These experiments were conducted to promote the rooting in tea cutting bymeans of several root media, growth regulators, cutting material and cutting condition The results are summarized as follows. The rate of rooting was higher in the softwood than in the hardwood, and the best cutting sea­son was about August 10 in the hardwood, about April 10 in the softwood. The most suitable root medium was the Masato at which the rate of rooting was 71%, 87% each in the softwood and in the hardwood. When growth regulators, such as oxyberon, rootone were sprayed upon the hardwood, the rate of rooting was promoted to 4 - 9 % better than that of no treatment. But such a good effect was not recognized significantly in the softwood.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of cutting type, growth regulators and propagation media on the rooting and root growth of Roea davurica $P_{ALL}$. Three type of cutting, hardwood, half-softwood, softwood cutting and root cutting of Rosa davurica $P_{ALL}$, were used to study the rooting ability. There was no rooting in hardwood cutting while root cutting was appeared 100% of callus formation and rooting. The optimum conditions of softwood cutting for rooting were IAA 100ppm and rooton-F at vermiculite+perlite. The rate of rooting in treatment of rooton-F ranged from 10 to 60%, but such a good effect was not appeared in other growth regulators, IAA, NAA and IBA.

This experiment was carried out to establish cutting propagation method of dendropanax morbifera $L_{EV}\$. at Wando in Chonnam, native area. The hardwood cutting and the greenwood cutting were able to be used as propagation method, but callus formation and rooting ratio in the greenwood cutting were higher than in hardwood cutting. The optimum cutting time was February to middle of March in hardwood cutting and July to August in greenwood cutting. The earthen-ball cutting method was better than normal cutting method in callus formation and rooting ratio. The rooting in different bed soils was the best at sand-loam soil. The application of IBA 100ppm promoted rooting.

In this study, an educational program was developed. The program can perform the claim for examination of medical expense, which is one of NCS Competence Unit Elements for hospital administration. Considering various coding to complex compute and process, VB.Net was employed for this development. For database, ACCESS Database was used because it is easy to learn and use. The learning effects by the developed program are expected to be as follows. First, the composition of medical expense can be understood by analyzing Medical history and then selecting insurance code according to the Standard of Medical Care Code. Second, unit cost per score can be learned according to hospital class. Third, selection of Column (medical materials) and Column II(medical practice) can classify items of additional ratio. Fourth, because patient's payment rate on hospitalization and meal expense and use of special equipment are differently applied, user can know patient's payment rate by type and can calculate it. Fifth, additional amount is the amount calculated by additional ratio of Column II(medical practice), and user can learn additional ratio according by insurance type and hospital class. Sixth, user can learn self-pay rate by hospital class and understand the process that self-pay amount and claim amount are calculated according by self-pay rate.

To establish the mass propagation methods of Weigela subsessilis,, a promising native plant species for horticultural use, several factors influencing rooting from stem cuttings were evaluated. Softwood cuttings showed best rooting rate, 70~77%, in all the cutting media tested, 2.8 times more than hardwood cuttings in which perlite was best medium. The rooting from hardwood cuttings was promoted by higher concentration of all growth regulators used,500 mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA being the best with 80%. More than 80% of softwood cuttings treated by growth regulators produced roots, especially 100, 500, and 1000mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA producing 97％. Roofings from semi-wood cuttings was enhanced by all the growth regulators, except 1000 mg.L$^{-1}$ concentration in which rooting was reduce. Higher rooting rate was obtained by higher concentration and longer soaking duration of NAA in case of hardwood cutting. Softwood cutting showed 100 ％ rooting by soaking treatment with 500 mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA for 3 min. Rooting rate of semi-hardwood cuttings was promoted by higher concentration and longer soaking with growth regulators, However, the degree of improvement was lower than soft and hardwood cutting.
