation is suggested.

Research on Design of DDS-based Conventional Railway Signal Data Specification for Real-time Railway Safety Monitoring and Control (실시간 철도 안전관제를 위한 DDS 기반의 일반철도 신호 데이터 규격 설계 연구)

  • The real-time railway safety monitoring and control system is for prevention of safety accidents, and this system adopts DDS (Data Distribution Service) standard based data transmission method to support integrated management of data from existing on-site safety detection devices. In this paper, we introduce the design of DDS-based data specification from on-site signal equipment on the conventional railway. For this, we (1) design UML data model of KRS SG 0062 standard which defines existing data specification, (2) define DDS Topics for DDS transmission and map KRS model to DDS Topic model, (3) suggest data transformation rules and (4) design network control QoS polices. In addition, we analysis actual on-site log data and validate our data specification design. DDS-based data transmission enables data compatibility among on-site devices and the real-time railway safety monitoring and control system, and allows efficient network management for a large amount of data transfer.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose an efficient management strategy for untact real-time early childhood physical education(ECPE). The studay method was used in-depth interview, non-participant observation. The results of the study ar as follows. First, factors to be considered for untact real-time ECPE are 'location', 'communication', 'program', facilities' and 'equipment.' Second, for the effective untact real-time ECPE management, 'class design', 'class preparation', 'remote manager', and 'teaching ability.' are the sub-factors. The more of research on untact real-time ECPE are needed. Based on this study, it is hoped that an effective operation plan for untact real-time ECPE classes will be prepared.

  • The purpose of this study is to diminish the risk through identifying the risk factors occurring in the process of real estate development projects, and analyzing and coping with the risk factors, and enable stable advance in the development process by improving the roles and work distribution of the project investor. The results of this study are as follows : 1) identifying the risks of contractions from the step of selecting the sites must be made possible through supplemental human resources expertise in plan and construction of the operation 2) as an improvement scheme, heightening the penetration wall of development projects from the investors, proposing a registration law and a selection standard of construction companies to investors' cooperating companies enabling the growth of superior investors.

  • E-learning is cyber-education that gives open education to everyone by providing various contents through Internet and IT technologies, and it has been spreading rapidly. In this paper, we describes an effective prototype design scheme for establishing e-Learning center, centered on the case of A University, in order to overcome a lot of shortcomings related to cyber-education and to settle down efficient and systematic on-line realtime cyber education. For this purpose, we first analyzed the current status concerning e-Learning at A University. Learners and lecturers then participated in a survey so that we could find some problems on current e-Learning and prepare their solutions. We finally designed e-Learning center prototypes, and selected the prototype 2 as a best one and designed it in more details. The prototype made in this paper would be very useful to other institutes who want to establish a new e-Learning center.

  • Recently, the design-build delivery system is being generalized in domestic construction project. The design-build system is becoming an increasingly preferable alternative to design-bid-build delivering method. In design-build project, however, a large construction company and design firm make up consortium as a design-build contractor rather din single company performs design and construction work. In this case, usually the construction companies take a leading role but due to their lack of managerial t31ow-how in the design-build system, they could miss the merits of this approach. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate throughly the function and information flows all over the design-build project. This research suggests a process model and database in the whole phase of design-build project. This process model and database system will also support to improve the consistency of functional process and minimize incoherent activities of the design-build projects.

  • Currently, TK(Turn-key) projects have been implemented, the projects on TK basis still have shown several problems rather than its own merits as a bidding method. Increasing the number of claims being occurred during construction process of the projects is reality because of unclear notice of tender documents and conditions of the contract, design review system, and decision process of the qualified bidder. To establish desirable TK projects in domestic market, not only should resonable alternatives for carrying out design review system and selecting the bid winner be set up, but also proper standards for reforming irrational system of contract, bid, and notice of tender related to TK projects. This study is intended to reduce the number of claims and implement efficient projects of apartment construction on TK basis by identifying potential problems through analysis of claim examples of TK projects which have difficulties of revising contract agreement such as drawings and suggesting improvement methods for contract conditions and notice of tender docuements.

A Development of a Web Based Supporting System for Writing Construction Project Specification (Web기반 공사시방서 작성 시스템 개발 방안)

  • The Korean government established a domestic specification system, and regulated that owner should produced construction project specifications, instead of special provisions, in design phase, January 1998. But in Korea the ability of construction engineers for construction project specification are insufficient. So the government had built up a database of standard specifications and developed a supporting system for writing construction project specification(SPECMAKE) in 1999. However, it is a PC base stand-alone system, so it is not convenient to update the database. In order to overcome these limitations, the purpose of this paper builds up a database of construction criteria and develops a automatic writing system for construction project specification on web base. The database contains standard specifications, design and construction guidelines related with construction business. And this paper describes the frameworks, the components, and the functions of the specifications writing system for the construction projects.
