입지 여건에 따른 항로표지시설 계획

  • 항로표지시설은 방파제 상치, 노출암, 수중암, 산지 정상 등 다양한 입지에 건설되었으며, 항로표지시설에 대한 정밀안전진단결과(침하, 경사, 전도, 활동, 파손, 균열, 박리, 마모, 침식, 세굴 등) 내구수명은 파랑 및 조류 등 해양환경에 직접적으로 노출된 경우 20년, 비교적 해양환경에 노출이 심하지 않은 경우 40년 정도로 조사되었다. 안전진단 결과 등급이 낮은 순으로 항로표지시설 개량공사 계획이 수립 되고 있으며, 입지 여건에 따른 철거 및 시공방법에 대한 다양한 사례를 조사하여 시공기술을 제시하였다.

  • 대공간 구조시스템은 일반적으로 자중을 최소화하고 부재내력의 효과적인 사용이 매우중요하다. 따라서 준공후의 외력에 대한 구조적 거동에 대한 파악도 중요하지만 시공중의 거동에 대한 파악도 매우 중요하다. 특히 케이블 막구조의 경우 시각초기에 구조물이 불안정하지만 케이블에 장력이 도입되면서 점차적으로 구조물의 강성이 높아져 구조물이 안정화를 이루게 피므로 시공과정 해석 즉 안정화 이행과정해석이 시공계획을 설정하는 부분에서 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 본고에서는 케이블 막구조의 실례로써 최근 완공된 인천문학 경기장 지붕구조를 대상으로 시공과정과 안정화 이행과정해석에 대한 소개를 한다. 인천문학경기장 지붕구조는 케이블에 장력을 도입하는 과정에서 발생되는 변형과 내력을 흡수하고 하부구조에 대한 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 마스크 지점의 회전과 이동이 가능한 특수공법을 채택하였으며 시공과정해석(안정화이행과정해석)을 통하여 제시된 단계별 목표장력 및 변위에 따라 시공과정이 계획되고 제어되었다. 특히 외국의 기술로 설계된 자료를 근거로 일방적으로 공사를 수행한 다른 구조물과는 다르게 국내의 기술력에 바탕한 구조 해석 등을 통하여 검증하여 최종 시공방법을 결정하였고 이러한 과정을 통하여 대공간 구조에 대한 기술력을 확보하고 확인할 수 있었으며, 그 결과 향후에는 국내의 기술력으로 이와 같은 대규모의 케이블 막구조의 설계와 시공이 가능할 것이라고 판단된다.

법령과고시 - 녹색건축물조성지원법, 설비분야 반영

  • 대한설비건설협회는 지난 2월 23일부터 시행에 들어간 녹색건축물조성지원법에 미래 건설산업의 핵심분야인 녹색건설에 차지하는 설비건설의 중요성을 반영하고, 설비건설 발전을 위한 정부 차원의 기본계획수립을 추진한 결과 국토해양부 장관이 녹색건축물 조성 촉진을 위하여 5년마다 수립하는 기본계획에 우리 설비분야가 포함되었고, 녹색건축물 전문인력 양성 및 업체 육성정책에도 설비 등 시공분야가 반영되었다. 이로써 그동안 협회가 추진했던 기계설비기준법의 제정 목적을 녹색건축물조성지원법에 반영시킨 성과를 거두었다. 이러한 성과를 바탕으로 협회는 금년에도 기계설비 시공 및 유지관리기준 등 기계설비의 주요 내용이 제대로 규정될 수 있도록 더욱 노력할 계획이다.

A Case Study on Construction of Tunnel Crossed by Abandoned Tunnel (터널 갱구부 폐터널 교차구간 시공사례)

  • As portions(28m) of the designed tunnel was crossing the abandoned tunnel, methods for safe construction were demanded. The level of the abandoned tunnel and the designed tunnel was almost same and each tunnel was crossing at an angle of about 40 degrees. Therefore the abandoned tunnel would adversely affect the stability of the designed tunnel. Some sections of the abandoned tunnel passes through the designed tunnel wall were fully filled with tunneling spoil and cement milk grouting to increase tunnelling stability. By checking physical properties of grouting cores drilled at the cross section of the designed tunnel and the abandoned tunnel, the quality of material filled in the abandoned tunnel was confirmed. Also the stability of the designed tunnel was checked by the monitoring during excavation of the tunnel.

  • In rapid cycle construction, RC structure which is not cured fully can be loaded with construction load and this construction load can influence on the safety of construction and cracks on slabs. Therefore, to reduce the term of construction, the safety of construction and prevention of cracks should be assured against construction load. In the previous study, temperature load can significantly influence on the behavior of structure under construction. However, existing construction sequential analysis or design code do not consider temperature load reasonably. In the present study, through construction sequential analysis method using FE analysis, the behavior of structure under construction was analyzed according to temperature changes. According to the results of analysis, as the temperature falls, shoring load drops and the temperature rises, shoring load rises. These variations of shoring load can affect the safety of construction. Moment of slab goes up by fall in temperature. This increase of moment can cause cracks on the slab. Therefore to assure the safety on construction and prevent cracks on slabs, temperature load has to be considered reasonably in construction sequential analysis.

  • The main external force of the harbor in east coast is wave. So, wave is the important cause of wave induced current and sediment transport due to wave in planning harbor structures. Therefore, it must be considered not only to secure the harbor tranquility but also the sediment transport due to wave induced current in planning the harbor. In this study, we studied on the influences of construction procedure on harbor tranquility and siltation using annual coastal line data and bathymetry data near breakwater. And it suggests that the construction procedure for the harbor tranquility and the best way for the decrease of harbor siltation.

  • Highway construction is a combination of linear, repetitive, and highly equipment intensive operations. Various types of construction equipment are deployed to ensure undisrupted performance of construction, and thus productivity improvement and cost-saving can be achieved through well-thought-out planning. The selection of construction equipment is dependent upon construction sequence, site conditions, and construction methods. In the process of planning, management should consider various types of construction methods per each type of construction operation. Also, management should map out proper construction equipment operation plan that takes the construction duration and cost measures into consideration. However, limited availability of historic data from the similar types of operations has been a stumbling block to proper construction planning, making the operations performed based upon experience and intuition guided by rules-of-thumb. As a consequence, the planing phase rarely provided an adequate validity in the implementation phase. The researchers developed a process logic for each construction type that management can utilize from early phase of highway construction planning process. Moreover, derived the construction equipment combination optimized for efficiency by using the process simulation technique. The developed method is expected to be useful for the decision-making process that aims to evaluate efficiency of various process plans and to ensure optimal selection of construction equipment for highway construction projects.

A study on the enlargement of 2-lane road tunnel under construction (시공중인 2차로 도로터널의 확장 방안에 대한 연구)

  • Recently interest in enlargement of existing tunnel located in downtown or mountain area have been considerably increased along with requirements and discussion on the road-widening. Therefore, it is necessary to study the construction method and stability of tunnel to enlarge the existing tunnel in design. In this study, the design concept on the alignment, excavation method, reinforcement to enlarge the existing tunnel is described on the basis of the enlargement of 2-lane road tunnel under construction. This paper suggests a proper design method for the enlargement of an existing tunnel in useful practice.
