In the case of hydraulic pressure type fuse, we accept or reject certain product lots by considering the number of defective products in the operating pressure test. Generally, this procedure, known as 'The inspection by attributes', has been most commonly used in the field of quality assurance of products. However, the method of inspection by attributes suffers because it tests more samples than inspection by variables. Even though the quality of the products has remained stable in the process condition, the same number of samples is required for every lot, which wastes time and money. This paper suggests that the lot acceptance procedure is changed from inspection by attributes to inspection by variables. We can calculate the statistical tolerance percent of defectives and compare this to the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) in order to save money and time. It is also easier to monitor and control the quality of products by using the process capability index and x-bar charts. In conclusion, the procedure delivers mutual benefit to both the customer and the producer by securing high quality products and reference data.

강원도 평창군 도암면에 위치한 송천 유역은 1970년대 이후 고랭지 기후를 이용한 대규모 목축과 고랭지농업이 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 최근에는 목축업이 많이 위축되어 고랭지농업이 이 지역의 주된 산업으로 자리잡고 있다. 고랭지농업은 작물의 재배기간이 짧아 나지로 방치되는 기간이 길며 화강암풍화물인 마사의 복토하고 다량의 퇴비 및 화학비료 투입하기 때문에 토양유실 증가와 수질 악화를 가져온다(고령지 시험장, 2002; 허인량 등 2001). (중략)

Several algorithm applied to single axis feed system with linear motor has been extensively reviewed in order to check the possible applicability to two axis system Among several factors considered, overshoot of the response was the most important one in minimizing position tracking error. Balance between overshoot and settling time has be adjusted to guarantee to best tracking performance.

The purpose of this study is to predict the roundness of Numerical Control Machining so that helps the operator to choose the right machining conditions to produce a product within the given error limits. Learning of neural network is Backpropagation theory. From this study, the base was set to setup the database to produce precisely machined product by predicting the rate of error in the fabrication facility which does not have the environment to analyze it.

In this study, a vision system with image processing method have been introduced to find the edge radius of curvature. It was applied to inspect the edge quality of the deburring process product with brush grinding. Size of data was found to be critical in calculating the radius of curvature. Results using laser measurement system were compared.

Six compounds were isolated from EtOAc soluble fraction of the leaves of Rhododenderon schlipenbachii. On the basis of spectral data, they were identified as quercetin (1), juglanin (2), avicularin (3), quercitrin (4), afzelin (5), and hirsutrin (6), respectively.

In order to meet the industrial requirement, precision grinding with brush tool has been applied. To analyze the brush tool characteristics, several parameters including numbers of brush string installed in a single holder, depth of cut and brush length have been changed. Several data from various source were acquired using AE, acceleration and tool dynamometer during the process. Consistent results revealing certain trend with respect to each process condition were observed.

대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 지난 8월 31일부터 9월 4일까지 열린 2011 베이징 국제도서전을 참관했다. 북경 중국국제전람 중심 신관에서 진행된 이번 전시회는 중국도서진출구 총공사가 주최했으며 4만3000$m^2$의 면적에, 50여개 국 1800여개사 2100 여부스의 규모로 열렸다. 이번 전시회에는 도서, 신문, 정기간행물, 잡지 등의 최신 출판서적류와 전자/멀티미디어 관련 서적, 만화/애니메이션, 소프트웨어, E-비즈니스솔루션, 컨설턴트, 출판관련 최신장비를 비롯하여 인쇄 및 종이, 문구류 및 선물용품 등이 선보였으며 전시회 기간 동안 약 20만 명이 전시회장을 찾은 것으로 집계됐다.

우리 회의 2004년 정기총회가 역삼동에 있는 한국과학기술회관 신관 12층 "과학클럽"에서 1월 28일(수)에 112명 참석, 84명 위임으로 성대하게 개최되었습니다. 금번 정기 총회에서는 2003년 사업실적에 대한 보고가 있었고, 정관개정, 2004년 예산안 및 사업계획안에 대한 의결이 있었습니다. 또한, 유병억 회장의 임기만료로 위아래구조기술사사무소의 이동헌 소장이 신임회장으로 선출되었고, 신임감사로는 정일구조기술사무소의 이문곤 소장이 선출되었습니다.

A morphologically different form of Ganoderma lucidum was isolated from a cultivator's farm, and its optimum growth conditions were determined. A major difference in their morphology was color of fruit bodies. Fruit bodies of the mutant were white wherase those of normal Ganoderma lucidum were red. Spores of the mutant were global and mycelia were thin. Mycelial growth of this white mutant was favorable on potato sucrose agar medium, and optimum pH of the medium was 5.5.
