  • 본 논문은 후술할 다출력 스위칭 회로의 최소성 기준(Criteria of Minimality)에 의한 최소의 다출력 스위칭 회로를 설계하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에는 단일 출력 스위칭 함수에 적용된 바 있는 Direction of Adjacency Table 방법이 다소 변경되어 다출력 스위칭 회로에 적용되었다. 이르 위하여 기존의 Direction of Adjacency Table을 다출력 함수의 최소화에 적합하도록 변경한 Extended Direction of Adjacency Table이 구성된다.

  • 이 논문은 3300V 정격의 PT와 NPT HVIGBT의 스위칭 특성을 비교하여 제시한다. 실제적인 응용을 고려하여 hard 스위칭 조건에서 실험하여 얻어진 데이터 수치들을 보인다. 이 비교 평가가보다 나은 스위칭 특성들을 얻기 위한 기반이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Switching Function Implementation based on Graph (그래프에 기초한 스위칭함수 구현)

  • This paper proposes the method of switching function implementation using switching function extraction based on graph over finite fields. After we deduce the matrix equation from path number of directional graph, we propose the switching function circuit algorithm, also we propose the code assignment algorithm for nodes which is satisfied the directional graph characteristics with designed circuits. We can implement more optimal switching function compare with former algorithm, also we can design the switching function circuit which have any natural number path through the proposed switching function circuit implementation algorithms. Also the proposed switching function implementation using graph theory over finite fields have decrement number of input-output, circuit construction simplification, increment arithmetic speed and decrement cost etc.

  • In this paper, we proposed the electric circuit using one common arm of H-Bridge Inverters to reduce the number of switching component in multi-level inverter combined with H-Bridge Inverters and Transformers. and furthermore we suggested the new multi-level PWM inverter using PWM level to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). and we used the phase-shift switching method that can be same rate of usage at each transformer. Also, we tested the proposed prototype 9-level inverter to clarify the proposed electric circuit and reasonableness of control signal for the proposed multi-level PWM inverter.

  • This paper presents a simple torque estimation method and switching angle control of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) using Neural Network(NN). SRM has gaining much interest as industrial applications due to the simple structure and high efficiency. Adaptive switching angle control is essential for the optimal driving of SRM because of the driving characteristic varies with the load and speed. The proper switching angle which can increase the efficiency was investigated in this paper. NN was adapted to regulate the switching angle and nonlinear inductance modelling. Experimental result shows the validity of the switching angle controller.

  • The switching fabric used to make high speed switching for packet transfer between input and output interface in recent internet environments. Without making any changes in order to remain ATM switching fabric, the existing structures should split/reassemble a packet to certain size, set aside cross-point buffer and will put loads on the system. In this paper, we proposed a new switch architecture, which has separated data memory plane and switching plane packet data will be stored on the separate memory structure and simultaneously only the part of the memory address pointers can pass the switching fabric. The small mini packets which have address pointer and basic information would be passed through the switching fabric. It is possible to achieve the remarkable switching performance than other switch fabrics with contending variable length packets.

  • The traffic on the Internet has been growing exponentially for some time. This growth is beginning to stress the current-day routers. However, switching technology offers much higher performance. So the label switching network which combines IP routing with switching technology, is emerged. EspeciaJJy in the data driven label switching, flow classification and cache table management are needed. Flow classification is to classify packets into switching and non-switching packets, and cache table management is to maintain the cache table which contains information for flow classification and label switching. However, the cache table management affects the performance of label switching network considerably as well as flowclassification because the bigger cache table makes more packet switched and maintains setup cost lower, but cache is restricted by local router resources. For that reason, there is need to study the cache replacement scheme for the efficient cache table management with the Internet traffic characterized by user. So in this paper, we propose several cache replacement schemes for label switching network. First, without the limitation at switching capacity in the router. we introduce FIFO(First In First Out). LFC(Least Flow Count), LRU(Least Recently Used! scheme and propose priority LRU, weighted priority LRU scheme. Second, with the limitation at switching capacity in the router, we introduce LFC-LFC, LFC-LRU, LRU-LFC, LRU-LRU scheme and propose LRU-weighted LRU scheme. Without limitation, weighted priority LRU scheme and with limitation, LRU-weighted LRU scheme showed best performance in this paper.

  • In high power motor drive system, the hard-switching topology produces severs switching losses and EMI noises. Also the inverter switching frequency is thus limited because of excessive loss and thermal handling problem. The primary purpose of the proposed works on the induction motor drive system is to develop an advanced soft-switching inverter topology that is most suitable for high power induction motor drive applications. To make the optimal selection EMI comparison of the switching losses presented. To verify the proposed design procedure, detailed simulation analysis with theoretical and experimental approaches have been done using laboratory prototype.

  • 통신망은 향후 통신 및 셀기반 통신망에 필요한 고속, 데이터 속도 및 투명성(transparency) 그리고 유연성(flexibility)을 제공하기 위해 빠르게 진화하고 있다. 전광 패킷 스위칭 망(all optical packet switching) 구조는 향후 급속도로 증가하는 데이터 통신 트래픽을 원활히 수용하기 위해서 싱글 홉 및 멀티 홉 전광 패킷 스위치 망의 요구사항을 만족하는 스위칭 속도, 성능, 확장성, 경제성 등을 고려한 실제 구현 가능한 구조의 필요성이 최근 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 광 패킷 스위칭 기술의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 전광 멀티 홉 네트워크 기술을 기반으로 포토닉 패킷 스위칭 망을 구현하고자 세계적으로 연구되고 있는 전광 멀티 홉 네트워크 구조, 포토닉 패킷 스위칭 구조 그리고 시간동기 방법에 대해 최근의 연구동향을 분석한다.

  • LCL 필터는 스위칭 고조파를 저감하는 저역통과필터로써 L 필터에 비해 경제적이며 효과적인 스위칭고조파 감쇄능력을 갖는다. 하지만 LCL 필터는 L 필터에서 존재하지 않은 공진문제를 야기한다. 이러한 LCL 필터의 공진현상은 계통주입전류의 품질을 저하시키고 LCL 필터의 고조파 억제성능을 저하시킬 수 있는 잠재적 요소이다. 최근에는 스위칭 고조파 및 LCL 필터 공진성분 뿐만 아니라 기본파 주파수 부근의 저차 고조파 성분도 계통주입전류를 왜곡시키는 원인의 하나로 밝혀져다. 그러므로 LCL 필터를 설계하기 위해서는 주요 주파수 영역에서의 정확한 필터동작해석이 요구된다. 본 논문은 기본파 주파수, 공진주파수, 스위칭주파수에 대한 L 필터와 LCL 필터의 주파수응답을 통해 필터의 동작을 해석하며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 계통주입전류의 스위칭 고조파 및 저차 고조파를 저감하기 위한 최적의 필터인덕터 비율을 제안한다.
