The roles of Subcontractors' Entrepreneurship on the Relationship Commitment towards the Parent Companies (수급사업자의 기업가정신이 관계몰입을 유도하는 경로)

  • It seems essential to examine the factors that may affect relationship commitment of subcontractors to parent companies in the industrial market in Korea in an effort to construct a win-win-type cooperative network among them. Lots of studies have been focusing on the consumer goods market. Relatively few studies have been focused on industrial market. In the industrial goods market subcontractors used to sell their parts or services only to a small number of parent companies in a large quantity, resulting in decisive control of subcontractors over the quality of parent companies' finished goods. This is why relationship between subcontractors and parent companies is extremely important. From this viewpoint, this study aims to survey and analyze empirically the paths leading to relationship commitment of subcontractors toward the parent companies which are required to incite them to build up a collaborative network by means of subcontractors' entrepreneurship. For this aim, market orientation effects of entrepreneurship as well as factors of performance and trust are particularly set forth as the bases of developing hypotheses in this study in order to explore the paths from entrepreneurship to relationship commitment as follows. First, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-communication-trust- relationship commitment; second, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-performance-relationship commitment; third, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-transaction specific asset investment -trust-relationship commitment; and fourth, the path in which the entrepreneurship is expected to promote direct transaction specific asset investment by parent companies to induce their trust and, eventually, relationship commitment of subcontractors. The outcomes of the empirical analysis in this study may be summed up as follows: First, the conclusions of preceding studies are also supported here by the fact that the entrepreneurship of subcontractors promotes their market orientation (hypothesis 9), indicating that the entrepreneurship can facilitate collection, proliferation of and response to market informations. On the contrary, however, the assumption that the entrepreneurship of subcontractors might directly accelerate transaction specific asset investment by parent companies (hypothesis 8) is rejected. Second, although the influence of subcontractors' entrepreneurship on parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to their transactions is not affirmed, the assumption is found to be supported that subcontractors' market orientation would expedite the parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to their transactions. Moreover, it is also confirmed that parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to transactions would promote subcontractors' trust toward the parent companies (hypothesis 6), signifying that parent companies may level up their trust in subcontractors when they make great amount of efforts to invest in the assets peculiar to transactions, not behaving opportunistically, Third, the hypotheses 4 and 5 also turn out to be supported by the analysis as the former assumes that market orientation could promote communication and the latter relates that the communication between subcontractors and parent companies would prompt trust, both results in affirming that market orientation could introduce open communication to speed up sharing of information and that sharing of information by way of communication might give an impetus to trust. Fourth, the assumption that subcontractors' market orientation would expedite performance (hypothesis 3) is also proved favorably to the significant level equivalent to that of preceding studies. Fifth, same as preceding studies, it is also verified in this study that the benefit (outcomes) awarded by parent companies to subcontractors will be a direct cause exercising a positive impact upon relationship commitment(hypothesis 2) and that the trust of subcontractors toward parent companies may have affirmative influence on the relationship commitment(hypothesis 1). Overall, the first, second and third paths are identified as being supported by the hypotheses among constituent factors, while the fourth path is deemed meaningless since it is shown that the entrepreneurship exercises no effects on parent companies' investment in the assets peculiar to transactions.

The B2B electronic market that deliver on real lasting value will dominate and ultimately earn for themselves a long-term Place in the landscape of the new economy.

  • 본 연구는 시장지향성이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 시장지향성의 관점에서 사업성과와의 관계를 조명 해보고, 시장지향성과 사업성과간의 관계 연구에서 통합적 매개변수들의 역할을 연구하였다. 기존 선행연구에서 매개변수로 사용한 종업원 만족, 차별화 전략, 벤치마킹, 혁신, 경쟁전략, 시장지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직간 정보공유 둥을 통합하여 변수들의 중복을 피하고, 상호 독립성이 유지되는 변수들만을 채택하여 종업원만족, 혁신, 경쟁전략의 선택과 실행 등 3개의 변수를 도출하였으며, 여기에다 국내 선행연구에선 아직 사용하지 않은 조직학습을 신규 매개변수로 추가하여 기업역량변수로 설정하였다. 또한 고객만족, 서비스품질, 서비스충성도(애호도), 서비스이미지, 기업이미지, 등을 통합하여 고객만족, 서비스품질, 충성도 등 3개의 변수로 도출하였으며 신규 매개변수로써 기업과 고객간 정보공유를 채택하여 고객반응으로 명명하였다. 여기에서, 각각 4개씩 도출된 변수들은 각각 하나의 차원으로 통합하였으며, 두 차원의 통합적 매개변수들이 어떠한 인과적 역할을 하는지 보다 깊이 연구하였다. 연구가설은 6개의 가설 중 시장지향성과 사업성과 간 기업역량과 고객반응의 통합적 매개변수들의 간접효과가 지지되어 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나, 시장지향성과 사업성과 간의 직접효과와 기업역량과 고객반응의 중복매개는 기각되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 공헌을 제안하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.

국내외 자본시장 통합도 분석

  • 우리 경제는 외환위기를 계기로 단기금융시장을 포함한 국내 자본시장이 전면 개방된 동시에 외환거래 역시 대폭 자유화됨에 따라 실물부문은 물론 금융부문에 있어서도 완전한 개방경제체제로 전환하였다. 이러한 전면적인 자본시장 개방은 국내외 자본시장의 통합을 촉진하는 동시에 환율, 금리, 물가 등 거시 금융변수간의 상충관계(trade-off)에 변화를 초래함으로써 거시경제정책 환경도 크게 변호시킬 것으로 기대된다. 본고에서는 국내외 금리 및 주가간의 동조화 현상에 초점을 맞추어 자본시장 개방에 따른 국내외 자본시장 통합 효과를 살펴본 후, 자본시장 개방이 환율변동패턴의 통계적 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 분석하였다. 특히 외환위기를 계기로 국내 자본시장이 제도적으로 완전 개방된 점을 고려하여 위기 이전과 이후에 자본시장 통합도와 환율 변동패턴에 어떠한 변화가 발생하였는지를 실증분석하였다. 금리에 대한 실증분석 결과는 외환위기 이후 금리재정거래(金利裁定去來)(interest parity)가 국내금리변화에 미치는 영향이 크게 확대되고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 주가에 대한 실증분석의 경우에도 미국과 국내주가 간의 동조화 현상이 외환위기 이후 심화되고 있으며, 국내 주식시장이 효율적 시장가설(efficient market hypothesis)을 지지하는 방향으로 변화하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 환율의 경우에도 외환위기 이후 환율변동패턴에 임의보행(random walk)적 특성이 보다 강화된 것으로 나타나고 있어 외환시장의 효율성이 제고되었음을 시사하고 있다.

  • Recent studies shows that international entrepreneurship orientation is recognized as a very important tool for improving corporate performance in international business activities. However, these relationships show various research results. Therefore, it can be a very interesting research topic to examine whether these relationships are linear or non-linear when selected as a target in developing country like China. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the effects of international entrepreneurship orientation on the export performance is non-liner type in China's manufacturing firms. And investigated the moderating role of degree of internationalization and market dynamism relative to the relationship between the international entrepreneurial-orientation and the export performance. A total of 478 questionnaires were used for the hypothesis test. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, there is a J-shaped. relationship between international entrepreneurship orientation and export performance. Second, degree of Internationalization strengthened the reverse J-shaped relationship between international entrepreneurship orientation and export performance. Finally, degree of internationalization and market dynamics show that J-shaped relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and export performance is strengthened. The results of the study's theoretical contribution and the managerial contribution is as followed. As a theoretical contribution, it is confirmed that international entrepreneurial orientation (J-shaped) and export performance form a non-linear relationship, and it is possible to make an empirical contribution that can newly approach the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and export performance. The managerial contribution suggests that China's exporting companies have a higher degree of Internationalization in their international business activities and that the higher the dynamics of the overseas markets, the more advanced the international entrepreneurial behavior should be required to improve the export performance.

The Analysis and Comparison of the Hedging Effectiveness for Currency Futures Markets : Emerging Currency versus Advanced Currency (통화선물시장의 헤징유효성 비교 : 신흥통화 대 선진통화)

  • This study is to estimate and compare hedging effectiveness in emerging currency and advanced currency futures markets. Emerging currency futures includes Korea won, Mexico peso, and Brazil real and advanced currency futures is Europe euro, British pound, and Japan yen. Hedging effectiveness is measured by comparing hedging performance of the naive hedge model, OLS model, error correction model and constant condintional correlation bivariate GARCH(1, 1) hedge model based on rolling windows. Analysis data is used daily spot and futures rates from January, 2, 2001 to March. 10, 2006. The empirical results are summarized as follows : First, irrespective of hedging period and model, hedging using Korea won/dollar futures reduces spot rate's volatility risk by 97%. Second, Korea won/dollar futures market produces the best hedging performance in emerging and advanced currency futures markets, i.e. Mexico peso, Brazil real, Europe euro, British pound, and Japan yen. Third, there are no difference of hedging effectiveness among hedging models.

  • Market orientation emphasizes the capability of a firm to learn customers, competitors, and inter-functional coordination and to use this market intelligence of creating superior value in the marketplace. In recent years, academic and practitioner interest has focused on market orientation and factors that engender this orientation in organizations. Although the merits of maintaining organizational learning have been extensively discussed in the literature, little studies examine the empirical link between market orientation and organizational learning which has a strong relation with it. The objective of this study is to assess the relationship between organizational commitment, market orientation, and organizational learning and presents more close a relational structure. The relationships between organizational commitment(OC), market orientation (MO), and organizational learning(OL) were analysed by structural equation modelling. a structure of OC-MO-OL is supported by our research and past literatures.

  • 우리나라에 이동통신이 처음 소개된 이래로 눈부신 발전을 거듭하여 왔으며, 급기야. 무선통신 서비스를 중심으로 새로운 성장력과 패러다임 전환의 가능성에 대한 전망을 논할 수 있는 수준이 되었다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 휴대인터넷 시장에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 국민경제적 효과변화나 시장 경쟁환경의 변화에 가장 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들 중, 사업자 수를 어떻게 선정할 것인가에 대해 다양한 접근이 시도되고 있다. 기존의 연구들은 휴대인터넷 시장을 분석하는데 있어 시장규모가 일방향으로 사업자 수에 영향을 미친다는 측면에서 이루어지고 있으며, 대부분 휴대인터넷 시장을 단일시장으로 범위를 한정하고 성장중인 시장을 정적으로 가정하여 시장성장 추이 분석 등에 주안점을 두는 단편적 연구가 수행되어져 왔다. 휴대인터넷 시장의 단편적 분석이 아닌 '모바일인터넷' , '초고속유선인터넷', '무선인터넷', '휴대인터넷' 등 네 가지 영역을 동시에 고려함으로써 영역간 복잡성과 동적인 관계 속에서 시장이 성장해 나아간다는 가정을 바탕으로, 시장에 내재되어 있는 관련요소간 상호영향과 신규정책 및 제도적 변화 수용에 있어 발생하는 시간적 공간적 지연 등을 고려한 동태적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 다양한 변수간의 인과관계, 피드백 구조와 시간흐름에 따른 시스템의 변화를 파악하는데 매우 유용한 도구인 시스템다이내믹스 기법을 활용하여 휴대 인터넷 시장의 동적인 구조를 알아보고 사업자 선정정책의 시행을 앞두고 있는 현재시점에서 의미있는 시사점을 제공하였다.시하고자 한다.채취하여 임신진단키트(제네디아프로테 트, 녹십자)를 이용하여 임신여부를 1차적으로 확인하였다. 과배란을 유기한 13두의 공란우중 9두(69.2%)가 과배란 반응을 나타내었으며, 회수된 수정란 51개중 이식가능수정란은 38개(74.5%) 였다. 발정동기화를 유도한 수란우 40두중에서 35두(87.5%)가 발정이 동기화되었으며, 그 중 황체검사를 통하여 30두의 수란우에 수정란을 이식하였다. 수정란이식후 13일(발정주기 21일)에 혈액을 이용한 임신진단에서 농가별 수태율은 각각 37.5%, 70.0%, 60.0% 및 71.4% 로서 평균 60.0%를 나타내었다.서 39$^{\circ}C$, 5% $CO_2$ 배양기에 48시간 배양하면서 생존여부를 판단하였다. 실험 2에서 확장배반포배 수정란이 25.3%의 생존율을 나타내었으며, 실험 1과 실험 3에서는 수정란의 형태와 관계없이 생존성을 확인할 수 없었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 glycerol 완만동결에서는 확장배반포기 수정란 이상이 보존가능한 것으로 추정되나 더 추가적인 연구가 요구된다.c kinase 활성의 변동은 정소 내 간충조직, 세정관 상피의 증식 및 기능적 분화 과정을 매개하는 생리적 활성분자 수용체 하위의 신호전달 과정에 Src-Csk loop에 의한 조절가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.rugrene의 향기성분이 주요 성분군으로 확인되었다. 2. 생강나무에서 생강의 향기를 발산하는 성분으로는 $\beta$-myrcene, o-terpinolene, phellandrone, ι-limonene, $\b

  • The main purpose of this study is to depict the causal relationship among Market Orientation(MO), Marketing Capabilities(MC), and Organizational Performance(OP) with the moderating effect of Environmental Turbulence(ET), especially comparatively highlighting the differences between Korail and Subway firms. Findings show that there partly existed significant interactions effects between ET and MO in case of subway firms, whereas Korail did not reveal any significant results. When considering the strong relationship between MO and MC shown in the subway firms' case, it can be inferred that subway firms continuously have attempted to adapt to the external environment facing them more flexibly and actively over their counterpart, by which the degree of their MC became positively enhanced over Korail. These results give us some implication that MO should be internalized and also MC should get a higher consideration than ever throughout the railway public enterprises in order to strengthen their performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamic market mechanism adopting relationship marketing techniques between the shipping companies and shippers. As shipping companies mainly rely on sales operation, the relational structure of shipping companies and shippers is considered to be one of the determinants in business performance and customer satisfaction In this respect, the characteristic relationship between sales person and shipping company takes an important roles in relationship marketing in shipping business industry. An empirical study was carried out to find out the determinants cf relationship quality and antecedent factors of characteristics in shipping companies and sales person.
