In this paper, we propose assistant device system based on camera that can perform general mouse function for the physically disabled. Most disabled people use special hardware and rely largely on foreign-made assistance device and the using rate of assistance device was very low because of high price. To solve this problem, we propose effective system based on web camera that can perform general mouse function and can raise accessibility for the physically disabled. In the proposed method, we firstly attach color marker on arbitrary device or body parts and then input the information of color using camera and extract coordinate information of color marker and finally, match processing information(coordinate) to special event(keyboard, mouse) and control various applications. The proposed method shows good performance in price and performance compared with other techniques by real field test.

This thesis suggests ways for ensuring the safety of domestic autogas (liquefied petroleum gas) vehicles by conducting comparison and analysis on the status of market diffusion and safety management scheme in foreign countries as well as in Korea. According to the result of the survey on the status of domestic autogas safety management, the national scheme to secure the safety of autogas vehicles seems neither well-organized nor sufficiently-controlled. Actually, the gas leakage check-ups conducted for 5,000 autogas cars revealed that about 4 percent of them had leakage problems. As a result, it was acknowledged that the autogas safety regulations being operated in advanced countries need to be selectively introduced for the domestic autogas industry. Consequently, in line with the recent permission to use autogas as a fuel for subcompact cars etc., this thesis is recommending some methods to enhance the safety management scheme for autogas cars such as the amendment of facility regulations including the ventilation of underground parking lots, mandatory attachment of labels claiming autogas cars and indicating periodical inspections etc.

This study analyzed the recreational scuba diving regulations in Korea and other foreign countries and it proposes five changes to improve the Act On The Safety, Promotion, Etc. Of Underwater Leisure Activities in Korea. First, "recreational underwater activity participant" should be modified to refer to 'an individual or group of individuals entering into a contract with a recreational underwater activity businessperson for their own use'. Second, the person setting up the recreational underwater activity zone should be expanded to 'recreational underwater activity businessperson and/or recreational underwater activity participant'. Third, since recreational technical diving uses nitrox or mixed gas, a clause should be added that a sticker or band clearly indicating the type of gas should be attached. Fourth, a Surface Marker Buoy (SMB) should be added to the diving equipment, and the daily management and maintenance of cylinders should be specified in detail. Fifth, it is necessary to specify in the Act that recreational underwater activity participants are encouraged to purchase diving insurance for their own use. In addition, for the safety of underwater activity participants, the Act must specifically state the emergency procedures and diving guidelines of a recreational underwater activity businessperson.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of the smart phone camera on the company's employees or employees of partner companies, we want to block things in advance. In this paper, we propose a smart phone camera control system which is connected with the personnel access right which enables to share the photographed image of the authorized user and the data shot only within the enterprise. To this end, we have developed the installation status of smart phone control program (MCS: Mobile Camera Control System) of employees, employees and visitors of company, and experimented and analyzed whether the smart phone control program installed in the authorized area. In addition, when visitors visited the company, the effect of prevention of photograph shooting through smart phone camera and the cost of seal sticker attached to the smart phone camera lens part were reduced.

Directors of small-scale printing are not easy to use an image editor which is similar to Adobe photoshop and illustrator. According to above reasons, although the design was simple but agency doesn't have the ability, so it became a vicious cycle. To remove this, in this paper, we show possibility of making web based printing and converting data, that can make HTML to image, and reconvert to PDF. In addition, the technology using web service provides additional-services. Moreover, it is benefitional to directors who require add features quickly by using this web based POD system, where we can make name cards or stickers,and so on and can provide templates which doesn't need a complex work, and gives us a minimum effort.

A corpus-based lip sync algorithm for synthesizing natural face animation is proposed in this paper. To get the lip parameters, some marks were attached some marks to the speaker's face, and the marks' positions were extracted with some Image processing methods. Also, the spoken utterances were labeled with HTK and prosodic information (duration, pitch and intensity) were analyzed. An audio-visual corpus was constructed by combining the speech and image information. The basic unit used in our approach is syllable unit. Based on this Audio-visual corpus, lip information represented by mark's positions was synthesized. That is. the best syllable units are selected from the audio-visual corpus and each visual information of selected syllable units are concatenated. There are two processes to obtain the best units. One is to select the N-best candidates for each syllable. The other is to select the best smooth unit sequences, which is done by Viterbi decoding algorithm. For these process, the two distance proposed between syllable units. They are a phonetic environment distance measure and a prosody distance measure. Computer simulation results showed that our proposed algorithm had good performances. Especially, it was shown that pitch and intensity information is also important as like duration information in lip sync.

Hospital Information System includes a wide range of information in the medical profession, from the overall administrative work of the hospital to the medical work of doctors. In this paper, we proposed a Vision-based Authentication and Registration of Facial Identity in Hospital Information System using OpenCV. By using the proposed security module program a Vision-based Authentication and Registration of Facial Identity, the hospital information system was designed to enhance the security through registration of the face in the hospital personnel and to process the receipt, treatment, and prescription process without any secondary leakage of personal information. The implemented security module program eliminates the need for printing, exposing and recognizing the existing sticker paper tags and wristband type personal information that can be checked by the nurse in the hospital information system. In contrast to the original, the security module program is inputted with ID and password instead to improve privacy and recognition rate.

After empirically investigating the vehicle accident risks by age groups, various programs and policies have been imposed to reduce the old's risks in other countries. In Korea, it is little known the risk level by age groups and no policy changes has been implemented even if the number of vehicle accidents occurred by the old has been rapidly rising while the total number of vehicle accidents has been decreasing. This study empirically investigates the vehicle accident risks by age groups and the results show that the old drivers over age 65 has the highest accident risk except for the young drivers below age 25. Thus, we emphasize the necessity of reinforcing the qualifications for reissuing the drive licence and programs for educating the old drivers in Korea which is facing the most rapid population aging in the world. On the other hand, various changes are needed reflecting the old drivers such as reforming the road signs, issuing a sticker and providing them incentives such that the old drivers use the public transportation instead of self-driving.

신도시 및 대규모 도시 개발이 진행됨에 따라 안정적이고 효율적인 전력 공급을 위해 다수의 지상 배전함이 설치되고 있으며, 이에 따라 불법 광고물 및 스티커의 부착으로 인한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 여러 기관 및 산업체에서는 부착 방지용 코팅 도료 및 시트에 대하여 다양한 연구개발을 진행하고 있으며, 현장에 적용 된 다수의 제품이 존재한다. 하지만 현재 대부분의 제품들은 약 1년 정도의 시간이 지나면 부착 방지 기능을 상실하며, 도료와 기판 또는 시트와 기판 사이의 박리가 일어나 도시의 미관을 더욱 해치는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 원인으로는 부착력(Peel resistance, N/cm)을 측정하는 기존의 제시된 방법(KS T 1028, Peel test)으로는 정확한 측정이 어렵기 때문에 제품 선별에 어려움이 있다. 일반 기판의 경우 규격에서 요구하는 각도($90^{\circ}$, $180^{\circ}$)가 잘 유지되어 정밀한 부착력 측정이 가능하지만, 저점착 기능성 코팅소재(Anti-adhesion coating)의 경우 부착 자체가 어렵기 때문에 요구 각도를 유지하기 어려워 정밀한 측정을 할 수 없다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하고자 압입자(Probe)를 이용한 새로운 평가 장치와 방법(Tack test)을 개발 및 제시하였다. 평가 지표로는 최대 점착력(Adhesive force, N), 최대 점착력일 때 점착제가 늘어난 총 길이(Extension of adhesive, mm), 탈착 에너지(Energy, J)가 있으며, 인가하는 힘(N)이 커질수록, 탈착 속도(Velocity)가 빨라질수록 평가 지표 모두 값이 상승하는 경향성을 보인다. 각 시험방법(Peel test, Tack test)에 대한 테이프류 점착제와 기판과의 결합이 끊어지는(Debonding, 탈착) 메커니즘(Mechanism)은 점착제 기공(Cavity)의 형성, 결합이 끊어지는 힘(Debonding force, N), 힘의 평형(Force balance)로 설명 가능하며, 상호간의 관계성을 도출한다. 이와 같은 평가 지표를 활용하여 저점착 기능성 코팅소재에 대해 정밀한 평가를 하는 것으로, 향후 개발될 다양한 제품에 대한 성능 분별력을 높이고, 현장에 적용 될 제품들의 성능을 끌어 올려 기존에 발생한 다양한 문제점들을 해결 할 수 있다.

In this paper, actual didactical transposition and dramatization of designing patterns presented in 4th grade mathematics curriculum is critically reviewed. Patterns in designing patterns are not wallpaper patterns generally. The method of designing new patterns using unit given pattern are not the same as the method of designing wallpaper patterns. In the viewpoint of not designing wallpaper patterns, the context of designing new patterns using unit given pattern is said to be putting transparent stickers. In this paper, on the premise of this characteristics, the shape of unit given pattern, the method of designing new patterns using unit given pattern, and the rule of putting unit given patterns continually are critically discussed. The shape of unit given pattern have to be square actually. In designing new patterns using unit given pattern, if the regularities of designing new patterns can be presented, any regularity is fine. Even though the relationship between new patterns and wallpapers designed by using unit given pattern is not clear, in that these two patterns can not be unrelated, designing new patterns using unit given pattern could be an example of wrong elementarization(Freudenthal, 1973).
