Conceptual cost is estimated with insufficient information at an early stage of a building construction project, resulting in an inevitable gap between conceptual estimated cost and real constructed cost. For a project to be successful, this gap must be managed to be lower than a reliable level. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a structural process for managing the reliability of conceptual cost estimates at an early stage of a building construction project. In researching this study, conceptual cost estimate experts were interviewed,and a risk management process was studied. Reliability assessment and a review process for improving the quality of conceptual cost estimate and the planning strategy of reliability management based on previous similar projects were added to the present estimate process. The proposed reliability management process will improve the chances of a successful project, by helping to decrease the risk of conceptual estimated cost.

Sampling In this study, we examined the problems and their improvement plans associated with the reliability management sector in quality management engineer test conducted in Korea. First of all, there seems to be a problem in that the terminology is not unified and some techniques essential for reliability analysis are not included. We also looked at quality and reliability tests performed in foreign countries (especially USA) that Koreans often acquire. In particular, it can be seen that the CRE test almost overlaps with the contents of the reliability management engineer test in Korea. However, while the USA is an open book test, Korea is not, so the problem is that there are too many formulas to memorize on the part of the test takers. In addition, the analysis of the data is done manually without using computer software. If the test were an open book test like the CRE test in USA, it will be a test that can go beyond fragmentary knowledge and check whether test takers have the essential elements in reliability management. Lastly, if we adopt re-certification system through education and work within a certain period of time, as in USA, it will be a qualification test suitable for modern people living in a flood of information.

우리나라는 60년대 초부터 80년대 후반까지 중화학공업의 육성에 급급한 나머지 각종 산업분야에서 사용 및 생산된 유해화학물질의 환경과 인간에 미치는 영향은 거의 무시되어왔기 때문에 80년대 후반부터 각종 유해화학물질로 인한 직업병이 노출되어 사회문제화 되었다. 따라서 시급하게 이들 유해화학물질을 관리해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 이를 위한 제도적 장치가 마련되었다. 바로 이것이 작업환경측정 및 임상검사에 대한 정도관리제도이다. 작업환경측정을 위한 정도관리는 작업환경측정에 관한 정도관리규정(노동부 고시 제 92-18호, 1992, 4, 16) 에 의거 한국산업안전공단에서 현재 매년 2회에 걸쳐 실시하고 있으며, 근로자의 임상시료에 대한 정도관리는 1977년 대한임상검사 정도관리학회에서 실시한 이래 현재까지 자율적으로 계속 실시되고 있고, 제도적으로는 근로자 건강진단 실시기준(노동부 고시 제 92-9호, 1992. 4. 2)에 의거 대한산업보건협회가 현재까지 70여개 대상기관에 대한 매년 2회를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 작업환경측정이나 임상시료에 대한 결과치의 신뢰도 증대가 요구되는 현시점에서 신뢰도 증진의 중요한 요소중의 하나인 검사기기의 정도관리는 더더욱 그 중대함을 더해가고 있으나 우리의 실정이 이를 만족시키지 못하고 검사기기에 대한 정도관리를 할 수 있는 참고할 서적이나 방법이 부족하여 관련분야의 실무자들이 많은 애로점을 갖고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 여기에서는 검사에 사용되는 각종 기기에 대한 기초원리, 사용목적, 검사순서, 적용범위, 취급상의 주의, 사용하는 입장에서의 보수관리에 대해 서술함으로써 작업환경측정이나 임상정도관리 및 기타 관련분야에서 공통으로 사용하는 검사기기에 대한 정도관리를 함으로써 더욱더 신뢰도 높은 결과를 얻는데 기여할 수 있는 것으로 기대된다. 또한 여기에 소개한 기초원리나 응용분야에서 부족한 점은 화학, 물리학 및 임상병리학 등 전문서적을 참고하여 주기 바란다.

통합신뢰성(Denpendability)은 시스템이나 제품의 가용성 성능(availability performance)을 나타내는 종합적인 용어이고, 가용성 성능은 신뢰성, 보전성, 보전지원(maintenance support) 성능에 의해 영향을 받는다. 통합신뢰성관리는 IEC 60300-1［1］에 정의되어 있고, 통합신뢰성 프로그램 요소와 업무는 IEC 60300-2［2］에 규정되어 있다. 또한 IEC 60300-3-6［3］은 소프트웨어를 포함하는 시스템이나 제품의 통합신뢰성 프로그램에 관하여 설명하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 많은 소프트웨어 표준의 기본을 이루는 소프트웨어 수명주기 공정에 관하여 소프트웨어 통합신뢰성을 달성하기 위한 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 고신뢰 사물지능 생태계 창출을 위한 TII S/W 프레임워크를 소개한다. TII 기술은 사람, 사물, 서비스에 대한 신뢰 정보를 용이하게 수집하고, 신뢰 모델링을 통해 물리적, 사이버, 소셜 영역의 사람/사물에 대한 신뢰 데이터 구조화와 복합 신뢰 분석을 수행하며, TSB(Trust Service Broker)의 중재를 통해 상세 개인/사물 정보 제공없이 신뢰 기반 서비스를 이용/제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 전체론적 신뢰 관리를 위해 TII 시스템에 신뢰 네트워크를 고려한 구조를 제시한다.

This study aims to examine the difference in self-disclosure, Facebook use intensity, privacy concern, and trust between Facebook users with high and low levels of the privacy protection skills and then to investigate the effects of the variables on continuous use intention of Facebook. Results revealed that Facebook users with high level of privacy protection skill than those with low level of the skill show lower level of privacy concern, but higher level of Facebook use intensity and trust. In addition, privacy protection skill presented the significant moderating effects on the relationships between self-disclosure, trust, and continuous use intention of Facebook.

오늘날 스마트 폰의 보급이 보편화 되면서 모바일 시장이 크게 성장하게 되었다. 또한 그만큼 많은 사용자들이 이용함에 따라 더 많은 양의 콘텐츠를 제공을 해야 하기 때문에 데이터는 점점 증가 할 수밖에 없는 상황이다. 하지만 잘못된 데이터 정보를 마케팅 같은 곳에 활용하여 피해를 보기 때문에 잘못된 데이터와 신뢰성 데이터를 구분을 하여 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 사용자에게 제공해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 빅데이터에서 추출하는 과정에서 데이터 품질관리를 실시하고 저장된 데이터도 품질관리를 함으로써 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 생성 및 관리 할 수 있도록 하는 빅데이터 환경에서 최적화된 데이터 품질관리 시스템을 설계한다.

The objective of the present study lied in providing empirical analysis over subjects of revenue officers targeted for suggesting effective managerial way for enhanced job productivity by using team commitment as a mediator in the correlation between trust and job productivity. As a result, it was identified that organizational trust, trust in superiors and trust to colleagues perceived by revenue officers have positive effects on team commitment, while the higher team commitment leads to higher job productivity, accordingly leading to better efficiency in carrying out tax-related administration and improving the level of satisfaction as for tax payers. It demonstrated that managers in tax-related organizations must create the foundation affordable for revenue officers to be widely exposed to participate in organization-related key decision-making processes in such a way that encourages and initiates them to have stronger loyalty and self-confidence based on common identity. Furthermore, much effort shall be continuously paid in designing personnel and organizational management policies in order for them to have faithfulness and adherence to their belonged organization.

Recently, the corrosion and aging of bridge structures are of great concern impractical The uncertainties of the corroded reinforced bars in concrete influence not only the safety of the bridge structures, but also the flexural strength of reinforced concrete members. This paper considers these uncertainties by providing a reliability-based framework and show that the identification of the optimum maintenance scenario is a straightforward process. This is achieved by using a computer pro망am for Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Deteriorating Structures (LCCADS). This program can consider the effects of various types of actions on the reliability index profile of a deteriorating structures.
