The Influence of the Sense of Place on Regeneration Space using Idle Industrial Facilities on Visitors' Satisfaction and Length of Stay - Focused on Visitors of Mullae Art Village - (유휴산업시설 재생공간의 장소성이 방문만족도와 체류시간에 미치는 영향 - 문래예술창작촌의 방문자들을 대상으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of visitors' sense of place on regeneration space using idle industrial facilities on visitors' satisfaction and length of stay. For this purpose, this study selected Mullae Art Village in Seoul as a study site and conducted a questionnaire survey focused on visitors. The results of an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis show that among the sense of place factors of Mullae Art Village 'Attractiveness' and 'Meaningfulness' have a positive influence on visitor satisfaction and length of stay. 'Attractiveness' was found to be the most influential factor. 'Historicity' was found to have no effects on visitor satisfaction and length of stay. In addition, visitor satisfaction has a positive influence on duration of stay. These results suggest that it is important to analyze the sense of place of idle industrial facilities. It will be a useful guide for urban space planners in revitalizing and establishing a marketing strategy for these spaces.

Influences of Enneagram Personality Types on OPAC Searching and Satisfaction (에니어그램 성격 유형에 따른 OPAC 탐색 성향과 만족도)

  • This study examined the relation between personality types and users' searching trait and satisfaction when interacting with OPAC system. In this study, personality type was measured by the KEPTI Enneagram tools. Data was collected through four questionnaires, pre-test, TaskA, TaskB, and post-test survey. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference in perceptions on the expected ease of search, completion time, adequacy of search time, usefulness of search results, and performed ease of search within the Three Triads of Enneagram. Also a statistically significant difference was found on familiarity and interest in the selected queries within the Hornivian group.

작업부하에대한 심리/환경적 영향 평가기법 개발: 제조업체를 중심으로

  • 본 연구에서는 현장 작업자 개인이 느끼는 심리/환경적 부하를 정량적으로 파악할 수 있는 척도를 개발하였다. 이러한 척도는 현장의 중간관리자들이 간단한 기구와 직접 관찰을 통해 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 심리적 작업부하 측정은 기존 연구와 현장 작업자를 대상으로 한 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로, 타당도가 높다고 인정되는 심리부하 측정 요소를 결정하였고, 문헌과 모의 검사를 통하여 부 담감이나 편의(bias)를 줄일 수 있도록 문항수 및 어휘를 선택하였으며, 각각의 설문은 다양한 문체 중 가장 신뢰도가 높은 형태를 선정하였다. 환경적 작업부하 측정은 문헌 조사를 통하여 측정을 위한 요소를 결덩하였고, KS 규격을 기존으로 새로운 환경부하 측정 지침서를 개발하였고, 현장 예비조사가 실시되었다. 또한, 환경부하 측정결과를 지수화하기 위한 수리적 모델과, 심리적척도와의 통합을 위 한 수리적 방법론이 제시되었다. 이러한 설문 문항과 환경조사방법은 작업장을 대상으로 적용하여 실 제로 그 효용성 여부를 검토하였다. 연구 결과 이제까지 소홀히 여겨왔던 작업자의 심리적/환경적 부 하를 정량적으로 간편하게 측정할 수 있는 방법이 개발되었고, 정량화한 심리/환경 부하 척도는 이제 까지 주로 조사되었던 생체역학적/생리적 부담도와 더불어 종합적인 작업부하 평가에 일익을 담당할 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 이러한 척도에 의한 결과는 현장 근로자들의 근로여건 개선을 위하여 노/사/ 정부 모두가 만족할 수 있는 객관적 자료로 사용될 수 있으며, 예방차원의 안전관리에도 응용될 수 있 을 것으로 기대한다.구로 신체의 종합적인 만족도, 선호를 취급하고 있을 뿐 신체각 부위의 만족 도나 선호에 관한 자세한 고찰을 하고 있지 않으며 자신의 신체에 대한 인식도 및 실제체형과의 비교는 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에, 신체 각 부위에 대한 인식도 및 실제 신체 측정치와 만족도와의 관계 및 이상형에 대해 구체적으로 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한, 신체에 대한 이상형은 시대의 여러 여건에 따라서 변화할 수 있으므로 의복 착용자가 의복을 통해서 표현하고자 하는 이상형의 시대적 변화를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신체에 대한 인식도 및 만족도, 이상형에 대한 설문지 조사와 신체측정을 통하여 신체 크기에대한 만족도를 객관적인 척도로 고찰하고, 이상형과 실제 체형에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다. 도한, 1992년도 자료와의 비교를 통하여 시대에 따른 신체만족도와 이상형의 변화를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 기초로 한 의복원형 제작 및 의복 디자인에 대한 연구를 통해 의복의 맞음새가 좋을뿐만 아니라 의복착용자들 에게 심리적 만족을 줄 수 있는 의복 제작에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.적입지로 분석되었다.등 다양한 모형들을 고려해 본 뒤, 적절한 모형을 적용할 것이다. 가로망 설계 모형에서 신호제어를 고려하기 위해서는 주어진 가로망에 대한 통행 배정과정에서 고려되는 통행시간을 링크통행시간과 교차로 지체시간을 동시에 고려해야 하는데, 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해서 최근 활발히 논의되고 있는 교차로에서의 신호제어에 대응하는 통행배정 모형을 도입하여 고려하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 지금까지 연구되어온 Global

  • The aims of this paper is to examine the key factor of customer satisfaction in the medical service. Especially service waiting is a significant component of the customer's overall satisfaction with the service process. For this purpose, this study proposed 6 hypotheses as follow : H1 : Waiting cost, affect on perceived service waiting, will be different between patient customer group and health care group. H2 : Controllability of the cause, affect on perceived service waiting, will be different between patient customer group and health care group. H3 : Controllability of the cause affect on perceived service waiting, will be different between patient customer group and health care group. H4 : Waiting environment, affect on perceived service waiting, will be different between patient customer group and health care group. H5 : Transaction importance, affect on perceived service waiting, will be different between patient customer group and health care group. A Study on the Continuing Education Program for Records Managers (레코드매니저의 계속교육 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the continuing education program for records managers. To reach the goal of this study, literature review and a survey was undertaken. Through literature review, essential knowledge areas of records manager were observed. The survey was also performed by 57 records managers in Korea to understand needs and satisfactions of the continuing education. In conclusion, this study suggested the continuing education program model including education contents, teaching methods, duration of lecture time, and lecturers etc.

  • This is a convergence study to provide an effective way of managing nurses' job stress by improving nurse satisfaction through an integrated identification of the effect satisfaction level on job stress for nurses using an electronic medical record(EMR) system. The data were collected from August 1 to September 1, 2014. The participants were 377 nurses from C university hospital of G metropolitan city were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The result shows that job stress decreases as nurses' satisfaction level of using the EMR system increases. Thus, a practical job stress mediation program should be developed to continuously enhance nurses' satisfaction with the EMR system, which is expected to shorten the nursing record writing time and improve the quality of nursing service for patients. Furthermore, to improve the satisfaction with the EMR, appropriate management, such as continuous nursing education on the EMR system, will be needed.

  • The saving of time, which is defined as the demand from passengers and the supply from the urban railway, must be balanced. The selected factors influencing on the balance are the traffic, customer contact facilities, the number of failures, customer complaints(VOC), passenger moving time and transfer stations. Also, the overall ratio of SMRT's 4 lines is generated by differentiating the rate of each attribute in each factor. This is not only to differentiate the stations with peculiar factors but also to standardize criteria of the personalized services. Furthermore, as part of standardization, standard drawings of facility management are prepared for the improvement on the management of human resource and material. The drawings include passenger moving lines, location of safety incidents and also indicate the rating of the factors in each station and overall evaluation rating. In conclusion, this thesis aims to improve customer satisfaction constantly by reducing passenger moving time, through the differentiated management of each station.

A Study on Actual Conditions of Leisure Time and Service Satisfaction of Community-dwelling Elderly -Focused on Buyeo (지역사회거주 노인의 여가시간활용과 바우처사업 서비스 만족도에 관한 연구-부여군을 중심으로)

  • Objective : This study conducted in rural areas, elderly services voucher business and leisure satisfaction survey based on data from the use of community-dwelling older people considering service needs was to find ways to take advantage of leisure time. Methods : Buyeo county residents in this study 71 patients were elderly, the characteristics of elderly gender, the presence of spouse, health status, education level, monthly living expenses, number of children, occupation, and the variables were included. Subjects' self-esteem, life satisfaction, quality of life, program satisfaction questionnaire for the survey were used, t-test and correlation analysis using the correlation between each factor were analyzed. Results : In a survey of participants in leisure activities, TV watching, meeting friends, such as phone calls to static and time-consuming activities were surveyed about satisfaction of the voucher business, the elderly oral health care services, health screening services, sports massage such as health-related services is relatively high degree of satisfaction. Conclusion : The results of this study of elderly people in rural communities through meaningful leisure time were utilized to determine what is lacking, a strong desire for health-related services that could be confirmed. Therefore, further experience and knowledge about activities by providing opportunities for meaningful leisure time needs to improve, and it based on a variety of programs to meet the needs of the elderly should be provided.

An Analysis on the Determining Factors of Satisfaction for Environmental Improvement of Trails around Recreation Park - Focused on Suseong Recreation Park in Daegu - (유원지 주변 산책로의 환경개선을 위한 이용만족도 결정요인 분석 - 대구광역시 수성유원지를 대상으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze users' behavior and facility satisfaction and to suggest the practical solution plans for environmental improvement of trails in Suseong recreation park in Daegu. Therefore, satisfaction factor analysis on trails was carried out based on a field and questionnaire survey in Suseong recreation park. First, from users' behavior, 48% of users visited Suseong recreation park for walking. The greatest response to number of visits was once or twice a week, and average use time per visit was 80.4 minutes. In terms of trails, the greater responses to the number of visits were once(38.1%) or more than 5 times(23.8%), and average use time was 45.4 minutes. According to the results from the analysis of facility satisfaction, management condition, length, slope, and adjacent natural landscape of trails were evaluated at a satisfaction rate higher than 3.4 points. However, water pollution, and number of exits and parking lots were analyzed at a low rate of 2.75 and 2.78 points, respectively. In terms of analyzing determining factors of facility satisfaction for trails, use of facilities, walking convenience, surrounding landscapes, amenities, and noise had a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. In particular, walking convenience was the highest effect factor; its standardized coefficient was 0.533. The findings from this study can contribute to the improvement of the physical environment for trails of Suseong recreation park and provide basic data for plan and maintenance of similar waterside trails.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction, royalty and compliant of a children's library Website. To achieve the aim of this study a modified Kim and Park's model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality dimension is adopted. A total of 130 valid responses to the questionnaire were analysed using SPSS 18. It is found that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the lower the compliant. For the contents quality dimension, the items of Usability, Accuracy, Easy of understand, Reliability and Up-to-date; for the service quality dimension, the items of Interface design, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy; for the system quality dimension, the items of Response time, Interactive, Easy to access, and Easy to use show a significant relationships to the users' satisfaction.
