This study investigated the information behavior and media use of Korean young adults with immigration background, focusing on the influence of their social and cultural context. 11 young adults between 13 and 18 with immigration background participated in the study. The participants provided data via daily logs about information needs, written surveys about media use, and two times of in-depth interviews. The data gathered from these diverse methods were used in analyzing the participants' daily problem situations and attempts to satisfy information needs using media. The information needs of young adults with immigration background in their everyday lives included study, leisure, appearance, self-development, living, and career searching - study and leisure were the most needed information subjects. The young adults who participated in this study were actively using media to solve their information needs. For them, media was an emotional support, a tool to express their own identities, a solution that gives all the answers, and a good companion to spend time with. The proposed strategies about young adults' media use in this study could be used in planning library services for children of families with immigration background.

이 논문의 주요 목적은 중국의 남중국해에 대한 정책을 평가하는 것이며, 해양갈등 및 위기 상황과 관련된 사건을 관리하기 위한 중국의 접근을 분석하는 것이다. 주된 핵심은 중국의 남중국해에 대한 영유권 주장, 중국과 남중국해 인접국과의 분쟁 그리고 중국과 베트남 간 사례를 통해 분석된 분쟁 관리에 있어 중국의 행태, 접근방식 그리고 시각이다. 중국과 베트남과 같은 양자간 분쟁에 있어 남중국해 통킹만에서의 분쟁해결 사례는 강조될 수 있는 사례이며, 이는 중국이 인접국과의 분쟁을 공식적으로 해결한 첫 번째 사례였다. 결국 이 논문은 이를 근간으로 향후 중국이 어떻게 남중국해 현황을 관리할 것인가에 대해 넓은 논쟁을 결론으로 제시하고 있다.

2006년 본 방송을 시작한 지상파 DMB 방송은 기존의 방송과 달리 하나의 물리 채널에 다양한 비디오와 오디오 서비스가 복합적이고 비 순차적인 형태로 제공되기 때문에 기존의 TV, Radio와 같은 기기 중심의 단순한 user interface 의 사용으로는 시청취에 제약이 발생한다. 따라서 비디오와 오디오, 오디오와 데이터, 비디오와 데이터와 같이 멀티 미디어 방송을 이동 중 시청취할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 user interface에 대한 개발이 필요하다. DMB 방송의 Information architecture 설계를 위한 기본적인 방송 관련 정보를 정의하였고, DMB 방송의 특징이라 할 수 있는 video service에 대한 고찰을 통해 DMB 방송 관련 기본 정보를 고찰하였다. 또한 방송 시청과 관련된 태스크 중심의 시나리오 개발을 통해 기능을 도출하고, 사용자들의 DMB 방송의 예상 시청 행태에 대한 조사 결과를 참조하여 필수적인 기능 중심으로 사용하기 쉽고, 기존 방송과 동일한 다양한 사용자를 고려하여 직관적인 인터페이스와 인터랙션을 제공하도록 설계하였다. 세부 UI 설계 단계에서는 기기 특성에 의한 제약 사항을 확인하고 방송구조의 시각화 대안 탐구 및 신호 해석에 의한 지연에 대한 민감도를 조사하고 방송 시청을 위한 화면 설계 및 네비게이션 방법을 설계하였다.

IT 기업과 같이 그들이 보유한 지식이 수익 창출의 근원이 되는 기업들은 개인의 경험들을 조직의 지식으로 변환하고, 보존하여 그들의 구성원들이 이러한 지식을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지식 경영의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 선행연구들은 이러한 활동이 조직 학습을 가속화시키며, 경쟁력을 강화시킴으로써 시장 변화에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있음을 강조한다. 그러나 구성원들의 가용 시간이 곧 생산을 위한 투입 요소가 되는 IT기업에 있어서 지식관리활동은 조직 구성원들이 수익 창출을 위한 업무수행 시간을 할애해야 하고 동시에 비용을 발생시키는 딜레마를 안고 있다. 이러한 이유로 IT기업의 경우 시간과 재원의 배분은 전사 적 전략수립에 있어서 매우 중요한 정책 결정이 됨에도 불구하고 이제까지 이를 종합적인 시각에서 이해하고자 하는 연구는 그리 많지 않았다. 본 논문은 한 IT기업의 사례를 통해 비재무적 자산인 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 이를 통하여 재무적 성과를 극대화하기 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델의 전략적 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 시도는 경영자를 비롯한 의사결정 자들이 지식의 동태성과 이에 영향을 미치는 여러 영향요인들에 대한 단선적인 이해를 벗어나 종합적인 견지에서 기업이 보유한 지식의 구조와 행태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며 이를 통하여 기업의 지식관리 전략 수립의 기초를 제공해 줄 것이다.

뇌졸중으로 인한 편마비 장애인은 뇌손상으로 인해 운동 및 감각 신경 통로의 장애가 있어, 기립 및 보행 시 비정상적인 행태를 보이는 경우가 많다. 과도한 외회전은 보행 시 안전성을 보장 받기 어려워 낙상 등 신체적 위험에 처할 수 있고, 또한 비장애인의 보행과의 시각적 차이로 인하여 환자들의 심리적 위축감을 가중시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 외회전 보행 시 편마비 장애인에게 피드백을 주어 자가 교정이 가능하도록 시스템을 개발하였으며, 이는 외회전 보행을 하는 편마비 장애인의 보행 교정에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

박물관은 인류가 이룩한 물질문명과 정신문화의 집적을 특정한 주제를 중심으로 표현하는 문화공간으로서 한 나라의 문화수준을 측정할 수 있는 장소이며, 역사적으로 가치 있는 조형예술을 보존하고 계승할 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 현대사회에 들어오면서 박물관은 사회적 변화에 따른 가치관의 변화와 함께 관람자의 시각적 및 행태적 기능과 사회 문화적이고 사회 교육적인 기능을 통합하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이에 대하여 자료를 가장 최적의 상태로 보관, 전시하여 보존에 가장 유리한 환경을 조성함과 동시에 이를 관람하는 사람들이 유물의 특성을 쾌적한 상태에서 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 한다.

This study explores the potential of utilizing video-based data analysis and machine learning techniques to estimate the number of occupants within a building. The research methodology involves developing a sophisticated counting system capable of detecting and tracking individuals' entry and exit patterns. The proposed method demonstrates promising results in various scenarios; however, it also identifies the need for improvements in camera performance and external environmental conditions, such as lighting. The study emphasizes the significance of incorporating machine learning in architectural and urban planning applications, offering valuable insights for the field. In conclusion, the research calls for further investigation to address the limitations and enhance the system's accuracy, ultimately contributing to the development of a more robust and reliable solution for building occupancy estimation.

본 논문은 국내 정보보안 분야 학술 연구에서 참고문헌 인용행태를 파악하고자 해당 분야 대표 학술지의 인용문헌 현황 및 패턴을 분석하였다. 실험데이터는 "정보보호학회논문지"를 대상으로 수록된 모든 논문과 참고문헌 정보를 수집하고 개별 학술지 및 학술대회의 식별 과정을 통해 구축하였다. 이를 기반으로 참고문헌 현황, 인용나이 통계 분석 결과와 동시출현네트워크 (학술지 및 학술대회)의 생성을 통한 네트워크 중심성 및 시각화 지도를 제시하였다.

This study investigates SNS usage behaviors of SNS users with a change of SNS use environment and an increase of users. This study compares the difference of use motivation, preferred type, and main use SNS according to socio-demographic variable of SNS users using cross tabulation analysis and also conducts a comparative analysis of main use SNS of each SNS user using correspondence analysis. The results show main use motivation of SNS is relationship seek, most preferred type is closed type, and main use SNS is Kakaostory. Next, we find that there are differences on use motivation, preferred type, and main use SNS, depending on the socio-demographic characteristics of SNS users. The result of correspondence analysis shows how users are using SNS services and what structure their competitive relations of SNS services are made. In the conclusion, the study presents summary of the findings, implications, and tasks for further studies.

While Science tries to be far from Society, it actually does yearn for the trust from Society, on the other side. Its efforts getting back the trust has been witnessed with its fast evolution, consistent distrust from Society and Scientists' accountability with investment of public fund. Furthermore, many scholars have argued that there is the need to integrate science and society. In this regards, this paper explores how to integrate both spheres by participatory evaluation. To identify how the participatory evaluation works and should be, three main issues are mentioned. One is about evaluation methods; Objective-oriented and Behaviour aspects. Second is about prerequisite factors; sharing scientific language and changed recognition between civil society and scientists. Third is about challenge to be tackled; epistemological gap among evaluators and complex index. Under these issues, this paper sets out that the participatory evaluation should adopt the appropriate evaluation methodology. Last but not least, self-recognition and motivation by evaluators themselves are important factors, along with societal system which can take participatory evaluation.
