The Civil Culture and the Civil Costume of Netherlands Women in the 17th Century through the works of Johannes Vermeer (요하네스 베르메르의 작품을 통해 본 17세기 네덜란드 여성 시민복과 시민문화)

  • This thesis aims to investigate the characteristics of the civil costume in Netherlands women and the way how the civil culture was reflected on these by analyzing the women's costume depicted in the works of the Johannes Vermeer regarded as the representative painter of Netherlands in 17th century. The method of study was to select 24 pieces of Vermeer's works among the 30 pieces, and were analyzed in detail. These were approved to be common civil costumes by researching the works of other painters in that era on the other hand. The result shows that the civil costume of Netherlands women from 1653 until 1675 was in the simple form of two pieces dress, and minimal decorations with simple hair style and headdress would take the constitution of the frugality, chastity and practicality as the mainstream, along with using the red, yellow and blue as the primary three colors on to the costumes. These characteristics might be ascribed to the Netherlands civil culture influenced by the Calvinism that emphasized the frugality and chastity, denouncing the luxury with supporting the religion and morality. This trend was also noted in the men's costume, giving evidence of the intimate relationship between the costume, religion and civil culture. This thesis might be a help to elucidate the relationship between the costume and cultural society, and be a affordable tools to study the contemporary costume.

The Relationship between Goal Orientation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and the Moderating Effect of Ethical Leadership (목표성향이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 자기유능감의 매개효과와 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study examines the effect of goal orientation (GO) on employee' self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Also, this paper investigates the mediating effect of employee' self-esteem and the moderating effect of leader's ethical leadership. The results of this study targeted 1,656 employees working at company and public institution were as follows: First, we found that learning goal orientation (LGO) and performance prove goal orientation (PPGO) had a positive impact on employee' self-esteem. But performance avoid goal orientation (PAGO) was not directly related to self-esteem. Second, LGO and PPGO had a positive effect on employee' OCB. But PAGO was not related to OCB. Third, the mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between GO variables (LGO, PPGO) and OCB was statistically significant. Finally, the interaction term of employee' GO (LGO, PPGO) and leader's ethical leadership was not related to OCB, whereas the positive link between PAGO and OCB was stronger when leader's ethical leadership was high. In particular, this study presented with implications for future research, limitations of this study.

The Effect of Military Leader's Behavioral Integrity on the Subordinate's Change-Oriented OCB : Focusing on the Moderating Effect of LMX (군 조직 리더의 언행일치가 구성원의 변화지향적 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : LMX의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to examine the effect of leader' behavioral integrity on subordinate's change-oriented OCB via their team commitment along with the moderating effect of LMX. For this, 395 soldiers from military organizations where external factors were relatively well controlled besides their personal characteristics were selected and surveyed using hierarchical regression methods. First, the results showed that leader' behavioral integrity was positively related to subordinate's change-oriented OCB. Second, the positive relationship between leader' behavioral integrity and subordinate's change-oriented OCB was mediated by team commitment. Third, the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by LMX. Although this study targeted members of military organizations with more restrictions on behavior than private organizations, such as corporations, it could be meaningful in that it confirmed that the leader's behavioral integrity lead to subordinate's voluntary behavior of change-oriented OCB, which should be followed by efforts to make it more general by comparing a variety of public and business organizations.

A Study on Effect of Workplace Spirituality of Community Enterprise on Organizational Citizenship Behavior -Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction- (마을기업에서의 일터영성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 직무만족을 매개효과로 -)

  • Community enterprise is a type of business that simultaneously pursues public interest and profitability to vitalize the local society and economy and also an alternative endeavor to restore community by local residents using local resources. In rapid changes of business environment and social dynamics of these days, one of the alternatives to provide solutions for problems in persons and organizations is workplace spirituality. Workplace spirituality is not only beneficial to satisfaction, commitment, devotion, and organizational citizenship behavior, but also positively influential to outcome of an organization. Expanding the scope and subjects found in most previous studies on workplace spirituality of general companies, this study tries to contribute to development of community enterprises through empirical analysis of the effect of community enterprise. In result, workplace spirituality showed positively significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior equally in both of community enterprises and general companies. Job satisfaction presented positively significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. And job satisfaction mediated the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, workplace spirituality of community enterprises showed difference from general companies showed greater coefficient and influence. Although workplace spirituality is important for general companies that pursue profit, it is shown that greater significance was found in community enterprises. Workplace spirituality, which is equivalent to A sense of calling, sense of inner life, sense of empathy, sense of community, and sense of transcendence through community enterprise, needs to be promoted and settled in community enterprises.

The Effects of Emotional Labor on Job Burnout, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work-Family Conflict Among Call Center Employees (콜센터 상담사의 감정노동이 직무소진, 조직시민행동 및 직장-가정갈등에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe work-related emotional consequences in call center employees. The data were collected from 434 employees in 3 call centers by way of a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses were conducted by SPSS Win 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: first, job burnout proved to be significant, and demonstrated a positively correlation to surface acting and negatively correlation to deep acting. Second, altruism proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to deep acting, while also demonstrating a negatively correlation to both sex and surface acting. Third, conscientiousness proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to both age and deep acting, as well as a negatively correlation to surface acting. Finally, work-family conflict proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to both sex and workload in terms of hours per day.

  • Many public libraries in Korea have a library service charter setting out the standard of service users can expect. It will help drive and sustain a process of continuous improvement in library service quality and help poster good relations with users, most of whom will appreciate library efforts to take account of their views. In this background. the purposes of the study are (1) to study a theoretical review of the library service charter, (2) to explore an analytical evaluation of charter's contents. through a library service charter of 'B' public library in located Gyeonggido. Analytical results generally. 'B' Public library's charter fulfills the charter's principles and criteria, but service practice standards are insufficient for appropriateness and realization.

  • 김해시는 지난 96년 8월 20일 김해종합운동장 기본설계(안) 현상공모를 실시, 총 4개 작품이 접수 된 결과 각계 전문가 및 관계공무원 등으로 구성된 심사위원회에서 일건건축(황일인)안을 최우수작으로 선정, 11월 23일 발표했다. 최우수작으로 선정된 일건건축안은 녹지축의 연결로(풍유~조만강)를 두어 도시계획차원에서의 공간 이용계획을 고려한 점, 체육시설과 시민 이용 녹지공간 이용을 잘 연계한 점, 평야의 황량함을 없애기 위하여 지형변화를 준 것 등이 높이 평가되었다. 2016년 도시인구 70만에 걸맞는 종합 문화ㆍ체육공원으로서의 종합운동장 조성사업의 일환으로 추진된 이번 설계경기의 최우수작에게는 기본설계 및 용역권이 주어지며, 우수작에게는 상금 5백만원이 주어졌다. 우수작은 일신설계(정태복)안이 선정됐다.

A Study on the Costumes for the Crown Prince Based on the Picture for School Entrance Ceremony in 1817 (1817년 효명세자 입학례의 왕세자 복식 고증)

  • This study looks at the costumes for the crown prince based on the Hyomyeong of 1817, a collection of the National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage. The picture of School Entrance Ceremony of the Crown Prince (王世子入學圖) does not have the crown prince in the scene. However, it can be verified through literature that there are three different costumes for the ceremony. Chulgungui(出宮儀), the ceremony's first procedure, describes the departure of the prince crown from his residence toward Sungkyunkwan (成均館) with his escorting officials. The Crown Prince wears Seoyeonbok (書筵服) during this event. When the Crown Prince arrives at Sungkyunkwan, he participates in a series of ceremonies that consist of Jackhunui (酌獻儀), Wangbokui (往復儀), Supeiui (脩弊儀), and Ipackui (入學儀). At that time, he wears a confucian scholar's uniform. After returning from Sungkyunkwan, he attends Suhaui (受賀儀), the final procedure of the Crown Prince's School Entrance, at Simindang (詩敏堂) of Changgyong Palace(昌慶宮), At this time, the price crown wears Wonyukwanbok (遠遊冠服) as he is congratulated by royal family members and high ranking officials for his entrance to Sungkyunkwan in this ceremony. This point hereby concludes this study on the historical costumes for the prince crown based on the Hyomyeong Crown Prince's School Entrance in 1817.

  • 최근 전 세계적인 기후변화로 인하여 홍수 해일 지진 등의 자연재해가 거대해지고 빈번하게 발생되고 있다. 이러한 점차 대형화되고 다양화되는 자연재해발생시 국민의 생명과 재산 피해를 최소화하기 위한 다양한 방안이 수립되고 있으며, 특히 풍수해에 대비하기 위한 방안으로써 비상대처계획(Emergency Action Plan, 이하 EAP)수립, 홍수위험지도 및 비상대피지도 등 재해지도 제작, 홍수재해관리시스템 개발 등이 이루어지고 있다. 특히 EAP는 이러한 점차 대형화되고 다양화되는 자연재해에 대비하기 위한 방안으로써, 재해 발생시 국민의 생명과 재산 피해를 최소화하기 위해 시설물 지역의 관리주체 및 유관기관이 발생 가능한 비상상황을 미리 예측하고 대응조치를 신속하고 효율적으로 집행할 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 이를 시스템화 한 것이 비상대처시스템(Emergency Action System, 이하 EAS)이라 할 수 있다. 현재 우리나라를 비롯하여 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 선진국을 중심으로 댐 저수지 붕괴에 대비한 EAP 수립을 의무화하고 그 대상 범위를 확장하는 단계에 있으며, 홍수위험지도 및 비상대피지도 제작 등에 있어서 일부 선진국의 경우 다양한 시나리오와 시민의 복합적인 요구를 반영하는 시도를 진행 중에 있다. 또한 일부 선진국의 경우 비상대처계획을 반영한 홍수재해통합관리시스템 구축이 진행중에 있으며, 일본의 경우 첨단기술의 접목을 통해 시민의 대피 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하는 단계에 이르고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 풍수해에 대비해 수립된 국내 외 EAP, 재해관련 지도, 홍수재해관리시스템 등에 대한 사례조사를 통하여 통합적인 비상대처 및 관리가 가능한 표준화된 EAS 모델의 정립 방향을 모색하고자 한다.
