The Moderating Effect of the Sports Activity Satisfaction in the relationship between Adolescents' Communication Skills and Positive Self-concept within Peer Group (청소년 또래집단 내 커뮤니케이션 능력과 긍정적 자아개념과의 관계에서 스포츠활동 만족도의 조절효과)

  • This research aims to verify the moderating effect of sports activity satisfaction in the relationship between adolescents' communication skills and positive self-concept within peer group. To achieve this purpose, this study extracted 250 samples from five boys high schools in Gyeonggi-do, and used survey of 232 students for actual analysis excluding the surveys with unfaithful answer or double entry. Questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and moderator regression analysis to analyze the collected data. This study drew the following results. It was identified that sub-factors of sports activity satisfaction as social, physical, environmental and educational satisfaction have the moderating effect in the relationship between adolescents' communication skills and social self-concept with peer group. In other words, communication skills within adolescents' peer group play an important role in improving positive self-concept, but when sports activity satisfaction put as a moderating variable, adolescents' positive self-concept would be more improved.

A Study on the Relationship Between Physical Evidence and Performance of Commercial Sport Centers (상업용 스포츠센터의 물리적 증거와 성과에 관한 연구)

  • In proportion as increasing priority of sports service industries, the necessity and importance of service marketing has raising. Because of such point, this study investigates on the relationship of physical evidence and performance in using commercial sport centers. A study model and several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. To test the model and the hypotheses empirically, we distributed 350 copies of survey and collected 283 copies. 278 copies appear valid for our empirical study, except 5 copies that are considered inappropriate for our purpose. The results and implications are as follows. First, Service physical evidence had a positive effects on overall perceived quality and satisfaction. second, Results indicate that overall perceived quality and satisfaction playa significant role in the relationship between physical evidence and customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between sports players' SNS interaction, relationship commitment, relationship satisfaction, and loyalty. To this end, a total of 000 copies of data were obtained by conducting a survey on the online community of sports stars who followed or subscribed to sports stars through the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, and the results were as follows. First, it was found that sports players' SNS interaction had a positive effect on relationship commitment. Second, it was found that sports players' SNS interaction had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. Third, it was found that relationship commitment had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that relationship commitment had a positive effect on loyalty. Fifth, relationship satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on loyalty.

Effect of Participation in Regular Leisure Sports on Satisfaction with Family Relationship in Adolescents (청소년의 규칙적인 여가스포츠 참여가 가족관계 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of participation in regular leisure sports on satisfaction with family relationship in adolescents. To achieve this purpose, 650 students of elementary and middle schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were selected and surveyed using the purposive sampling method. 611 survey samples were used in final analysis and 39 survey samples were excluded because of untrustworthy response. Statistical program AMOS 18.0 was used to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis and goodness of fit test, and SPSS 21.0 Window program was used to conduct analysis of frequency, t-test, and ANOVA. Through the analysis, the main findings were as follows; First, it was found that the adolescents participating in regular leisure sports has significant difference in satisfaction with family relationships compared to non-participation group. Second, satisfaction with family relationship of parental participation group in regular leisure sport was high the most followed by lonely participation group and non-participation group. Finally, authors described the implications and future studies.

The Development of a Measurement Tool for Educational Satisfaction of Sport Ethics Program (스포츠윤리교육 프로그램의 교육만족도 측정도구 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement tool for education satisfaction of sport ethics program and to verify its validity. To achieve this goal, 3 steps of experimental processes were carried out. In the first step, the pilot questionnaires was created on the basis of previous researches regarding sport ethics education, education satisfaction, and response assessment. In the second process, as a pilot survey step, construct validity was obtained through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the measure constructed by the first process. In the third process, as a main survey step, external validity was obtained through difference verification, then questionnaires were constructed based on the analyzed contents. As a result of these steps, a measurement tool for educational satisfaction of sport ethics program composed of 17 questionnaires was developed. It consists of education contents (6), instructor competency (5), and education effect (6).

  • 본 연구에서는 전남 서남 지역에서 해양 레저스포츠를 즐기는 피험자를 대상으로 해양 레저스포츠 의류의 구매실태, 착용실태, 구매 만족도, 선택기준, 개선사항 등을 조사하여 연령, 체형 등과의 상관관계와 변인 간의 상관관계를 분석해보고자 하였다. 해양 레저스포츠 참여동기와 선택기준 간의 상관관계에서 체력증진을 위해 참여하는 경우 착용감을 기준으로 선택하고 여가나 취미생활을 위해서 참여할 경우에는 디자인, 색상을 기준으로 선택하였다. 선택기준과 구매 만족도와의 관계에서는 활동성이나 다른 용도 활용성을 기준으로 선택한 경우에 가격면에서 만족하지 못하였다. 체형에 따른 선택기준은 큰 삼각형과 사각체형은 가격, 유행을 기준으로, 역삼각형, 큰 삼각형, 사각 체형은 신축성을 기준으로 의류를 선택하였다. 추후 연구에서는 해양 레저스포츠 종목별 선호도에 대한 연구도 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

  • 본 연구는 레저스포츠타운 이용자 특성과 이용만족도를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 모집단은 춘천시에 위치한 송암 레저스포츠타운을 이용하는 이용자를 대상으로 설정하였으며, 표본은 목적표집 추출방법을 통해 표집하였다. SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t검증(t-test), 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 빈도분석(Frequency analysis), 확인적 요인분석(Confirmatory Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성 요인에 따라 이용만족도에는 차이가 있다. 둘째, 레저스포츠타운 이용자 특성에 따라 이용만족도에는 차이가 있다.

The Effect of Sports Centers' Service Guarantee on Service Quality, Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (스포츠센터의 서비스보증이 서비스품질, 서비스가치, 고객만족, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to grope for the factors that can influence consumer when they evaluate sports centers' service multilaterally in order to draw strategic operation methods for sports centers. This article examines the relationship among sports centers' service guarantee, service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study selects 2 sports centers located in Seoul and then conducts a survey to 200 members of the sports centers. The data collected go through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis with SPSS 16.0, and also AMOS 18.0 is utilized to perform confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis verification. According to the study result First, service guarantee affects service quality positively while it does not affect customer loyalty. Second, service quality affects service value positively. Third, service value affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty positively. Therefore this study has verified the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in sports centers, so it can be said that the study has drawn practical operation methods.

The Effect of Servicescape on Customer Satisfaction and Participation Behavior in Water Sports Facility (수상스포츠 시설의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족 및 참여행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to provide basic data on the operation plan by investigating how the servicescape of domestic water sports facilities affects customer satisfaction and participation behavior. Therefore, participants in their 20s or older were selected as samples among those who experienced water sports facilities. The survey was conducted non-face-to-face from April 25 to July 15, 2022, and a total of 243 copies of data were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, item consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects the value in the order of convenience, empathy, and facility environment. Second, it was found that customer satisfaction at water sports facilities had an effect on participation behavior. Third, it was found that the water sports facility servicescape affects participation behavior in the order of facility environment, service, convenience, and empathy.

The Effect of Service Quality by University Sport Center on Student Satisfaction and University Image (대학스포츠센터의 서비스품질이 학생만족과 대학이미지에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to study the quality of service, student satisfaction, and university image of the university sports center as part of the university education service in order to find necessary marketing measures to secure university competitiveness. To this end, we used the convenience sampling method for sports centers of three universities in the Seoul metropolitan area. and analyzed the final 326 copies, excluding 24 questionnaires out of a total of 350 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that the geographical, human and convenience factors of the university's sports center affect student satisfaction. Second, it was found that the facility and convenience factors of the university sports center affect the university image. Third, it was revealed that the university sports center's satisfaction with the quality of its service affected the university image.
