  • 최근 스마트폰의 보급률 증가와 3G폰에서 LTE폰으로 구입 교체할 의향을 가진 사람들이 많다. LTE 스마트폰 이용자는 전체 스마트 폰 이용자의 44.6%로 사용자가 계속 증가한 반면, 3G 스마트폰 이용자는 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 새로 스마트폰을 구입하거나, 3G 스마트폰에서 LTE 스마트폰으로 교체하는 사람들을 대상으로 웹에서 사용자의 나이, 직업, 선호 브랜드, 용도에 알맞은 스마트폰을 추천해주는 시스템을 제안한다.

  • What follows in this research is the examination of the consumer motives that lead to the usage of smartphones, how the consumers can be categorized by such motives, and how each category of consumers behave differently when using their smartphones. The finding of this research is as follows. First, the result of factor analysis showed that there are four underlying dimensions in consumers. Second, The result showed that consumer can be categorized into three different types, "Other conscious consumers", "Consumers with no specific motives", and "Function pursuing consumers". Third, multi-regression analyses were performed to identify variables that impacted consumers' satisfaction and technostress in the use of smartphone consumers.

  • The recent increase in smartphone usage has ignited the development of new applications which have changed the way of living in this internet era in the world. Almost all users which have smartphone have used many kinds of applications for lots of part. Especially, Social Network Service is the most popular part for smartphone users. The greater part of smartphone users take messenger service for smartphone. This kinds of applications provide to manage as deactivation of user or change of device. When users take to manage their information, their information would be deleted securely. If secure deletion didn't work correctly and released, their personal information can be easily abused to by others through various means such as internet phishing. In this paper, we analysis that the messenger application's management function keeps on the Personal Information Protection Act and suggest to prevent legally and technically for user's personal information and privacy.

  • This study aims to understand the information search behavior of smart phone users. The focus is on the subjects of sought information and the factors considered by the users during information seeking process. To gather the research data, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Some of the findings include that simple facts and the real-time updated topics were searched more often than the ones requiring complicated queries. It was also found that most of the important factors found to be relevant on the Web, and mobile information use environments were equally applicable to the smart phone information seeking cases.

  • 스마트폰이 대중화 되어감에 따라 이용자들이 스마트폰을 통해 정보요구를 해결하는 것은 점차 일반적인 정보탐색현상이 되어가고 있다. 특히 스마트폰은 정보요구가 발생하였을 때 실시간으로 정보요구를 처리할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 유용한 탐색매체로 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 이용 중 특히 웹 탐색 환경에서부터 정보를 탐색하는 주요한 경로로 인식되어 온 포털 사이트 이용 현황 및 이용자가 스마트폰을 통해 정보를 찾을 때 중요하게 생각하는 요인에 대해 조사하였다.

  • This paper aims to examine how users view information services that use today's rapidly expanding smart phones and what their demands are. The research focus is specifically on public libraries where related studies or the provision of services is still lacking. For this study, users of public libraries were targeted for surveys and interviews. The results that Public library users showed positive views on using library information services and e-contents service on smart phones. But the users viewed smart phones as another point of access in accessing information services, not as something revolutionary to the existing library information services.

A study on the effect of motivations for using smart media on using application (스마트 미디어 이용동기가 애플리케이션의 이용에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of motivations for using smatphones and tablet PCs on using applications. For this purpose, this study took a survey targeted for smartphone and tablet PC users. The results suggested that the motivations were consisted of four dimensions ; informations, communication, specific functions and relaxation. In terms of motivations, smartphone users preferred to use specific functions and tablet PC users preferred to use them for relaxation. The motivations for using applications were depended on types of applications. Smartphone users preferred communication applications to information or entertainment ones but tablet PC users preferred entertainment and information applications to communication ones. The results also suggested that motivations for using smartphone and tablet PC had strong impact on using applications in part. The motivations for using smartphone and tablet PC worked as a strong factor for using applications. Especially, the motivations of using smartphone had a strong positive relationship with using applications.

  • 본 논문은 304명의 K여자대학교 학생 스마트폰 이용자(2011년 11월 20일~30일)를 대상으로 ${\blacktriangle}$스마트폰 서비스 이용현황 ${\blacktriangle}$스마트폰 제조사, 통신사, 약정기간, 교체기간 ${\blacktriangle}$모바일 앱 이용현황 ${\blacktriangle}$스마트폰 전용 정액요금제 종류 ${\blacktriangle}$스마트폰을 통한 SNS이용현황등의 스마트폰의 사용실태를 조사하고, 방송통신위원회 한국인터넷진흥원가 국내 만 12-59세 스마트폰 이용자의 온라인 설문지 유효응답자수 4,000명을 대상(2011년 5.29~6.9)으로 조사결과를 비교하여 대학의 학사행정관리, 학습콘텐츠 검색, 유용한 학습도구로 활용할 수 있는 미래대학의 모습을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰과 스마트패드 이용자의 차별적인 특성을 규명하고, 모바일광고의 선호 유형에서 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 검증하고자 한다. 아직까지 스마트 디바이스 기반 모바일광고의 이론적 범위가 정형화되지 않은 시점이기 때문에, 광고수용자 관점의 광고인식이나 선호에 관한 연구는 미비하다. 모바일기기 이용자의 특성을 비교하기 위해, Jacques Attali(1992)의 노마드 이론을 토대로 개인정황관련성, 변화지향성, 속전속결성 변인과 성별, 연령, 학력, 직업, 생활방식의 인구통계학적 변인을 분석 기준으로 선정하였다. 또한, 선행연구에서 Q이론을 통해 발견한 바 있는 이용자 인식에 기인한 모바일광고 유형 분류체계를 양적 연구에 적용하여, 스마트폰 이용자 317명과 스마트패드 이용자 107명을 대상으로 서베이 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 이동통신이나 광고 산업에서 이용자 세분화 및 모바일광고의 마케팅 전략 프레임워크나 이론적인 틀로서 활용가치를 기대할 수 있다.

Determinants of User Perceived Value and Its Influence on the Usage of Smartphone-based Mobile Commerce : Focusing on Service Ubiquity and User Control (스마트폰 기반 모바일거래 이용의 지각된 이용자 가치와 이의 결정요인 : 서비스 편재성과 이용자 통제성을 중심으로)

  • This study attempts to identify user perceived value as a major predictor of the usage of smartphone-based mobile commerce(m-commerce). More specifically, the study conceptualizes user perceived value of smartphone-based m-commerce along three dimensions, such as temporal, functional, and economic values. Moreover, this study proposes service ubiquity and user control that are uniquely defining characteristics of smartphone-based m-commerce and examines how the two variables are associated with the creation of user perceived value. Using a total of 164 data collected on users of smartphone-based mcommerce, we conducted PLS analysis to test the proposed model and hypotheses. The key findings are as follows : First, it has been found that the usage of smartphone-based m-commerce is determined by the three values, such as temporal, functional, and economic values. Particularly, the results show that temporal value is the most influential variable in predicting m-commerce use. Second, the results demonstrate that service ubiquity has a significant positive effect on temporal value, whereas it has no effect on functional value. Finally, user control is positively associated with temporal and functional values. Overall, the results indicate that service ubiquity and user control considerably increase temporal value, thereby accelerating the use of smartphone-based m-commerce. Discussions and implications of the results are provided.
