In this paper, we proposed a smart learning model that reflects the environment of information and communication that rapidly changing with the advent of smart devices. There are varieties of screen size and performance of smart devices, but they can be classified smart phones, smart pads, personal computer(PC) and Smart TV. In this paper, we look for appropriate services model with method of interaction and educational content as per each device type, then present the development direction of smart learning that reflects the information communication environment and future smart learning service model according to the characteristics of each device.

웹 2.0시대의 도래는 데이터의 소유자나 독점자 없이 누구나 손쉽게 데이터를 생산하고 공유할 수 있고, 서비스 받을 수 있는 환경이 마련되었다. 인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 인해 스마트 교육시장이 유망 분야로 주목받는 가운데 교육현장에서도 스마트 러닝에 대한 관심도 또한 높아지고 있다. 기존의 데스크톱, 태블릿 PC를 통해 학습을 하던 환경에서 벗어나 이제는 스마트폰을 기반으로 하는 스마트 러닝이 교육환경을 보편적으로 접하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 경험의 UX(User eXperience) 디자인을 바탕으로 어떠한 환경에서도 스마트 러닝이 가능한 웹사이트를 워드프레스 플랫폼으로 구현하고자 한다. 또한 본 웹사이트를 다양한 디바이스에서 테스트를 통해 스마트 러닝이 가능한 환경인지를 검증해 본다.

Smart Learning has been introduced in the educational field recently and it has been used in various ways to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on smart learning contents development for settlement in the educational field. It has carried forward studying in smart learning contents development using storyline, which is a kind of application authoring tool. We analyzed previous studies related to smart learning and presented the characteristics of storyline and the process of content development. Furthermore, we developed the content of digit sorting in Information Life for 6th grade elementary students and applied it to the field to evaluate the educational effectiveness. Through experimental results, the mean difference between traditional activities instruction and instruction using smart learning content was not significant. Nevertheless it has been found the immediate feedback and repeating of activities using smart learning has had positive impacts for understanding, satisfaction and learning interest.

According to recent needs for 'smart learning', the concept of smart learning was reviewed by device, environmental, and theoretical approaches. The principle of smart learning includes three elements: First, rich instructional resources as learning contents. Second, participatory learning environments with interactions among teachers and learners as learning methods. Third, practical and realistic contexts as learning environments. Based on those characteristics, instructional designs for smart learning can be summed up as learning objectives, learning resources, instructional environments, instruction process design, instruction method development, implementation, and evaluation. As a conclusion, it is required to systematically develop instructional designs addressing specific learning settings to facilitate smart learning.

The goal of this study is to propose a new directivity for business training based on an analysis of the learner's satisfaction, the cause of the learning effect and the cause of reenrollment in smart learning courses. The data from 878 learners of 11 companies was analyzed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis and the following results were obtained. First of all, the satisfaction of studying by smart learning showed various results depending on the motivation, process and contents of studying. According to the results, high rates of satisfaction were observed when the people take an active part in studying, as reflected in the frequency and time of studying. Also, when the learning contents were presented in an animated manner, the satisfaction of the students was increased. Second, the motivation of the students to participate in the smart learning and study process was reflected in the frequency, time and quality of their studies, thus confirming the learning effect. Lastly, the satisfaction and effectiveness of studying by smart learning are the causes of reenrollment. Based on the analysis results, it was concluded that the corporation's support and proper compensation are needed to increase the rate of satisfaction and the effectiveness of smart learning from the corporation's perspective. Also, from the viewpoint of the smart learning system operators, it is necessary to find ways of developing the learning contents.

This study was performed to figure out the effects of perceived usefulness and ease of use in Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) affecting acceptance attitude and intention to use in smart learning. In addition, the study recognized the need for differentiation of learning time by analyzing the difference of effects influencing acceptance attitude of perceived usefulness and ease of use during learning time, which is at the beginning, midterm, and at the end of the term. As the results of the study, it showed that there were differences between the factors, the learning time of which was considered, affecting acceptance attitude and intention to use. Furthermore, in order to improve the effectiveness of building a smart campus, which is currently under the construction, the study argued that universities need to consider the learning relevance and subjective norm as important factors in perceived usefulness of smart learning. Finally, the need for the design of various smart learning types became accepted considering learning time.

The purpose of this paper is to review recent articles on applying smart learning for elementary students with learning disabilities. The search procedures through the Web-database system were implemented to find the proper research. Finally, a total of 10 articles met the criteria and were included in this review. Each study was analyzed according to the categories of the population, setting, research design, and intervention. The results indicated that research design implemented as case study and single subject design. Results founded strategies applying smart learning leaned too much towards using the skill-based application as learning contents. Based on analysis results, considerations for smart learning for elementary students with learning disabilities were suggested.

Quality in smart learning is composed of many factors, and it is more complicated than the traditional education. This study put emphasis on three aspects of the smart learning quality(contents, systems, services). This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by FGI(Focus Group Interview) for classification of the smart learning quality factors. On a 5 point Likert scale, the survey enables the users to rate the relative importance of factors, followed by another factor performance rating. The questionnaire were composed of 39 questions. 8 questionnaire sheets were excluded which were not properly filled in or unsuitable for the analysis, and therefore, a total of 112 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 for Windows statistical package. Importance-performance analysis(IPA; gap between importance and performance) is used for the empirical test.

Recently the development of ICT has a big impact on education field, and diffusion of smart devices has brought new education paradigm. Since people has an opportunity to use various contents anytime and communicate in an interactive way, the method of learning has changing. In 2011, Korean government has established the smart education promotion plan to be a first mover in the paradigm shift from e-learning to smart learning. Especially, government aimed to improve the quality of learning materials and method in public schools, and also to decrease the high expenditure on private education. However, the achievement of smart education policy has not emerged yet, and the refinement of smart learning policy and strategy is essential at this moment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the successful strategies for smart learning in public education. First, this study explores the status of public education and smart learning environment in Korea. Then, it derives the key success factors through SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis, and suggests strategic priorities through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Priority) method. The interview and survey were conducted with total 20 teachers, who works in public schools. As a results, focusing on weakness-threat(WT) strategy is the most prior goal for public education, to activate the smart learning. As sub-factors, promoting the education programs for teachers($W_2$), which is still a weakness, appeared as the most important factor to be improved. The second sub-factor with high priority was an efficient optimizing the capability of new learning method($S_4$), which is a strength of systematic public education environment. The third sub-factor with high priority was the extension of limited government support($T_4$), which could be a threat to other public schools with no financial support. In other words, the results implicate that government institution factors should be considered with high priority to make invisible achievement in smart learning. This study is significant as an initial approach with strategic perspective for public education. While the limitation of this study is that survey and interview were conducted with only teachers. Accordingly, the future study needs to be analyzed in effectiveness and feasibility, by considering perspectives from field experts and policy makers.
