In the FMS design, the important points are the selection of parts and the determination of configuration. The common approach method which solve the selection of parts are the determination of configuration has improved that the two points are simultaneously. This study finds the best method which parts combination and configuration are satisfied at the same time. And the optimal replace time of equipment under limited budget on the view Point of engineering. economy.

It is very important to assure the software quality. The static and dynamic testing are to be performed on the program to find some error in it, and it's purposes are to assure the software quality with cost-effectiveness. For it we use the automated tool. In this paper, it suggest the design of the software tool for COBOL static testing.

In this modern environment, manufacturing companies must continually persevere in their efforts to solve the problems encountered in the effort to improve productivity and quality while simultaneously reducing production costs. In this paper, we have approached the problem of layout planning by using the Muther' Systematic Layout Planning model (1961). This model applied the "H" company layout problem. In conclusion the "H" company mislayout in plant. We have a compare this model to old method ("H" company present layout), we produced a good result in layout.

The chloroprene adhesive for ladies' shoe-making applied by the cementing method in KS G 3116 has been evaluated.. For the quality test of adhesive for pump whole cut vamp using chloroprene adhesive, general property and adhesion strength were measured and duration for environmental exposure was tested. Also, a list of experiments for field application was prepared. In case of adhesion-strength measurement,, the KS G 3116 method of peel strength at end of toe was found to be reasonable by measurement through a whole length, toe to heel seat on feather edge.

본 연구는 지식경영에 대한 개념과 지식경영 성공사례를 소개하고, 최신의 지식경영 이슈로 부각된 지식생태계와 사회연결망분석, 실행공동체 등의 신 개념을 국방조직에 어떻게 적용할 수 있을지에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. 국방조직은 보안문제 등 여러 면에서 특수성을 지니고 있기 때문에 민간 기업이나 일반조직의 지식경영 도입 및 추진방법과는 다를 수 있지만, 체계적인 지식축적 및 관리를 위한 지식관리시스템 도입, 실행공동체를 통한 구성원들의 지식공유 활성화, 군 외부조직과의 상호작용 및 지속적 학습을 위한 지식생태계 구축 등은 국방 혁신에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있다. 국방조직의 특성을 감안한 개방형 지식경영의 적용 가능성, 실무적 시사점, 향후 연구방향 등이 함께 제시된다.

기업의 경영환경은 급속히 변화하고 있으며 특히, 새로운 경영패러다임으로 가치중심의 경영사고는 급속히 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화에 대한 신경영기법의 활용에는 원가/관리회계정보가 기초적 역할을 수행하고 있는데, 과거 지향적인 정보보다는 실시간적이면서 동시에 미래지향적인 정보를 제공해야만 경영의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 실시간적 정보와 미래 지향적인 정보의 중요성을 인식하면서 조직을 가치창출 중심적인 방향으로 움직이게 하기 위해서는 조직내 구성원 및 조직의 성과평가가 중요한 문제로 대두될 수 있다. 그러나 과거와 같이 전통적인 성과측정치로 재무적 측정치를 사용하면 조직의 유효성을 증진시키는데 한계가 있을 뿐만 아니라 가치창조를 저해시킬 소지도 있다. 따라서 앞으로 조직을 가치 지향적이 되게 하기 위해서는 조직의 구성원 및 조직단위의 성과를 측정할 때, 재무적인 측정치와 비재무적인 측정치의 균형있는 사용을 강조하는 Balanced Scorecards개념을 도입하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

Continuous sampling plans CSP-1(i,f)'s with which AOQL is guaranteed, can be applied to the cases in need of effective sampling without stopping the process or dividing batches during production. But the plans that can guarantee the same AOQL value are too many. Therefore we have to select one plan among them. There may be a lot of ways to choose it. This paper connects with various sampling costs, the concept to try to detect the shift of process average under fractional inspection in CSP-1,to find a minimum cost sampling plan among several CSP-1 sampling plan alternatives (i, f)'s with the same AOQL value.
