The disabled and elderly people have a wide variety of functional impairments. By disability and elderly user group definition, identification of users needs and specification of content requirements were studied. Existing technologies including location, navigation and information exchange devise and communication systems were analyzed to design proper integrated system for indoor and outdoor uses. There are two types of services considered in the project: assisted living services(ALS) including health and emergency needs and assisted mobility services(AMS) with transportation needs. To develop each content, content identification and requirements was studied through interviews and expert consultations. System requirements and specification using usecase technique for disabled and elderly people are discussed.

우리나라 원예시설 면적은 현대화, 대형화 사업에 의해 매년 증가되고 있는 추세로 시설의 외피복재도 연질필름에서 유리, PC 등 경질판 피복재로 변화되어 가고 있다. 그러나, 아직도 원예시설의 외피복재는 연질필름이 대부분의 원예시설에 사용되고 있다. 이러한 연질필름의 피복재에 과한 충격강도, 인장, 인열, 신장율 등 물리적 기계적 성질이나 광투과성에 관한 연구가 미진한 실정에 있다. 특히, 시공시 피복재 인장파열, 신장변형 훼손, 충격에 의한 파손 등 뿐만아니라 투광율 등에 관한 많은 문제점이 노출되고 있어 이러한 문제점에 대한 검토가 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 국내 원자력 산업이 활성화됨에 따라 우리 나라의 IAEA 보장조치 대상시설과 시설에서 취급하는 핵물질이 지속적으로 증가하여 왔다. 점차 증가하는 시설과 핵물질들을 효율적으로 통제, 관리하고 원자력의 평화적 이용에 대한 대외적 투명성 제공 및 핵물질 취급에 따른 대외적 의무사항들을 효율적으로 이행하기 위한 국가차원의 법적, 제도적 정비가 요구되어져 왔다. 이에 따라 '95년에 개정된 원자력법 및 관계 범령에 따라 과기처는 '96년도부터 국가사찰을 실시할 예정이며, 이러한 국가사찰 및 국가통제 시스템을 원자력연구소의 원자력통제기술센터가 지원하도록 명시하였다. 이러한 근거로 개발된 국가사찰 지원시스템(National Inspection Support System : NISS)은 여러 가지 사찰기술 중에서 시설이 계량관리 자료를 정확하게 기록하고 유지하였는지에 대한 장부검증, 표본선택을 위한 계층분류 및 사찰결과보고서 작성 등을 수행 할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 사찰관은 시설 핵물질의 재고목록, 재고변동기록 및 근거서류 등과 같은 많은 계량관리 자료의 검증을 신속하고 정확하게 수행하여 업무의 효율성 및 검증결과에 대한 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

방사능방재법의 개정을 통해 전자적 침해행위의 유형으로 고출력 전자기파(Electromagnetic Pulse, 이하 EMP) 위협에 대한 대책이 원자력시설별로 마련되도록 요구되었다. 그동안 국내의 EMP 위협에 대한 방호 대책은 군사시설 중심으로 오랫동안 연구되고 적용된 바 있으나, 공공 및 민간시설에 대해서는 이제 막 첫발을 내딛은 상황이다. 본고에서는 한국원자력통제기술원 사이버보안실에서 추진하고 있는 국내 원자력시설에 대한 EMP 방호 규제체계 구축현황에 대해 소개하고, 이에 배경이 되는 법적 근거 및 국내 외 유관 연구사례 및 기술표준 등에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

The Military made an investment continuously in facilities construction since the Korea War but, a lot of Military-Facilities Construction have overlooked a long terms plan and detailed examination. The deteriorated facilities that becomes more than about 20 years of the military possession facilities is account about $25\%$ and these are real condition that is not achieving the function properly. Early Deterioration of Military-Facilities bring about waste of national defense cost, environmental pollution and so on. These are not very desirable for nations, societies and environment. Therefore, this study presented maintenance improvement of the Military Facilities for of a long life-cycle of Facilities

원자력 발전소 및 동위원소 사용기관에서 발생되는 가연성 고체 폐기물 및 유기폐액의 소각기술의 활용에 있어서 이의 안전성 확보를 위한 기술적 기준의 설정을 위한 고려인자들을 조사하였다. 국내외의 소각기술 활용현황을 알아보았고 본 기술의 국내 도입시 필요한 기술적 안전지침에 관한 외국의 사례를 조사하고 국내 관련 규정도 검토, 비교, 분석하여 주요 고려항목을 도출하였다. 안전성 확보를 위한 고려 항목을 크게 일반산업시설 적용항목, 원자력시설 상 안전조건, 소각시설의 기술적 요구사항, 기타 제반사항으로 나누어 제시할 수 있었다. 이들 내용은 기존 원자력 및 환경시설에 적용되는 안전성분석보고서 및 환경영향평가서로 작성될 수 있다고 보았으며 시설의 개요, 시설의 기술적 사항과 이에 따르는 안전을 위한 조건, 폐기물의 인수조건 등이 포함되며 기존 관련 법규의 적용 및 확인이 필요하였다. 기술적 사항에는 공정의 제염계수, 연소효율, 소각재의 형상, 배기가스의 방출농도, 작업자 및 인근주민의 피폭등이 확인되어야 하며 소각재의 처리방법 및 조건이 제시되어야 하고 소각재의 침출특성 등이 주요한 인자라고 보았다. 아울러 소각대상폐기물의 인수조건이 명시되어 소각성능에 따른 이의 안전성이 입증되어야 한다. 따라서 인허가 후 건설된 시설에서의 사용전 시험소각절차의 제시 및 이에 대한 관련 규제기관의 검사제도가 있어야 하며 품질보증절차 역시 관련지침에 따라 실시되어야 한다. 이와 같은 내용을 포함하는 안전기술지침의 설정이 절대적으로 필요하며 본 연구조사 결과의 활용이 기대된다.

This study aims to provide the basic data for the revitalization, efficient operation and management of sports facilities by investigating the perceptions of the service satisfaction in the users of public sports facilities. As the subjects of this study, 225 residents in the Chungbuk region were selected regardless of their sexes, and correspondence analysis method was applied to examine the interrelations among perceptions in the users of public sports facilities. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to construct and improve public sports facilities for the efficiency of their operation and the reflection of the users' demand for service satisfaction. Second, it is necessary to approach from the welfare aspect in the plan for the utilization of public sports facilities and to develop and provide various activity programs for the consumers' classes.

This study is to search the determinants which influence on evaluating the silver welfare facilities, of which data for this study were collected from the survey on the evaluation of social welfare facilities which were enforced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2006. As the results, all the factors for the management of those facilities, such as facility and environment, management of organization and human resource, service quality, and community relation, influences significantly on silver welfare facility. Among the factors, the development of service quality should be taken care of, since service quality strongly explains the result of evaluation through the regression analysis. In regard of the fundamental factors, the juridical fund itself has no influence on the evaluation of the institutes, while the patronage fund for the facilities has significant influence on silver welfare facilities except elderly housing. However, the fundamental support from government has negative influence on the facilities for specialized nursing.

This study conducted a demand analysis for the operation and management of closed schools, the direction of future use of closed schools, and the utilization of closed schools, among local residents expected to play a key role in the successful use of closed libraries. According to the study, residents in areas where schools actually occur may actively consider the use of closed schools when they are lacking in the number of libraries in the region or when they hope to remodel their schools as libraries, given that they are positive about future use of closed schools and that remodeling them is more economical in terms of cost than building new libraries. The current awareness of the use and operation of closed schools remains at a normal level, so it is deemed necessary to improve the direction of the promotion, operation and recycling of closed schools in the order of promotion, operation and physical aspects by grouping obstacles to the operation and management of closed schools. In addition, the current status of cultural facilities and the demands of local residents are met in terms of the types of use of closed school facilities, and it means that closed schools can be used in a relatively easy-to-access location based on their location, while libraries can be used as a space for cultural facilities that are different from the existing public libraries, exhibition halls, and eco-friendly libraries.

정원(Garden)은 거주하는 주택과 외부공간의 전이공간 및 소통의 역할을 하고 있는 장소이며, 한국조경헌장에서 조경의 대상에 첫 번째로 거론되고 있는 중요한 조경계획의 대상이다. 조경학과 대학생들이 조경계획수업 시간에 처음 맞이하게 되는 주택정원설계에서 그들이 갖고 있는 정원에 대한 주제, 시설, 식재의 주요 사항들을 파악하고자 본 연구를 시작하였으며, 연구의 대상은 조경학과 대학생 2학년과정이며 시간적 범위는 2012년부터 2015년까지 4개년의 과제제출물을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생들의 정원설계작품을 살펴본 결과 첫째, 대학생들의 정원설계에서 사용되는 주요 주제는 가족과의 활동과 개인 취미생활, 자연에 관한 주제가 가장 많이 표현되었고, 이것은 정원안에서 개인과 가족과의 관계성을 고려하고 배려하는 곳이 정원이라는 인식을 갖고 있다고 보여진다. 둘째, 정원설계에서 조성되는 주요 시설은 휴양시설, 관리시설, 조경시설 순으로 배치되어 있으며, 일부 설계안에서는 교양시설과 유희시설이 조성되어 있었다. 셋째, 정원설계 작품의 식재경향은 교목위주의 식재가 많고, 관목과 지피와의 다층구조식재의 설계안은 몇 작품 보이지 않았으며, 독립식재와 군식 및 열식이 조화롭게 배치되지 못하고 있고, 지피류를 도입한 설계안이 많지 않았다. 오늘날의 정원설계는 다양한 디자인이 요구되고 있고, 근래 다수의 정원박람회에 출품되고 있는 정원작품 또한 디자인과 재료, 주제의 다양성이 풍부해지고 있다. 따라서, 대학생들의 정원설계과정에서 현재 학생들이 갖고 있는 주택정원에 대한 주요 요소에 대하여 다양성과 지속가능성을 높여줄 수 있는 효과적인 방향설정이 필요하다.
