자속 관측기를 이용한 센서리스 SRM의 파라미터 오차보정방식 (Using the Flux Observer for Sensorless SRM Parameter Error Correction Method)

  • 본 논문은 SRM의 센서리스 속도제어를 위한 슬라이딩 모드 자속관측기법을 적용하고, 초기기동에서 센서리스 영역까지의 천이구간에서는 동일한 센서리스 추정방식과 계산된 자속의 오차 성분으로 오픈루프 상태에서 속도리플을 억제할 수 있는 방식과 전동기의 온도 및 파라미터 변화에 의한 자속 오차 성분으로 인해 발생하는 위치 추정오차를 보상하기 위한 새로운 추정위치 보상기를 제안한다. 제안된 추정위치 보상기는 SRM의 자기적인 특성에 의해 발생하는 인덕턴스 변곡점 위치를 실제 위치로 가정하여 추정된 센서리스 위치를 순시적으로 보상하는 방식이다.

  • This paper presents a new speed and position sensorless of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) based on the sliding mode observer. The sliding mode observer structure and its design method are discussed. Also, Lyapunov functions are chosen for determining the speed and the stator resistance estimator. The effectiveness of the proposed observer system is confirmed by the computer simulation.

  • This paper presents an LMI-based method to design sliding mode observers for a class of uncertain systems. Using LIs we derive an existence condition of a sliding mode observer guaranteeing a stable sliding motion. And we give explicit formulas of the observer gain matrices. We also consider sliding mode observer design problems under an α-stability constraint or an LQ performance bound constraint. Finally, we give a numerical design example.

  • In this paper, a method for controlling a single phase PWM AC/DC converter without any voltage sensors is proposed. In this method, the source voltage is estimated by sliding mode observer and input current is synchronized with the estimated source voltage. The source voltage is estimated by current error between the actul and the estimated current. The experimental results confirm the validity of the proposed control method.

  • In this paper, a new estimation algorithm for the rotor speed for SRM drives is described. The algorithm is implemented by the sliding mode observer. The stability and robustness of the sliding observer for the parameter variations of the SRM are proved by variable structure control theory. Variable speed control of the SRM is accomplished by the estimated speed. Experiment results verify that the sliding mode observer is able to estimate the speed.

  • This paper presents an LMI-based method to design sliding mode observers for a class of uncertain time-delay systems.   • This paper proposes a design method of sliding mode observer for SISO linear systems with a disturbance input. We first construct an observer with a constant gain matrix, a feedforward injection map and an external feedforward compensation signal input. Using the second Lyapunov method, we present a sufficient condition for the existence of sliding mode observer. The proposed observer guarantees that the state error trajectories enter a certain region in finite time and remain inside thereafter.

  • In this paper, sliding mode observer design principles based on the equivalent control approach are discussed for the systems which may not satisfy the matching conditions. We propose a new approach for designing a sliding observer and the proof of the stability of the state reconstruction error system for time-invariant systems using the Lyapunov method. The reaching time to the sliding surface, the sliding dynamics of the system, the stability of the reconstruction error system via Lyapunov method, sufficient conditions for the existence of the sliding mode are studied.

  • In this paper, a new sliding mode observer is proposed by introducing a new sliding surface. The new sliding surface is defined based on the augmented error system with virtual error state. The new sliding mode observer have more degree of freedom than the existing VSS observer. It can have dynamics on the sliding surface.

  • In this paper, a disturbance observer based sliding mode control is proposed to attenuate disturbance responses in an active magnetic bearing system, which is subject to base motion. An algorithm which decouples disturbance observation dynamics from sliding mode dynamics is suggested. This algorithm preserves the robustness of the sliding mode control and satisfies reachability condition in the presence of external disturbance and parameter uncertainties. Along with experimental results, it is shown that the proposed control is effective in disturbance rejection without any additive disturbance measurement.
