대한설비건설협회는 가스시공업체를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과 아직까지 근절되지 않고 있는 도시가스사업자에 의한 부당행위 방지, 도시가스사업자에 의한 기술검토 요구$\cdot$과다서류 제출 요구$\cdot$검사입회 요구에 따른 부당행위 방지, 도시가스표준시방서(사용자공급관 및 특정가스사용시설) 제도화, 도시가스시설공사계획의 신고제도 폐지, 인입배관 공사비 부담 개선, 도시가스시설 상주시공감리 대상 완화, 배관용 탄소강관(KSD 3507) 도시가스 저압배관 사용 등 가스시공업계의 경영에 따른 현안문제점을 정부에 건의했다.

The purpose of this study was to examine parental perceptions on the importance, performance level, and satisfaction with foodservice quality at daycare centers in the Compensation and Welfare Service institute. The questionnaire was developed to measure thirty-two attributes of foodservice operations are administered to 598 parents and 23 foodservice supervisors from June 22, 2009 to July 10, 2009. The parents placed a high importance on the need for foodservices, earning 4.70 points out of 5 points. Their perceptions of foodservice quality menu, foodservice ingredients and effects, facilities, sanitation, and service scored even higher than performance. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice compared to performance was 4.33 and 4.03 points out of 5 points, respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that 98.6% of the variance in parents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by six dimensions.

"National important facilities" refers to facilities that have a great influence on national security and people's live s if enemy occupation, destruction, or functional paralysis is imposed by the Ministry of Defense Directive. In view of the case of nuclear plant hacking and the attack on the government building "National important facilities" could be the target of anti-social crimes. In the meantime, the "National important facilities" check is limited to the facilit y survey. so The purpose of this study is to develop generalized requirements. Therefore, comparing the requiremen ts of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013. There are only 8 differences(operating) out of 1-10. And the rest are used in common. In addition, we confirmed that the results of comparing the cases of domestic and foreign CPTED are within the "Six Principles". In Chapter 8, the principle of application of CPTED was inserted and the certification re quirements of the "National important facilities" management system were derived.

본 연구는 해양치유시설 공간계획 수립에 요구되는 기본적인 공간환경기준을 개발하기 위한 연구로서 해양치유시설계획의 기본적인 항목인 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 대상으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 해양치유시설 특성을 살펴보고 해양치유시설계획의 기초가 되는 치유자원과 치유요법을 조사하며 해양치유시설 관련 해외기준을 분석한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 해양치유시설의 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 위한 기준을 제시한다.

Characteristic of decommissioning target facility investigate and understand is very important. because radioactive materials occurs in the decommissioning and dismantling, so it is difficult to use a general dismantling method. Decommissioning nuclear facilities, the characteristics of the target of research to predict the amount of decommissioning waste, decommission projects costing is largely utilized. For this purpose, we developed DEFACS(Decommissioning Facility Characterization DB System) that manage characteristic of decommissioning target facility. But nuclear facility decommissioning takes long time. so we inevitably developed system during decommissioning works, it occurs many system changes. For this reason, it is difficult to apply general development process, so we take CBD process that divide CD(Component Development) and CBSD(Component Based Software Development) for handling change of requirement. it make Component of the overall system for changes to minimize changes by strengthening the independence of components and processes due to changes in requirements were to minimize stopping of the process.

연구목적: 본 연구는 요양병원 등 재난취약시설에 재난이 발생할 경우 잔류한 요구조자를 정확하게 파악하여 소방 등 대응기관에 제공하는 APC(Auto People Counting)의 인식률 개선에 목적이 있다. 현재 재난 발생 시 건물 내 요구조자의 현황 파악을 위해 대응기관이 재난 현장에 도착하여 건물관계자에게 직접 물어보고 있다. 이는 요구조자에 대한 부정확한 정보일 가능성이 있어 대응기관의 업무범위가 확대되고 이로인해 구조자의 안전에도 위험이 될 수 있다. APC는 건물내 출입하는 인원을 자동으로 집계하여 실시간 잔류인원 정보를 제공함으로써 재난 시 요구조자 현황을 정확히 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 APC가 보다 정확하게 출입 인원을 집계할 수 있도록 최적의 인공지능 알고리즘을 선정하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 실제 재난취약시설에 설치되어 운영 중인 APC를 대상으로 카메라를 통해 출입 인원의 이미지를 인식하는 알고리즘을 개선하기 위해 CNN모델을 활용하여 베이스라인 모델링을 하였다. 다양한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하여 상위 7개의 후보군을 선정하고 전이학습 모델을 활용하여 성능이 가장 우수한 최적의 알고리즘을 선정하는 방법으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 실험결과 시간과 성능이 가장 좋은 Densenet201, Resnet152v2 모델의 정밀도와 재현율을 확인한 결과 모든 라벨에 대해서 정확도 100%를 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 중 Densenet201 모델이 더 높은 성능을 보여주었다. 결론: 다양한 인공지능 알고리즘 중 APC에 적용할 수 있는 최적의 알고리즘을 선정하였고 이는 APC의 인식률을 개선하여 재난시 요구조자의 정보를 정확하게 파악하여 신속하고 안전한 구조작업이 가능할 것이다. 이는 요구조자의 안전한 구조뿐만 아니라 구조작업을 수행하는 구조자의 안전을 확보하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 향후 연무 등 다양한 재난상황에서 재난취약시설 내 출입인원을 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 알고리즘 분석 및 학습에 대한 추가 연구가 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to understand principals' difficulties in opening procedure of employer-supported childcare center. Participants of this study were 5 principals of employer-supported childcare center. This study was carried out as a qualitative study with several in-depth interviews in group and individually. The results of this study were as follows: Principals of employer-supported childcare center have hard time 1) due to the lack of understanding of the person in charge about the distinctive nature of childcare center 2) in the relationship with consignee 3) due to collective demands of parents 4) because of the complex administration system 5) because of operation applied to the characteristics of the consigner.

This study was conducted to suggest new development model for national & public parks by applying fascinating theme to the existing standardized development of those park. For this purpose, YeonIn Mountain Provincial Park was chosen as object of this research, which is located in GaPyeong, Kyonggi Province. The results from analysis of demand for tourism trend and development were as follows. Most of visitors(87%) come from the metropolitan area and their age are between the ages of 20 and 30. And the visitors' preference for accommodation is the independent villa style. For commercial facility, the strong expansion for food and beverage facilities and stores was needed. The future facilities and activities which they want to experience and e are health-recreation facility and ecological experience based on nature. From these results, It might conclude that we have to develop the qualified nature park with various theme focused on experience and recreation, and that we do preserve the environment.
